This place was very very good. Just what we needed to recharge before and after traveling. We sat at the bar and was waited on by Kristine. She was sassy and funny. Kept us on our toes. Had a lot of good laughs here and will be coming back more when we have more layovers. Great staff all around. GIVE KRISTINE A RAISE!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with the food here! It was hot, tatsy and quick. We had a platter appetizer and the chicken waffles, and margarita grilled chicken. It was all great. The service was fast.

Five stars for our server April! 100% the highlight of my trip to Detroit. I was not a big fan of Detroit. April, though? Huge fan! She's nice, fun, efficient, gives great advice about margaritas, and makes sure you don't miss your flight a second time. Try to sit in her section if this matches your vibe. But don't bother her if you're a Debbie Downer. Food & ambiance: It's a Chili's at the airport in Detroit.

Absolutely horrible experience, they must be extremely understaffed. Took forever to get a refill and our food. The salad came out and it was literally store bought shredded lettuce. The worse chilis experience I have ever had. Will not return on my next layover in Detroit.

So your standard Chili's in an airport, generally not much to write a review about because you know what you're getting. But our server, Heather, was absolutely amazing. We did not have to wait for anything! She was so quick and attentive and I know how busy and hectic working in an airport restaurant must be but she absolutely went above and beyond, and deserves a raise for sure because she made this Chili's stand out for us weary travelers!

Service was good, the house salad with grilled chicken was good but the chicken tenders were not. The fries seemed like they had been sitting for a while and the breading was too much.

Why doesn't a single TV work here anymore? You have to flag down a bartender and they act super surprised you want something. "Could I get a drink and a menu please?" Then don't return. Pretty dumb in my opinion being the main money maker on terminal B.

Surprisingly, the best Chili's experience I've ever had. I usually avoid restaurants like this, but they had a local draft beer on tap, and the chicken salad I got was pretty on point. It's still a Chili's, but with less disappointment. Great service at the bar. Overpriced, because airport, but I would absolutely go again.

I had an awful experience being served at the bar by Brittany. She seemed annoyed when I asked her for a take out box. She absolutely ignored me. I asked her if she heard me. Her response was “yeah” I said well you didn’t respond she rolled her eyes and said, “ Well I heard you”. As the CEO of a consulting company I know what it is to be an asset to your clients and your company. I would say Brittany is definitely not an asset. She needs to be retrained on the basics of good customer service.

Chili's at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport is a. Ig one having more than 100 seats. There's bar and high bar chairs as well. But the seats are too congested and so uncomfortable, more because this one is at airport and everyone has some luggage too. Mexican rice served was a kid meal. Seasonal veggies was broccoli only. Chicken soup was good. Service was slow because of rush.

We Had To Find A Clean Table My Family Had About 2 Tables. Which Was Not Clean I Understand There Were Very Little Help. Which We Cleaned The Table And Had Dinner Staff Was Slow But Was Very Apologetic I’d Be Here For A Layover But Flights Got Cancelled. The Waitress Would Bring Out Food Fast Enough My Family Ordered Boneless Chicken Wings. And Coke. And It Was Packed And The Waitress Was Very Stressed We Decided To Be Patient. And She Really Was Really Happy So We Didn’t Rush Her.

It's a Chili's, not much else to say; it's basically the same as a Max and Ermas or Applebees. That said being an airport Chili's there is a reduced menu and expanded prices.

Fast service and good food, that was reasonably priced. Limited menu, but it was adequate with the variety of menu items offered.

Employee named Starr P. told me I had met the 2 drink maximum and sent me down to Embers bar to get one more. Embers told me they are affiliated so I can’t order. Thank you Starr for wasting my time.. will never stop in again. I regret giving her a tip. Would’ve been a 5 if not for Starr.

Erika is a killer bartender and the Bacon burger was really great too. I hope to see her again in my travels through DTW!

Very good experience at this location, the bartender was awesome…very attentive and friendly. The food was wonderful and came quickly and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I highly recommend stopping here while in the Detroit airport.
