The office staff is friendly enough, the lab downstairs is quick and professional, but the overall level of physician care is poor. And I tried 3 different doctors. They do not listen to you at all, and seem to follow the Big Pharma playbook. They will not give referrals unless they follow the poor protocols they have in place. These clinics are 100% income driven, as they are beholden to their shareholders, and they seem to care very little about your health and well being.

No one seems to care in our experience - staff and doctors we worked with did not seem to listen or care to patient requests. There is no sense of urgency to provide the care we needed, either. We requested documentation regarding health status for work, and were promptly forgotten about for a week until we called back, told the doctor wasn't going to be around for another week after they forgot about us. Even then, the paperwork was filled out incorrectly several times regardless of direction provided. It doesn't matter that the commute to this office is less than 5 minutes from home - the frustration isn't worth it.

What I love about Alliance is that the staff is always friendly and consistent in their demeanor. I want to specifically call out Cathy (#18years) at the front desk. This lady greets everyone with kindness, knows patients by name, and does whatever it takes to make the starting point at their visit to this office a positive one. She is professional in her role, and really is a kind soul.

The front desk person Cathy goes above & beyond what her job description reads I am sure. She greets everyone as if they were a favorite family member. Always with smiles & kindness and goes out of her way to make patients feel comfortable. #18 years

Dr. Salman is wonderful. However, the front desk was not. They never checked me in. Even after I filled out update paperwork. When I turned it in I waited another 15 mins. The office manager called me up. She told me I shouldn't be late. I was confused because I wasn't. I had her check the cameras to prove so. She tried getting me to reschedule after I already took off work and wasn't late. Not even I am sorry. Feomt desk was rude, unorganized and un professional.

Although my primary care doctor was on leave; this office gave me Excellent care! I was treated so special: the Receptionists, Doctors were all so helpful, and informative. I walked right into the Lab, and had blood work done same day!

I see Dr Salman as my PCN and she is heaven sent she listens she's attentive so kind and thorough and easy to get ahold of hands down she the best!! I also see Dr.Sunblad & Dr.Andrews for podiatry and my joint replacement surgery Dr Andrews fixed my ankle completely I was at 40% mobility he brought me up to 85% he worked with Dr Sunblad and came up with the best solution to give me the best options specifically for my situation.I would recommend this office to the world!

Today was my first appointment here and I am beyond impressed. I was referred by a co-worked and am NOT disappointed. I didn’t wait longer than a minute in the waiting room, the exam room, or the lab. All of the staff here work together and it’s one of the most efficient “operations” I’ve ever seen. I don’t even think I was there for an hour and that’s with new patient forms, doctor consult, EKG, AND lab work. This is how a medical facility should be! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

There billing my husband's bluecross insurance 290.00 for a office call. It was a intern that did nothing but order over 20 test that found nothing. I called and asked what a office call cost an the most was 120.00 depending on what they did. This is insurance gouging. We will be contacting his insurance and the state.

I can only share my experience on my first visit. Dr. Schmittou was very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns.

If I could give this office a zero star I would! Office staff is super unprofessional and talks rudely towards their patients! They treat their patients like they're nothing. The Office should learn how to hire professional employees especially ones who deals with the public.

Very unprofessional! This office used to be on the ball! I don't know what has happened at this doctor's office but I will be switching after my experience there this week! I was told the doc would call me back to discuss my abnormal labs and asked if they could call me in something for my nausea and I got neither one! TERRIBLE!!!!

I really love this office and my doctor, but Patricia at the front office who answers and checks people in is very very RUDE.
