Very friendly costumer service! I haven't been to Birmingham Roast in a little while so I wasn't quite familiarised with what they had new. I was asked my preferences and I told em I liked teas, lattes, anything. They recommended me their new Cinnamon Apple Tea Latte, I think, with Dairy Milk. Absolutely delicious! Tasted like a better apple cider, mixed with hugs. Well done! Will come again!

Tried their Honey rose latte with Oat milk. Love how flavorful their coffees taste. Although Birmingham roast is smaller to the one in Royal Oak. Definitely recommend checking out this coffee shop.

If you are a cafe going person and would love to try out new local cafes, then this place is a definite try! Their cuppa joy (coffee based drink), almond joy (coffee based drink) and honey joy (tea based drink) are must haves. They are absolutely blissful! They also have protein shakes and smoothies to try from their menu! They have eateries too that are really good and there are some good vegetarian options like breakfast burritos, veg wraps etc! Their avocado toast is filling and soothing!

Great place with great food and ambience. Staff were very helpful , patient, and smiling in customizing my meal to my need. Must visit if your around in Birmingham area. Food tastes delicious, freshly prepared (not prepared and warmed )with fresh veggies

Nice staff. Love the ample seating indoor and outdoor even though it’s a relativity small cafe. I always get a black Cold Brew, it’s a lot stronger than most places but yet still so refreshing.

Had a great cup of coffee and a great blueberry muffin. The coffee was smooth and needed very little sugar or half and half. It was a quick walk and it was clean and well stocked. Only critique would be to open earlier, but that is here nor there. Thank you for a great cup of coffee and I look forward to coming back to Birmingham and grabbing another coffee here.

I have been coming here for weeks now and every time I go, I am eager to try something new because all their menu options and baked goods look so good! Their delivery always exceeds my high expectations! They have great seating for people who want to work or study with great access to outlets and WiFi. They also have nice seating outside and lounge areas. This place is a great place to eat good food, drink warm beverages, and plan to conquer the world!

Great little cafe in the heart of Birmingham. Variety of seating types inside and multiple tables outside. Personal favorite is the Kuppa Joy, they do chocolatey and caramel drink very well here. Occasionally the smell from the kitchen radiates into the cafe and if the smell lingers too long it becomes unpleasant which is my only reason for a star off. Great service otherwise. There are outlets at every desk inside and the bar seating area but these tend to get filled quickly so come charged.

Great place to hang out, very nice staff, good service, nice tables and space to sit outside. Depending on when you go, some of the baked goods are really good, but sometimes the cookies are so hard you can't bite into them. I have now had coffee there numerous times and it is not good. I took a friend there today and neither of us could drink our coffee. I don't know what kind of beans are used, but they have an odd aftertaste. When I've gotten almond milk on the side, it has been sour. I live nearby and would love to frequent this place more often, but usually opt for Starbucks on Maple, a little farther walk. I keep trying Birmingham Roast from time to time, hoping it has improved, but so far, no luck. I hope the owner will look into the quality of the coffee or maybe it's how it is being made?

Really like their cuppa joy coffee Husband enjoyed his breakfast burrito. Liked my basic breakfast. We brought our puppy and he loved the friendly people. Shout out to Christina the cook, she was extremely nice and friendly. She brought water bowl to our dog we'll come back!

The ambience is beautiful! The drinks are mediocre. If you’re looking for a nice place to hangout, would recommend, but know the coffee and tea are average.

What a lovely coffee shop! It was quick and easy to order here. The staff was amazing. The drinks are nice – I ordered a chai tea latte and a hot cocoa. They have alternative milks, too. There's a parking structure nearby and seating outside as well as a bit inside. I'll definitely be back.

I ordered a cinnamon orange spice tea latte and left. Then I was caught off guard how good it was. Not too sweet and a perfect blend of tea and coffee. So tasty and just creamy enough, not too thick.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve had almost every item on the menu and I can genuinely say that the food is delicious and the coffee is exquisite. I also love the all the season specials! And all the employees are super welcoming and kind! <3

The best place to study!! And the employees are so sweet and friendly. When I used to come to study for my boards, Lydia would always go out of her way to greet me and it used to make my whole day!!! Would 100% recommend for good vibes and good coffee :)

My favorite cafe to enjoy latte in my neighbor hood! :) Their latte was so flavory and soft. And, every staffs are so nice everytime I get there.

Birmingham Roast is one of the best coffee shops in the area by far. Let alone their great drink selection and amazing breakfast menu, their lunch offerings are also all delicious. Whenever I enter in the morning to grab my orange juice or a coffee I am greeted by smiling faces and the employees make me feel right at home. The customer service is just as fantastic as the product and the drinks or food are prepared in very fast order and always to the highest quality. I highly recommend anyone who is a fan of coffee, breakfast foods or looking for a delicious, healthy lunch to check out Birmingham Roast immediately.
