Amazing trainers/instructors!! I like the variety of classes and times available. Great children's classes as well. My son loves the Jujitsu class! This gym is great for Beginners looking to get in shape, or for advanced students looking to improve .

We absolutely love this gym. Matheus and ken are outstanding as instructors to the kids and adults alike. My husband and sons both train at this gym and look forward every day to being there. It is very family oriented and everyone genuinely loves each other. It is a great place to train and overall great family to be a part of. If you need a new activity for yourself or your child consider allegiance gym. You will not regret it.

I found Allegiance after training at a different shop for a few years. Initially, I was skeptical and did not think I was going to stay for long, but I'm still here. It was not the world class training that kept me here or the competitive pricing; it was the people that kept me here. I cannot compare this community to any other. The warmth and level of familiarity you feel with these people from week one is very different from other training facilities. I'm not asking you to sign up. I'm asking you to have an open mind and go in and talk to the people there. I promise you will want to come back for more.

The staff is super cool and very helpful. Everyone teaches you everything you need to learn at every level. The kids program is the best also. They help the kids understand the moves and the terminology breaking it down for them. The price of the gym is very affordable as well. You won’t find any meat heads or people who think they are better than the other here. No matter race, experience, sex, age, etc., they are here to help!

Great gym to train at and make some good friends. The coaching is amazing and the people there make it easy to unwind and be yourself. People train at your pace. Since joining I have competed in competition and look forward to the next one!

A gym that the members are like family that will help you reach your fitness goals or train you on different mixed martial arts. Everyone is very helpful and the instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly! Would highly recommend this gym.

Allegiance gym is wonderful. I started jiu jitsu at the Warren location back in September. As someone with ZERO experience in any type of martial art, trying this sport was intimidating. But as soon as class started I realized how welcoming the community is and what a great job they do to keep every member safe in the classroom and trained for real life events outside of the classroom. Once we moved to the Sterling Heights location we became spoiled! The facility is huge!! Its cleaned every night after class too, no dirt or hair while you’re rolling around. It’s been almost 4 months for me with the gym, and I can not express just how wonderful they are. The community has become a family. And the gym has become a home away from home. If you’re looking to try BJJ I recommend you come to Allegiance. Anywhere else will suffer in comparison because what Chris and Matheus have created here is so much more than a gym.

Just an amazing gym. This place is my get away from the world. Great instructors humble and tough smart educated students. Great kids classes I have four kids and three of them are signed up. I’ve been with the legions gym since they’ve opened and I will never leave. The owners are great people and great businessman I appreciate them.

Great place to start or continue your journey with Brazilian jiu jitsu. The team is very passionate about the sport, which makes learning new technique even easier. You will find out quickly that becoming a member of the family comes fast.

Great place to train and make friends! I've been doing bjj and judo for over 20 years and there is no place like this. Instruction is great from kids, beginner and adult classes. Very knowledgeable people, friendly staff and awesome family environment. Come in to this place and check it out, the owner will always answer the phone and be ready to give you all the information you need to get started!!!

Best place for BJJ in Michigan! The facility is large and everything is new. But that’s nothing compared to the family feeling at this gym. Everyone gets along and there’s a lot of respect amongst members. Everyone wants you to succeed and do well. The instruction from the coaches here is top notch. Do yourself a favor and get up here!!!

My son does kids Jiu Jitsu here, and he absolutely loves it. The instructors are great, very knowledgeable, and also very patient with the kids. I couldn't ask for a better setup for having my kids learn Jiu Jitsu.
