While the service was Grade-A, our waitress refilled our tasty lemonade drinks, the food itself was lackluster. Aspects of the turkey and buffalo burgers lacked variety and flavor. French Fries weren't as fresh as I hoped. The staff can utilize more attention to cleaning around the booth areas. The bathroom could use some tidying as well.

Where to start? This is the 3rd different Rusty Bucket I've been to, and it IS NOT an example of the other 2. Met friends for dinner on a Friday at 4:30pm. Took 15 minutes to get a beer. Another 15 minutes to have our order taken. The food was good and well presented. Its unfortunate service wasn't just bad, it was terrible! Had to rob napkins and silverware from another table. No one ever checked on us. Had to stop a passing employee to get another beer, then to get a box, then to get the bill and finally to correct the bill. Add to the poor experience; horrible music playing and get this...young kids, maybe 8 to 10 years old, that came in and were going table to table trying to sell fundraiser candy. WHAT THE HELL! I don't go out to eat to be solicited. I'm not so sure they were legit, either. Puffy coats on with the hoods pulled tight, looking like Kenny from South Park. And no official type of fundraising packaging. Little grifters, it appeared. And how did they get there? Why were they allowed to run all over the establishment bothering patrons. Lastly, the bathroom. I'll let the picture explain. I would avoid this location.

1st time here. My partner and I are trying a new restaurant each month. We didn't know what to try. We happened to arrive during Happy Hour. 1/2 off appetizers and pizza. So we ordered Chicken Tenders(deep fried battered) which also came with French Fries. Garnished with Salt & Pepper and a Sicilian Pizza. All there pizzas are hand tossed, thin crusted and 12". Equal to 8 pieces. Plenty of food. We took home the pizzia. Well worth the $ and the Happy Hour Prices didn't hurt either. They also have alot of options to choose from. Plus everyday there is a different drink special

The food and service at this Rusty Bucket were very good. We ordered the Soy Salmon, Double Decker Quesadillas, Fish & Chips, and BBQ Wings. All came out hot and as ordered. The Double Decker Quesadillas were seasoned really well and quite tasty. Mark was our server, and he was exceptional. The mac and cheese side was creamy, and the fries were seasoned. Only took photos of carry out.

Ambiance was nice. Not stuffy and not overly loud. Food was delicious, if a tad pricey but worth it. Bartender Austin was great! And you could tell how busy he was. The baja tacos were amazing! Fried pickles were hot and fresh. Cant wait to come back!

Great happy hour deals! I went in here on a whim and found a solid sports bar. The service was so-so. Attentive, but no one is hovering to see what you need next. I had the Juicy Lucy pub burger one time with sweet potato fries and it was good and hearty. I came back for pizza the next day and the Sicilian was amazing! Both really good value for happy hour. Good mix of local craft beer and other favorites on tap. Try the Everyday IPA while they got it.

It was so good. I went back all three nights during my two work visits to this area over the past month. Tom, the general manager, came out at my request so I could personally thank him for three great nights. Emily and Tiffany were the best at customer service and since I have been in the customer service business my entire 40+ year career, I wanted to share with him my pleasant experiences. I would rate it more than 5 stars due to the customer service and the food. Well done!!!

My party of 3 came in on a Saturday to eat before heading downtown for a concert. The staff was really friendly and took our drinks quickly. The atmosphere was chill with low lighting and it wasn’t too loud. It didn’t take long for our orders to come out and the food was really good! I didn’t even remember to snap a photo of our plates because we all just started to dig in. Our waiter kept an eye on our table the whole time and we left in great spirits. 10/10 would recommend visiting if you’re near the area!

Today I got to enjoy a rare lunch date out with my wife. We've eaten at an old location closer to Square Lake Rd years ago and really enjoyed it back then. Decided today to stop in on the way through and glad we did! The fish sandwich was great, not too much breading and on a perfectly chewy bun. Fries are tasty and the coleslaw was a good treat as well. My wife really enjoyed the barbecue chicken chopped salad. It seems that more and more restaurants aren't focusing on good salads these days but she said this one was excellent and would definitely order it again. Our service was great even during a busy lunch hour and a full parking lot. Our waitress kept the drinks full. Will definitely be stopping in again to enjoy some more goodies from the menu!

Excellent food and service. Our waiter was Chris and he answered every question we had and had a lot of great recommendations. The chicken strip appetizer was wonderful, and the fish and chips were very tasty. Both orders came with very generous helpings!

The food was good , I had a Ceasar salad topped with blackened salmon. We were on the way to the movies and needed a quick bite to eat. The service was fast. It was a sports bar so it was very noisy, if you are looking for a place to relax and talk you might want to pick someplace quieter. Overall everything was great.

Food was pretty good. Server was nice but overwhelmed....at end said newer so that was relieving. The nice part is we saw others kick in to help at times. But as pleasant as was, did make for things missed at meal. Won't hold against at this time...glad they are finding help whose trying. Was really busy and loud had to yell to talk to people in our own small party. 🙃 Guess that's environment but was only 2nd or 3rd time there and I didn't recall that before. Maybe just time of day?

My wife and I were really hungry from not eating all day being at Karmanos, really never heard of this place though we would try it,looked nice, good atmosphere our waiter (L) was very nice personable,we tried the fried pickles they're very good, from there it went downhill I got the fish extremely salty very greasy!pool of oil in my basket she got the Reuben sandwich it also was greasy and we couldn't eat the fries they were so salty! We paid$$and left. Maybe just a good place for drinking.

My experience was lovely. This is a very clean restaurant with extremely congenial wait staff. My order was the pork sandwich with onion rings and oh yeah it was really good. Side salad was substantial . I have warm thoughts of this place and have a recommendation for anyone.

The location I went to was super busy, but we were seated within half an hour. The service was great, and the food was top-notch.

I had a wonderful experience! The staff is very professional; A woman by the name of Sage stood out to me; she greeted me with a big smile and she was very knowledgeable about the restaurant and the items on the menu. She made my 1st time experience with the restaurant amazing. I will definitely be back very soon.
