I came to your establishment and ordered $55 in food and asked for my chicken to be a certain way. I was told I couldn't which is concerning to me. When I'm paying for food I expect that since I'm paying my hard earned money that I can say how I want my food. Well that isn't the case and very frustrating. If I ask for something particular that I'm paying for it should be that way. I don't understand how you can tell a paying customer no you can't have your food this way. Any other restaurant I have gone to and ask for something particular it's no problem but here that's not only wasn't the case but they stood on this decision. I kept my order because I didn't feel like trying to find something else but it won't happen again. I'm not saying the customer is always right but if I a customer am paying for food I should be able to get it the way I want it.

Great place to never go. filthy inside, chicken sandwich was pretty nasty, thin, the crusty breaded layer was thicker. How do they stay in Biz ? The bun was actually decent.

I wont be back...the chicken is tasteless your better off cooking it at home. The roll had moe flavor than the chicken and my side of corn had an unknown object in it. Only good thing was the bbq sauce

The cashier is very rude n a young men just throws ur food in the spin thing where u grab ur food from… they are a bit pricey to be having bad service!!!! When u place ur order they never listen always something wrong with my order. Even on the phone she is very rude. I love they food but after today I will no longer be going back!!! They gotta do better with they customer service or they will soon be out of busy!!!!!

Ordered from here and man oh man am I disappointed, for what I received I was better off eating a pack of ramen noodles. They fried everything too hard and for too long. I can barely bite into it. I usually get good food from here but not today. Whoever is cooking today 10/14/21 afternoon needs to be retrained or fired. Ain’t no way my potatoes should be this dry and hard, they’re usually buttery with seasoning. The chicken bites are hard as rocks. The fish is so hard I could slap someone with it. What a waste of time and money.

Food was burned and tasted awful. Customer service treated me like I wanted free food which was insulting. They replaced my food but I was afraid to eat it after the they acted.

The food is delicious as always. The owners could spruce the inside up a bit. It looks like coney Island on a Saturday night at 3am inside.

Great place good food can't beat it and plus I really love those potatoes their just the best!

I ordered the cod 3pc and potatoes for $12.70 the server was nice enough to bring my meal to me. When I opened it there were 3 fish sticks and box full of greasy square potatoes. I was hungry so the taste wasn't horrible everything was just greasy

Great food and service for catering. I ordered a party package for my husband’s 50th birthday. My guests raved about the delicate food. Everything was delicious. All staff I dealt with were friendly and the Manager Elise was very helpful.

Not a great front of house, but let's be real...we're not here for that. Its the hot, crispy, juicy chicken and the potatoes that taste like hot buttered perfection. (Pro tip , flip that box of taters for maximum butter distribution) Prices are up these days but the quality is still there and I'll pay for that all day.

The differences between this store and the one in GPW are vast. The woman that took our call was rather cold, and lacked some politeness, but upon pickup of order my wife found her to be quite nice and attentive. For starters the ribs came wrapped in aluminum foil which kept the heat and moisture in the meat, and was a very welcomed departure from the other store. Also included were condiments which again, were never offered down the street. Surprisingly the broasted potatoes which I always ask for well done, came home perfectly done. This will be the only Chicken 🐔 Shack we will order from going forward.

When I called to place my order the female on the other end of the phone was so rude. When I came to pick up my food she was still rude. Like if you don't like your job then get a new one. Customer service is the key to any food chain around. And you wonder why restaurants don't be around long because of the people they have working for them have bad Customer service 🙄. To the young rude lady that try to give me a hard time. I'm going to pray for you and your nasty attitude 🙏

Don’t ever ever ever eat there. Place is dirty! Chicken was spoiled with green spots on it. Good staff though but the manager/owner should be removed. Frfr

It's not the most professional of the restaurants around. The service could be more intuitive and customer oriented. It gets pretty busy as it is very popular. I wish they would remodel the dinning area. As much money as they make it shouldn't still look like a 90s hole-in-the-wall. My favorite foods from here would have to be the potatoes, tenders, and ribs. They're bbq sauce is pretty good. A major plus is I have NEVER gotten old sitting food nor has anyone else I know so therefore gotta give it a 3.

I always order the bbq chicken bite dinner and its pretty consistent in taste from this location, my only issue is that the portions has decrease drastically.

As a Long Time Detroit Resident of The Mack Area Morningside Community and A 25+ Years As A Community Advocate and Activist I Have NEVER Received Such Poor Cutomer Service from a Local Community Restaurant Right Here in My Own Backyard and Area Where I Live! Especially, ON A Special Day Like Father’s Day & Juneteenth Day I Called to Place A Order for Chicken for A Father’s Day Get Together and Was Told That They Are ONLY Taking Walk-Ins But Was DENIED to Be Able to Place My Order on the Phone and Walk-In to Pick It Up. I’m Recommending the Re-Train of The Employee or Boycott of THIS Business.Who Took My Call at 8:18pm / 6-19-2022 and Spoke With Me for 4 Mins. to Put Me On Hold and Never Came Back to The Phone Line To Take My Order. This is the Type of Business We Don’t NEED or WANT In Our Community and If Steps Aren’t Taken to Correct Such Treatment Then Something MUST Be Done to See to It That It Doesn’t Happened Again to ANYONE Else.

The worst location ever will not go back there to eat I usually eat off mack in grosse pointe or 13 and harper the Best location.it took 50 minutes to get food staff not friendly at all seemed like the cook had a attitude she had to work.The food was not cooked well done I ordered 2 chicken barbeque dinners.

Terrible service! The man working in the back dumped my potatoes back in the fryer after he tried to give it to me raw, the lady in the front was making food with no gloves, right after handling all of the money, it was just horrible in there. do not recommend.
