I’m
a
melanoma
/
skin
cancer
patient
here.
The
Dr
aggressively
insisted
that
I
get
“mapped”
photos
taken
of
my
skin
/
body
to
track
new
melanomas
/
skin
cancer.
The
Dr
said
it’s
part
of
my
care
plan
&
she
did
NOT
say
anything
about
my
insurance
would
not
pay
for
it,
or
if
her
office
staff
codes
the
insurance
invoice
wrong
for
just
taking
a
couple
photos,
then
I
have
to
pay
out
of
pocket
&
if
I
don’t
pay
even
after
her
staff
lied
to
me
on
2
separate
occasions,
that
they
will
destroy
my
credit
score.
Well,
my
insurance
would
not
pay
$50.00
to
have
some
photos
taken
of
me.
So
Henry
Ford
sent
me
a
bill
for
$55.00
I
called
the
Dr’s
office
2
different
times
to
explain
the
Dr
wanted
the
photos
taken,
it
was
not
my
request
to
have
photos
taken,
&
the
Dr
or
any
of
her
staff
didn’t
say
I
needed
to
pay
out
of
pocket.
The
Dr’s
office
staff
said
on
2
different
phone
calls
“Don’t
worry
about
paying
the
$55.00
bill”
1
week
later,
the
Dr
sent
this
$55.00
bill
to
a
collection
agent.
So
now
my
credit
score
is
downgraded.
I
work
very
hard
to
keep
a
good
credit
score.
The
Dr’s
office
staff
&
Henry
Ford
billing
department
will
flat
out
lie
to
your
face
&
tell
you
“Don’t
pay
the
bill
we
sent
you”
it’s
ok
we
will
take
care
of
it.
Henry
Ford,
this
Dr
&
her
staff
will
destroy
your
credit
score
over
a
$55.00
bill.
They
will
flat
out
lie
to
your
face.
Is
this
how
Henry
Ford
treat’s
cancer
survivors??
Send
a
cancer
survivor
a
$55.00
bill,
tell
them
not
to
pay
it
because
your
going
to
fix
it,
then
send
the
$55.00
bill
to
a
collection
agent
/
debt
collector
so
the
cancer
survivor’s
credit
score
is
adversely
effected!
??
Reading
all
these
other
1
star
bad
reviews,
makes
me
think
this
Dr
&
her
staff
probably
needs
to
be
under
review
for
becoming
disbarred
or
maybe
a
class
action
lawsuit.
