Fantastic place to learn Jiu Jitsu. Friendly and safe learning environment for the beginner, challenging opponents for the advanced. Black belt instruction from the very beginning ensures your Jiu Jitsu progress is expertly guided. Top level students to look up to, well equipped facilities, I can’t say enough how much I love training here.

By far my #1 gym in town; Especially for complete beginners, it doesn't take long to become a member of the caique family. The atmosphere and culture is super helpful, and welcoming. Anyone there is willing to give tips and pointers no matter who you are. The culture and atmosphere of the gym is outstanding; nobody is left alone, or standing out of place. Every class we start out with rountine warm-ups, then we are given drills to work on and build muscle memory. Afterwards, we partner up and spar, switching partners at will. After every class i feel like ive learned and acheived a higher skill level. 10/10 gym, would recommend to anyone.

Amazing atmosphere and awesome instructors. Everyone is very helpful and supportive. I have been training here for 3 1/2 years now and I recommend it to everyone. The Jiu Jtisu program has the best self defence program and plenty of room for the fun sport of it as well.
