I leave for vacation tomorrow and my ear has been bothering me for a day and a half. I decided to get it checked out before I get on a plane in the morning. I didn't want to go to urgent care because I find myself waiting forever to see a physician. I googled Henry Ford as I am already a Henry Ford patient and saw this new clinic. I called to schedule and was able to schedule a same day appointment on my lunch break. It is a ten minute walk from my office and my lunch is an hour. They were quick, friendly, and efficient! I walked to the office from work, they checked me in and diagnosed me in less than 20 minutes. I then walked to CVS to pick up my prescription and still made it back to work with 5 minutes to spare. I am so thankful for the convenience of this new office and the friendliness of the staff. They understand that we work too and we need to get in and out so we can get back. It is conveniently located at Griswold and Grand River and is a very clean office. Thank you :)

Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I was in Detroit on business and fell ill. I needed medical attention but didn’t know anyone in the area. I saw good reviews for the Henry Ford Quick Care Clinic and decided to go there. The experience surpassed all expectations. It started with a warm and professional reception, and I was quickly seen by a very skilled and caring nurse. When the doctor came in she asked thoughtful questions related to symptoms and lifestyle over the prior week. What stood out most was her gentle and caring manner. She really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and eased my concern about being sick away from my normal doctor. Bloodwork and a few other tests were performed, and she prescribed 2 medications to manage symptoms. The piece that really stood apart was when I received a text message 2 days later from my doctor making sure I was feeling better and made it home from Detroit without incident. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality medical facility.

This place is fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean facility. I was a walk in and from the second I entered the door it took all of 5 minutes until I was with a doctor. Dr Talluri was incredibly helpful and kind. So glad I came here. And I was out the door with prescriptions and advice in 15 minutes. Amazing.

Came here on 3 sep occasions. Everyone from the girls at the front desk, nurses, and doctors. were always very attentive and kind. Didn't feel forced or rushed. I will be changing my our family doc to this location if possible. Better then most docs at the Hamtramck location.

I was very disappointed with my visit. I had an APPOINTMENT set for noon and I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time(as requested) to complete the paperwork. I was there just for my Total-You Health Screening just like the other team members in the lobby. Well I watched as everyone came in and out, and it wasn't until I became overly frustrated as I watched someone with a later appointment go in, that I approached the receptionist and she did not seem apologetic for forgetting about my timeslot. I was on my lunch hour and waited OVER a hour just for my 5 minute screening. The practitioner was a lovely lady though and she even calmed me down from my fear of needles. But as for the receptionist who showed no care or concern, I hope you are reading this. There is room for improvement. I won't be attending here.

I decided I needed some medical care late in the moring on a Friday. I couldn't find an appointment anywhere. This clinic was the solution to my procrastination!! I called and was able to get in with no wait! The person on the phone even gave me great suggestions on where to park. Henry Ford also texted me 20 minutes before my appointment. (A busy person's dream..) The Nurse Practitioner did a very thorough exam. I felt better even before I left! What a wonderful clinic and team.

Nice and clean facility. Had my TB test done on Friday, March 29, came back Monday by 4:00 for the reading. A different Customer Service Rep informed me that I was too late and I had to be there by 3:10 pm. I was never told I had to be there at that time on Friday. Then I was told I had to wait 1-2 weeks to take another test. This has caused me an extreme inconvenience for work. That Customer Service Rep needs more training and have her pay my $8 test. I've been there before when the Clinic was on Woodward and never had a problem. Very disappointed! 😔

Nearest urgent care to where I live, and generally topnotch. They are (temporarily, I assume) around the corner at Griswold and Grand River due to the construction on Woodward, but have set up a smooth running , clean, and pleasant office there. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly, the waiting room cool and comfortable on a hot day. I was seen within a few minutes of arrival by a nurse practitioner who gave me a diagnosis after just a few questions (and without looking at anything). She sent in a prescription for me and was pretty much done within five minutes. Only after I started asking some questions before leaving did she start to give me information about what it was I had, whether or not it was communicable, and so on. After I had asked a few questions, she printed out a two page information sheet for me. I went immediately to the pharmacy and picked up the prescription and then home to begin the treatment. Only after I got home did I read the printout I'd been given and find out that the prescription would cure me but not, for a few days, do anything to alleviate the symptoms, and that there were a couple of over-the-counter items that I could get to address my current discomfort. So back I went to the pharmacy to get those items. Two days later, I think the nurse practitioner was right about the diagnosis, the medication seems to be working, and the over-the-counter medications are working to alleviate the symptoms in the meantime. I'm giving four stars instead of five simply because I wish the nurse practitioner had been more informative. She was helpful in answering the questions that I asked, but it turned out that there was some questions that I didn't know enough to ask. Otherwise, however, the visit was about as pleasant as a trip to the doctor's while you're ailing can be.

5 star service all the way around. I sprained my ankle on icy Woodward Ave. I went to the Henry Ford clinic as a first time patient. The entire experience was great - from registration to walking out the door took 50 minutes! I did call and make an appointment. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The do have X-ray imaging on site which they transmit to a radiologist for review. That happened so fast that the RN wasn't even done walking me through the diagnosis before they came in. All of my coworkers who have used this clinic have also shared stories of great experiences.

Editing as they fixed the problem by prescribing me the correct medication. ................................................. Made an appointment here. As I wasn't able to find a primary care doctor yet. I recently have been having eczema flare ups. I brought my prior medication for the <medicine name> lotion. Informed the doctor that the medication was prescribed to me and usually heals it over quite well. She prescribed me the ointment instead. Even though I mentioned that I had sensitive skin and was prescribed the lotion before. I was only there because, I ran out. I used the ointment once and it was so strong it discolored my skin after one use. I attempted again a month later and it continued to scar my skin. I spoke to the pharmacist at the drug store and he verified that yes, I needed the lotion not the ointment and to call the doctor and ask her to send another with the accurate type. I called and was told that I needed to pay to have another appointment. For her to prescribe me the same medication but, in lotion form. I'm upset because, she blatantly ignored my prior medication. Prescribed me a stronger dosage and wants me to come back to her for another appointment. Just to get what was requested the FIRST time. Save your money and find someone who actually cares about the people that come in.
