Went to Dr Mooney in urology with a kidney stone. He refused to see me and relayed through his nurse that the stone could not be passed and I need to go to Akron General ER to get it broken up. 5 hours later, the ER tells me that I should have never been sent up there and does nothing for me. A week later I go to another Cleveland Clinic Urologist in Akron who tells me Mooney misdiagnosed me and had already passed the stone during that week. To top it off, Cleveland Clinic refuses to remove the charge for the unnecessary ER visit that their quack doctor referred me to. I will never go back to that place again. Complete trash. At least if you make a mistake, own it and make it right.

Wooster Hospital and Cleveland clinic are ran by the same doctors. The doctors are just out to make money. All they ever want to do is run tests and scans. They never have answers to questions just more and more scans and tests. I ended up finding a new doctor 2 1/2 hours away and finally got answers and my health is where is should be. I am finally feeling good. I had nothing that Wooster and Cleveland Clinic tried saying i had. If i would have kept going here they would have killed me by now. Learn to put the patient first and not your wallets.

Went to the clinic recently just for a blood pressure check up. Was there maybe 25 mins. Tops..charged me $425!!! Highway robbery..that is insane and unethical in my oppinion..wanted to do other tests, but declined due to overlapse of insurance..I can't afford to go there. Guess my next appointment I will cancel and take my chances.what a shame!

Concerning the phlebotomist in the blood lab. I wish I would have got names, unfortunately i didn't. I was very disappointed in the immaturity and lack of professionalism shown during our second visit. My husband and I took our 3 year old son in to get his blood drawn, he was very scared. When they held him down to draw blood he had wet his pants. So the nurse said that we would have to bring him back in another day because it was unsanitary for them to continue, so understanding that is what we did. The next day we went in and when the nurse checked the file she said "oh wow I picked the fun one", and started complaining that he was the kid who peed himself the day before. When she realized I was his mom she pulled the other one into a room and was talking about the situation in a joking manner prior to calling his name. This being the place we take our children to the pediatrician I thought they would be used to taking a child's blood. Now we know that this is not a place to take you kids to. It is a shame we drive there from Ashland to get treated poorly needless to say we will not take our children there to get blood drawn. I would give them a zero star if i could unfortunately i have to give a 1 star rating.

My doctor was great. Then she was no longer under my insurance. I dealt with that and switched to another doctor. This doctor, imo, was prescription happy. Instead of dealing with the problem she just wanted to treat the symptoms. Don't be fooled by your bill. I went to their "urgent care" several months ago. Since then, I have received NUMEROUS bills even up until this month for new things for which now they are saying my insurance did not cover. Mind you, my bill shows that I do not owe anything else. I will not refer anyone to this place. I will not ever go to them again. Once we are done with this bill, I never want to hear of this place again. The hours were great but they are not comparable to the amount of hours I spend on hold with them trying to get their lackluster customer service to take care of something. Disgusted and disappointed.

Nurse practitioner for Dr Burselys nurse practitioner Julie refused to order more labs to see where my high cell count was she said it was because I smoked that's slander I haven't smoked for over a year. Let alone I told her everything hurt when I ate and drank ank she said he f it hurts don't eat or drink it. Turns out I had a killer C diff if untreated end results is death period 30 day killer no other results but death. I'm still recovering my near death experience. I had days to live asked me if life support was something I'd do. Wooster hospital saved my life. I'm still recovering. Don't send anyone there if you love them. Why did you not care if I died 😢

I have had Dr. Frank Cebul III ever since I was a baby. I have seen other doctors here as well. Including surgeons. Yes the wait may be long, but this is because they actually care and listen to you. LOVE this place as well as the doctors. I recommend it 100 times over

I had a good Doctor @ the clinic and they moved him to Cleveland! Then they had me see a nurse practitioner, not good! So I found a new Doctor and in order for me to get MY RECORDS THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR THEM? The records are mine, they got paid every time I went in to see them! Why do I have to pay to get my records? Will never use Cleveland Clinic if I have anything to say about it!

I got the last appointment with my doctor. Had a sinus infection, put on antibiotics. I really appreciate my doctor..

I would highly recommend The Cleveland Clinic, I've been a patient there for many years and had to switch Dr's a couple times due to them leaving the area and I love my current Dr.,, Dr. Lago. He's very kind and he listens to me with understanding and concern, which I've been so grateful for because I've had Dr's at other places treat me like a number on the calendar for the day.

I have never, in the 12 years I lived here in Wooster, had any issues with the people in this facility or others locally or in Cleveland Clinic itself in Cleveland. They are courteous, helpful, kind, patient and the nurses, doctors, and others are the best. These last couple years have been super trying, yet some people think they are to be waiting on and giving privileged treatment over all others who were there before them. My personal physician is the best I have had in my whole 73 years, and I had thought I had the best at other times. People, in this town, I found, since living here, are either decent, kind patient people, or they are selfish, demanding and mean. Not too many are in between. Take that into consideration when reading these reviews. Some should try being the one serving people in this city for a week, and they might see for themselves who the bad reviewers are and what they are about. When you have an choice, and you always have a choice, be kind and decent. Set the example of how YOU want others to treat you!!

The managers here are absolutely some of the worst I have ever experienced. If you are looking for a job here, I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere. The paycheck is not worth how you will be treated by your managers. It is a fine location if you are a patient, but if you are an employee...well, let's just say I would give 0 stars if Google let me.

Fast service, pleasant staff and correct results

Dr’s are great. Problem is the outside. Old masks, kleenex, trash laying everywhere in the parking lot. You can tell they have been there awhile. PLEASE take pride and keep the outside clean.

I've had nothing but the best care with my Dr and her nursing staff.
