Cashier/server was extremely rude and manager allowed it! Drove to far for a bad experience. If you're short staffed it would make sense to be polite and respectful. Energy is contagious should not be working with the public if you don't know how to provide the hospitality that your customers deserve.

Absolutely fantastic Denny's! My hubby called to see if they were open, but the dining room had just closed . The manager in the background was telling the server to have us come on in. The restaurant looked beautiful and clean! What a nice change from other places we've been to lately. Our server was amazing and when I wanted something special, she went and cooked it herself; what a cook, it tasted SO good! Then the manager came by the table to see how we were doing. She felt very sincere. She offered to give us a discount on our food for a review, but I said I'm going to leave one anyways so... I try to always do a review no matter what. Great places are far and few these days. Especially when all employees seem to respect each other too. Again a refreshing experience! Thank you!!! 🎉😄🤗

Vegetable medley was way overcooked almost blacked. Salmon smelled fishy and was cooked to much even crispy on the edges and did not sit well on my stomach. Sandwich bread was drenched in grease / butter and cooked until the bread was hard. Salad was fresh but not brought out until the main dish. Service was missing despite the restaurant being mainly empty. Would not recommend.

I will never go back to a Denny's restaurant. Once we got there we got our drinks ordered and the lady kept telling us they were out of everything or did not have it and then come back with exactly what I ordered and she was very confused about that. Eventually someone came to take our order and at best it took an hour for that to arrive. One of our orders was a French slam, it was very small it was the smallest of all our orders for the biggest price. The food was good but I don't feel it was worth waiting an hour for!! I should have went to IHOP... if you're in a hurry and want good food don't go to Denny's.!! If you only have an hour for lunch don't go to Denny's!! But if you have time to spare and sit and wait by all means stop here and eat. That was one of the highest perks of going to this restaurant is that the food was at least good.

this was the worst thing i’ve ever eaten in my life. the server with braces was terrible. the tables were dirty. i got country friend steak and it was more like country fried cardboard. my fathers biscuits and gravy were uncooked and the gravy tasted like spoiled milk. i don’t think this place knows what seasoning is or service. afterwards i sat in my bathroom for hours getting sick because this place’s dumpster food poisoned me.

Everything was perfect. It's been a while since I had Dennys and was not disappointed. I will be definitely going back to this location 100%.

By far got served the worst food Ive had from any Denny’s. Burnt onion rings, gooey potatoes, soaking wet cold fries, nasty burger. Never again lol

Been seated for 15 min. now, and since then 2 tables have been seated near us. They are being served drinks and asking for their orders. Where is my server? Getting a little thirsty and came hungry. Unfortunately it looks like we will be leaving in the next 5 min.

I often forget to thank, and tip, a good cook, but Mark's work here is spot on! I asked Cheryl, my waitress (who was grand as well!) what his name was so I could enter it in this review. Pancakes; surprisingly thick to be that fluffy. Eggs; came out hot, just right. I'll go to a lot of Denny's before I find food cooked the way it should be, and as Mark did. Between him and Cheryl, my day , and my belly (lol) started out perfect! Thanks Cheryl/Mark and Crew!

I have never before been to a restaurant and ultimately not been served (outside of our beverages}. My partner and I arrived at 10:20 a.m. and were seated immediately. We ordered at 10:29 by our waitress's own admission. They did tell us that they were backed up in the kitchen. We waited an hour without food before questioning things. When we did start to question things, they mentioned that two online restaurants were being run from the kitchen and that things were truly backed up. I'm embarrassed to admit that we waited another hour before walking out. They apologized and told us that we didn't have to pay for the drinks we were served.

Considering we went in before any big families came in, it was OK. The service was great, just the staff were stood around talking while we ate and not even a ask if we would like more coffee. I understand that if your not busy you have time to talk. I also think that you should connect with your customers as well. Talk to them, ask how their day is etc. That promotes better customer interaction and show more interest. Better than standing around talking to your co workers.

Having breakfast with my wife at Denny's. Didn't disappoint!! My wife and I ordered a loaded veggie omelette but with hash browns and pancakes. Service provided by Amira and her trainee was excellent!!! It was delicious!!! We're coming back!!!

Jaime was our waitress today, she was fantastic! She was a breath of fresh air. She was polite and super friendly. I feel she is the best waitress that you have. We come in 1-2x a month and even if we’re not seated in her section, she always comes over to say hello. Can’t say enough about this young lady…. She’s definitely a keeper. Thanks again for a delightful experience.

I order the skillet for breakfast and when I got my food they only gave me one egg tones of salt on the food and potato’s and my hubby’s pancakes were dense and horrible. I don plane on coming back to many mistakes and I didn’t even eat. Thanks a lot 😡

I came here all the time for soup when I was pregnant (2018). I stopped coming because of the service. After five years, I decided to try them again, hoping things had improved (the chicken Noodle soup is really good and they only sell it on the weekends). Sadly, they are just as bad. Took my carry out order quickly, but then took five minutes to tell me they didn't have any soup. I asked for a refund. Another five minutes passes and a waitress comes out from the back and asks if I'm picking up a carry out. I tell her that I'm waiting for my refund and don't know why it's taking so long. She said, "Oh, okay" and just walked away. A few minutes later another waitress comes out and finally issues my refund, but shorted me $1.37. I told her, offered my receipt, and she opened the drawer and handed me $1. She closed the drawer so I told her, "Now I need 37 cents." She went back into the drawer to give me that. So, short story long, they are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. What kind of restaurant runs out of soup at 6pm? It's always been a frustrating experience and today reminded me of that. This type of service is why the chain is doing so poorly. I will never be back.

I just wanted to get home so that may color my review... We were there 1.5 to 2 hours for simple breakfast. By the time we left, it was lunch time. That being said, our waitress was amazing. She had lots of people vocalizing their unhappiness due to food delay but she remained calm and explained the delay (they had around 30 order pick ups). And the cooking crew was busting it to make everyone happy. Seriously, your cooking and wait staff will make or break you... your staff rocked.

Our waitress was good, the food was cold not fully cooked and we waited an hour to get it. I don’t understand how door dash people would get their food before a seated customer. It’s not fair to the customer or the waitress who is hoping for nice tip. ON A SUNDAY!!

Oh I love Dennys. Especially Jaime, every time we visit to have breakfast/lunch I will look out for her, she will make sure we have everything vegan and exactly as ordered! Love to have food here!

At times we have to meet family members quite early and would love to have a good breakfast with them BUT Dennys DOESN'T OPEN until 10 am pretty much after most people are done with breakfast. So if you want an early breakfast right off the interstate 75, Dennys ISN'T THE PLACE TO CHOOSE.

Looked like there was only 2 workers tonight, waitress and manager. Considering that, they were both very polite and upbeat. The vibe here was amazing. Didn’t feel rushed, or being short staffed wasn’t taken out on customers. I’ll be coming back! Keep that positive vibe!!

We just left and omg the staff was amazing. Chay and Donna kicked butt and were some of the best servers I've ever had. Cassie the manager went above and beyond. They made it an absolute amazing time. We will be back just because of them.

Service was good, place was clean! Ordered eggs and pancakes, pancakes are just sooo yummy. Friend ordered steak and eggs and the fried chicken meat was soooo dark I thought it was beef. Unsure why.

Love the Sante Fe Skillet. There were a few new waitresses. First time jobs. Great to see these kids get out there and work.

Server was amazing but stood for quite a while unacknowledged at the register to pay. I recommend the spicy moons over my hammy sandwich. Yummy!

Amazing experience! Food was delicious! Our waitress Jamie not only did a great job serving us, she also smelled good, had awesome nails and wore a day of the dead crown. She deserves a raise!

Went to grab a quick bite before a movie. Food was great! Had the brisket melt and it was delicious. Danielle was our server and she was very nice and attentive. Great service! Will definitely be back.

Me and my husband showed up 2/11/24 at 10:30am and waited almost a hour and half . They told us our ticket got misplaced. Everyone who came in after us was served and already ate. They didn’t offer a courtesy or anything. We felt discriminated against. We will not be back!
