Real bummer. This was my first time here, and initially was excited. Great atmosphere, tons of TVs, great menu. Then unfortunately it went downhill due to service. Our server had 0 table vision, almost always had to flag her down. No water refills. We ordered an app, a beer and a Bloody Mary to start. Expo/other server brings out my beer and a Long Island. I let her know it was supposed to be a Bloody Mary. 20 minutes goes by (I know from text time stamps) our server finally comes by again, we let her know we need the Bloody Mary and we order some wings, she apologizes and says it’ll be right up (simple mistake, must’ve rang it in wrong). Another 25 minutes go by, she comes back to check on us to order meals. I bring up the Bloody Mary again. At this point we decide we just want to cash out. 10 minutes to get tab while she’s laughing with friends, tab has side sauce charge that we didn’t get. We decide screw it we still want to order meals to go because we didn’t want to stop on the way home. We order a salad, meatball app, and bowl of chili. Should’ve known to check given service but the bag was taped so we decided to trust. We get home and the salad is correct, but she instead rang in a meatball sub. Also, my bowl of chili was more like 1/2 a cup. Super disappointed. May eventually give this place one more chance and chalk this up to bad service, but it was a terrible experience. I worked in the industry for 6 years, everything from serving to management, and this would not be acceptable to me. Restaurant wasn’t even remotely busy. She had maybe 4 tables.

Great customer service emprises. I was seated very quickly and the food is delicious! I highly recommend the nachos. The drinks are good too. I would much rather go to a place like this than hooters. Because the girls are a lot friendlier. And the setting seems a lot more casual. There are t vs at each end every table which is unique for any other restaurant. If you can get seated in Laura's section I highly recommend she is the prettiest and the best waiter there!

I went here yesterday with family and it was pretty nice. It wasn't super packed and the restaurant itself is large in size. For appetizers we had the loaded brisket chili fries and the peaks sampler- the fries were good but I was expecting actual pulled brisket on the top and it was more like hamburger meat but still good, and the peaks sampler was really tasty. For my entree I had the avocado smash burger with fries which was great but it was not hot it was more luke warm and so were the fries. My family members all said their food was really good. The only problem I would say I had was that even though the restaurant wasn't busy the waiter was not super attentive but she was still nice. I would go back to try something new.

The waitress was incredibly nice and professional, the food was good but the table they selected in the corner near the restroom wasn't ok. Kinda felt like I was eating next to the bathroom door, didnt finish my appetizer or first meal cause of it, ordered a second meal to go so I could avoid the smell and eat at my hotel. Great service, food, and enviornment, just don't eat near the restroom unless you don't mind the smell. It wasn't crowded at that time (around 5:00) so I'm not sure why that location was selected. I'm not saying don't hear, I'm sure if I would've notified someone they would've relocated me. I had a long day that day and just wanted to get back to the hotel and relax. I've been here several times before and never had an issue, I would definitely suggest it!

One thing about this place is they are always consistent! The grilled chicken and shrimp are always perfectly cooked! My friend got the mom's pot roast and she said it was tender and well seasoned! Not pictured is the amazing chipotle queso dip that they serve with fresh corn chips! Overall a very satisfying experience!

Vivi always welcomes me with a smile. Works hard and provides an amazing experience. I typically choose TP-Mad Heights because Vivi is working as she always makes my day better. Professional and kind. Keep up the good work!! Food is delicious. Love the fries when they’re extra crispy. Place is clean as well which is always appreciated.

Hot honey wings were good, wish they were more spicy. Spicy meatball sandwich was good but came out cold. Still a good meal over all

12/2/23 A friend of mine had never been to the "Peaks" before and I was all set to head to the Livonia location but, thanks to Google, we found a closer venue to choose from. Our AMAZING waitress, Jenna, was not only fast in greeting and serving us, but also wearing matching Michigan apparel (as you can see in one of the included photos) to myself. The Brisket Chili was Excellent as always. But the grilled toast was a nasty disappointment as it was cold and soaked wet as if it had been water dipped or perhaps used as a urinal block. We did point this out to our waitress who told us that we should have told her about it (we didn't at the time so "our bad") and she would have replaced it immediately. We accepted this friendly scolding knowing that she was absolutely CORRECT. I must say that I enjoyed the layout of this location, especially the open Fire Pit. We finished our beverages and departed VERY Happy with our choice stop in. Plenty of room here for the whole family and a great venue for sports fans. Stop in and ask to sit in Jenna's section. She is Precious and she'll take good care of you. Rick Zorn

Absolutely loved the food! What a great spot to have an ice cold beverage and a wickedly delicious burger topped with billionaire bacon! That stuff is to die for! The locale was clean, inviting and had a good vibe. I looked passed the 'country hooter' like tops and short the servers had to wear, all who came to our table were really nice and accommodating...it IS called Twin Peaks for a reason! Will be going back, the food, the prices and the atmosphere was on point! Enjoy!

I love this place. Always good for w/ a well experience. We sat at the bar Friday night on September 1. Loved the bartender’s. They were so helpful. Especially the lady who calls every one shortly. She’s so cool & funny! The food was nice but the drinks were amazing. I love that they have deep eddys lemon vodka for the lemon drops. And the bartender made me her specialty drink. I love a mixologist who makes their own!

What a place...sorry got to my food before I could get a pic lol. Foods really good, the staff is on point. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here. Fries could be cooked longer but not a big deal, they're seasoned great tho. Beer is good and if you like girls in bikinis then this is the place for you. @STYL3DX- FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM. I went last night and it was pretty good! Jenna was our server and she was fantastic, couldn't have been better. She was sweet and knowledgeable about the beers they offer and was very attentive. Only thing I could say was the bacon cheese fries we ordered were kinda pricey for the amount you get. $10 for basically a side of fries with cheese and bacon on top. They were great, just a bit much for the portion you get. Overall a good experience! Will be back!

Ate grilled chicken wings covered in Oriental sauce. Bartenders rotate so different ladies will serve you during your meal. Plenty of TVs showing different games and sports. Franchise owner has spent time & money on cooks carefully preparing meals. 20+ selections on tap. Electric strips under bar to charge your device.

Menu was filthy, sticky, and crusty. I ordered fried pickles and brisket tacos. Waitress was unaware that the tacos were 86d(sold out) from the menu. So I went with the chicken fried chicken, they were out of green beans (waitress was unaware at the time of order), subbed for asparagus at no cost. Pickles were good. Pretty hard to mess up fried pickles. The fried chicken was OK.. tasted a little off...mashed potatoes were good, asparagus was great. What was not good, was the long hair that ran across the plate on top of ALL the food. I'm not one to waste food...but I made the waitress aware and the manager comp'd it. Not sure if it was the food, or the water here in Madison heights, but I've had diarrhea since I've arrived and had that meal.

Split down the middle.. maybe should be 2 stars. The food was good. Standard fair for an eatery such as this. Seasoned, cooked properly. Beer was cold!! But.. With a name such as yours, and a selling point being scenery and the staff wearing those outfits.. either get some better quality of ladies or have them wear more. While we were in there (a Thurs evening) the staff resembled the worst 4th string lineup of a strip club possible. Its never polite to critique someone on their looks but this is what is spoke about with this company. I was told to go there for food and "scantily clad female staff". The food was good. The scenery wasn't. Overall.. not worth the trip.

Impressive! A great selection of food with unique options and pub fare staples. Prices are shockingly low considering recent inflation. Fantastic service with the right amount of encouragement for upsell of menu items to round out the meal. The drink list is also quite creative. We really enjoyed ourselves. Only reason for 4 is the music was a little too loud for conversation and socializing. Overall a great experience.

Enjoyed the food, cold beer, and friendly atmosphere. A bit degrading to these young ladies and what they have to wear- not my thing. I was wondering what the sign meant by scenic views with it being next to an expressway… would not suggest to people who value the true beauty these gals offer and who might be offended.

The ribs are quite good, and mac & cheese could use some seasonin but is otherwise solid. The Chicken and Shrimp combo is my personal favorite, I get it 99% of the time because it's always been incredible, and I've never been displeased with it. We go here a few times to honor a very close friend who passed from cancer, whom I used to go with several times a year. The house long Island are my go-to every time im here, and my wife enjoys the Scooby snack shot. Atmosphere is what you'd expect for this sort of bar, but everyone is respectful and likes to chat.

Date lunch with the hubby was great! This was my second time at Twin Peaks my husband’s first! Everything was great! From beginning to end. The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich /coleslaw was delicious! My hubby enjoyed the smoke stacked. Our fries were lightly golden and piping hot. The manager came and spoke with us at our booth. We will be coming back. This was a lunch date we needed . We lost our 15 year old daughter a year ago to cancer so we are really trying to enjoy life as best as we can. Twin Peaks did it for us today. Our waitress Ms. Rain, did a wonderful job giving us some of her favourite meals to try. She offered service the whole time with a smile. Thank you Twin Peaks for a wonderful snowy lunch date with my hubby.💞

Goto the Black Rock instead! I don't know why people rave about Twin Peeks? Our food was underwhelming, overcooked, & overpriced. Our waitress looked like a sickly young boy, who didn't get anyone's order right, and rarely stopped by our booth. Even if they comped our meal, I wouldn't return. One of the worst local dining experiences I've ever had. 👎👎

Our server (Madaline?) was wonderful. Great drink suggestion for the Amaretto sour! Food was perfect. I had fish and chips and was very pleased to see small portions of fish but enough pieces to fill me up. Love Twin Peaks!

Anasia was such an amazing server! My husband and I were enjoying a weekend getaway in Madison Heights and chose Twin Peaks for our date night dinner. My husband and I enjoyed the decor despite the atmosphere being a bit more than anticipated. Anasia made us feel welcomed, ensured our drinks were never empty, and that the food was tasty. Which it was delicious and perfectly cooked. Definitely will come back if we're in town. And we'd ask for Anasia!

Went with a couple of friends for a few beers and some shots... The women were beautiful but our waitress maybe seemed a bit flustered or irritated... Either way, the service was still good... Cheese curds also are a must have here... The sports on tv was a bonus and the air from outside felt perfect... Great atmosphere, would've loved to have eaten more and stayed longer... Until next time, I might give it a 5 star the second go round!

Angel was the best waitress I have ever had. Her radiance was overwhelming at times. There was some kind of aura around her that made me feel so good about my decision to come into twin peaks. She was so kind and considerate, I felt like she was a part of my family. She must have literally dropped from heaven! Definitely coming back again.

The concept is fine but I remember everything being a bit better when I was here in 2018. The 29F is a nice gadget but it is a bit annoying when the beer freezes and looses its sparkling.

Good vibes. I didn’t like the shared table. It was weird. We were too close to them but they were cool nonetheless. Me and my sister had buttery nipple shots and mozzarella sticks. Everything was super good!! 😋🥃

they didn't have reaper sauce for wings. instead of telling me so like honest civilians they sold me some tasteless bland knock-off instead that has ZERO spiciness nor flavor. with that kind of deceptive attitude plus price mark-ups out the wazoo, this place doesn't stand a chance. not to mention the guy in the kitchen wears his mask as a chin diaper. if you feel like your life is worth risking for, eat at your own risk.

My husband and I love this place.. used to go once to twice a week before they stopped dining in again. Usually the food is phenomenal but this was our first time ordering carry out and we’re very displeased with our order.. we got two things of cheese bites and we open the boxes and both orders are so burned and hard you can’t even attempt to eat them. Not sure how someone even let the cooks box them.

Penny is a awesome and wonderful server, Andrea is an awesome manager! The family here is awesome, they love us military guys, as well as Police, Firemen, and Paramedics! And we love them, come on over and grab a bite, be well and stay safe!!!

The waitress took my drink order in timely manner but pulled out her pen as if I was ready to order when she brought the drink maybe she assumed I knew how or was able to download scan barcode on my phone. She never returned with a menu after I told her I needed one.The nice patron seated next to me went and got a menu for me. Outside of immigrant owned businesses service is horrible lots of pouting ADHD lethargy ineptitude product knowledge lacking.

Waitress was terrible food fair but not great manager checked on me more than the waitress and tried to make things right if you want to look at young ladies with skimpy clothes than it's a good place to go it's like Hooters on steroids more on the bar side and less on the grill side

First time back here since the modern plague hit last spring. You can see the effects of social distancing right away when you walk in from the number of tables that have been blocked off. I had two draft Dirty Blondes, fried pickles and the Hangover burger with bacon added. But I got the bacon used in the billionaire bacon burger. I have to say that was a pretty good choice! I enjoyed interacting with my waitress. She was easy to have a conversation with and did a great job making sure I was attended to. The food came out pretty quick too. Overall a pretty good visit. I was tucked away in a corner, so the views weren't as scenic as I was used to in the past. But still a pretty good visit.
