Very good food made to order. The cod fillet dinner was excellent. It comes with coleslaw and fries, which we substituted with onion rings. Also, the butter burgers are delicious! I got caramelized onions added, which bought out even more of the flavor. I highly recommend having the onions grilled / caramelized on when getting a Culver's Burger deluxe. This is a true winning combination! As usual, the staff was very pleasant and attentive even though when the restaurant was very busy!

The worst chocolate malted I have ever had. The color was light beige, it did not taste of chocolate or any other flavor and I could not taste the malted. I’ve had malted from Culver’s before and this was just a disappointment. Plus when I called and expressed the above the girl that I was speaking to hung up on me. Shame on you!

Yesterday, I went to the Culver's on 12 mile near John R(near the Home Depot). I had not been here in months, so I was excited to get the fish again. Unfortunately, I got a carryout of the 3 piece fish platter(actually 2, one for my son too). The fish was so bland and void of any seasoning! I was very disappointed. The onion rings were good, nice & soft. However, my excitement was the anticipation of having the fish again, and Culver's let me down!

Party of 4. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast and the food was fresh. The visit occurred on a Saturday mid-day. We ordered the Smokehouse Burger with fries and sweet tea, cod meal with potatoes and broccoli and a grilled Reuben and a chocolate and vanilla shake. Our first visit. Will definitely return.

I've been going here for years and have never had a problem! This restaurant has delicious burgers and amazing custard. I always love going here because or both the butterburger and their custard. They have very unique flavors for their flavors of the day.

I went through the drive-thru to buy a concrete mixer and a small sundae for my daughter and I. Well, whoever I talk to was very rude. I didn't say put fudge in my sundae but they automatically put fudge. So when I notice that he put that on the screen I said "I don't want fudge in my sundae just a plain sundae" then their response was "you said sundae right? That's how we make our sundae. Pull forward." Okay but you gave me a concrete mixer with no toppings. Please make it make sense. They only put salted Carmel in my concrete mixer. The only reason why I'm giving two stars because culvers custard are really good. I was very upset about the service I received. But the lady at the window gave me a scoop of vanilla for my daughter.

Usually, this Culver's location is pretty good about getting things right. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case last night. Me and the lady ordered a cod and chicken sandwich with concrete mixers. Assuming everything was correct since the drinks were correct, we didn't check the order. Made it home and not one but both sandwiches were wrong. Checked the receipt and it was correct there. We received two cheese burgers instead, plus they were not cooked all the way through and was pink after a few bites. Couldn't return to the store since I'm like 20 + minutes away and they were closed. So, another lesson on my part to check all orders from this point on and I will not return to this location no time soon. Received the incorrect order, the food wasn't even cooked throughout, and threw it away 🤦🏾🤦🏾. Complete waste of money 😑

I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting to order. No other customers. Not a single employee spoke to me. No "someone will be right with you" Nothing. There were several employees working and many that walked right past me. I turned and walked out of the restaurant. A man that had been behind the counter comes out the door as I reach my car and says sorry sir. Did you want to place an order?".He had been behind the counter and had also ignored me inside. Rather than yell back I just held up my hand. He continues with " fine, be that way". As if I had done something wrong. Interesting response. It was just a rude and unpleasant experience. If they're short staffed, I get it. Waiting wasn't the issue. Being ignored by everyone working is an issue.

I have always been a fan of their food. But I was truly disappointed when I bit into my butter bacon burger and didn’t taste the burger. Unbelievable, never seen a burger this thin. I will just stick with the concrete mixers if I even decide to go back. It’s too many other places that serve good burgers.

Love Culvers! Had to bring my in-laws when we visited the area. Cheese curds and my grilled chicken sandwich were great. I also got a sugar cookie cement mixer that was great as well. My MIL got a cement mixer with cheesecake and strawberries that she loved too! Staff were patient and helpful.

If you want to go in labor early and have contractions go to this location and ask for Katie! She is very unprofessional and don’t know how to provide customer service. Also if u want a refreshing cold Gatorade drink with strawberries that’s supposed to be a lemon ice cooler this is the right location for you!!

Loved the burger and fries combo. The crew was right on top of filling out order. The tables were all nice and clean. Thank you Culvers. We will see you again. 😊

The smashed patty process is the best way to serve a burger as the caramelized crunch makes for great flavor.

I had been here once myself decided to take my friend what a wonderful time and the food was great try to pot roast Sandwich oh my gosh it melts in your mouth it's probably the best one you ever had

Best fast-food burger I've ever had. Each order is cooked individually when the order is placed, so it's always fresh. Double butterburger with cheese, a side of cheese curds, and a cold pop. Absolutely delicious.

I placed an online order and selected to pickup inside. I drove there and discovered the inside was closed so got in drive through line behind seven cars who were ordering fresh made food and waited while both my hot food meal and ice cream order were sitting on a counter all coming to room temperature. If we can't pickup order there should be a notice on line.

Simply put Culver's is Culver's great food and service the quality has always been top notch if you know of a better burger than this please let me know I'm all ears.

I would have given the young attendant girl at the drive through window “zero” stars. Extremely rude and said “omg” to another helper. Timing was around 8:45 PM on 12/13. Glaring at us at the window as if she paid for it. I have never experienced such a rude individual at any Culver’s location. I hope you take action, so she represents what Culver’s stands for!

Love Culver’s but they need to take some time and clean the place.

Not the friendliest group. Put bacon all over my sandwich. Returned it but told me the number of patties is incorrect...So they made me swap it out with my friend's burger who did order bacon. Yet no apology for making me wait double time for the correct order.

The food is always fresh, hot & delicious and the great hospitality from the employees, makes it an even better atmosphere to break bread with family & friends or a meal alone!

Culvers is delicious as always, and prices are very fair, a great lunch spot. Small mistake on an order, but nothing that cost me any extra money. Interior is very clean and well kept.

I tried the fish sandwich and the shrimp. They were both hot. fresh and delicious. I usually dont like brioch buns but this one was buttery soft. I highly recommend this place. They are bussin!

Man alive is this place ever good! Everything I tried was wonderful! Everyone in my house got something different and each one of us loved every bite!

Friends talk up Culver's and it didn't live up to the hype at all. Not sure if just this location but the burger was horrible. Burnt to hell. Not recommended but maybe the custard and concrete mixers might be good. I spent 14 total and tried the curds and pretzels with a cheese butter burger. Waste of money. Just get some burgers at Telway for less.

Top of the line fast food. The burger is an experience and the French fries are 1 of a kind. They have a little of everything but whatever you do remember to leave room for ice cream!
