    I am writing this review to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the lack of accessibility at Dunkin' Donuts. As a customer who values inclusivity and equal access for all, I found my recent visit to be incredibly challenging and disheartening. The first issue I encountered was the absence of ADA push button doors on both entry points of the establishment. This oversight creates a significant barrier for individuals with disabilities who require assistance or have mobility challenges.     The ice cream was good, what was available. However the lines were long, 2 staff available only one working. The other was mopping the lobby that was full of customers instead of helping with the service.

    I usually order through the app a couple of times a week. A few days ago I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich and a donut. They forgot my donut and forgot to toast my sandwich. Not a big deal, accidents happen and everything is normally fine. I ordered again today and not only did they not toast my sandwich again but the English muffin was moldy. Usually I try to be understanding and don't leave bad reviews but this is truly unacceptable. I'm going to Biggby from now on.

    Ohhhhhh Myyyy Godddd!! ☹️ This place has gotten terrible under the new ownership & new employees! The food is terrible, cold & yucky! The sandwich was so cold, rotten I had to dump it in the trash can after two bites before I even left their parking lot. The food left me nauseous! It's a shame because this use to be my Favorite Duncan location; it's close to home. I suspected things were getting bad when I notice over the months that service became super slow. WoW that's a shame. Furthermore, the counters were filthy with old food & drink stains & so was the one table near the door! I needed to put my cell phone down for a minute while I locate some info in my purse; counters & table we're both to filthy with old food stains; could not sit my cell phone down, may catch something!

    I normally don’t leave reviews but this place has been consistently bad (I gave it a couple chances the last few months), and it’s such a bummer because it’s close to my house and I’d love to be able to bike for a bagel sometimes. Today I asked for a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, but instead got a (barely toasted) clearly old and stale plain bagel I could hardly bite through with the nastiest rubbery excuse for cream cheese slapped sloppily on one part of the bagel. Any time I get bagels here there are similar issues with it just being gross and/or lazily made. I get that it’s fast food, but it’s quite a lot worse than any other Dunkin or similar place I’ve been to. So, if you want a donut, okay, but I’d advise against any other food.

    I ordered something by mistake and when I called to let them know so they didn't make it, I was told it's not his problem. I said I know I was just looking for some help to cancel part of the order and again, he said it's not his problem. Name is Rocky. Maybe he's having a bad day, I've been here many times and have never been treated so poorly. I asked why he was being so mean and he was nastier to me. I won't be back and that's a shame, I was only looking for help.

    The food quality here is higher than other dunkins it felt like the food was hotter and larger portions in the sandwiches. The people who own it don’t speak English as their first language and have trouble understanding the customer. This causes orders to be wrong many times. Repeating the order back to double check would be good. Me and everyone else there got our orders wrong. I would return but I would speak very slowly and repeat my order.

    I purchased an Apple Fritter, 2 glazed sticks, 2 powder covered, filled and one double chocolate cake and a large coffee. The "apple fritter" is a cinnamon swirl with apple pie filling-ghastly! The 2 sticks were very doughy...which baked products should NEVER be doughy! The 2 powder-filled were passing. They did allow me to use the lavatory, for which I was grateful. Finally, the Dunkin Doughnuts Coffee, which I consider a Signature Brand...well, I like mine blonde...to cool it just enough to drink when I receive it. It was very blonde, still very hot, and piss-weak and slightly bitter. Seemed like it was a watered-down version at best, and also, not fresh. All in all, $12.80 and I got 3 decent doughnuts. Not an appetizing or equitable exchange of goods and services. Hope your experience ce is better.

    I previously left a 3 star review because I had Stevia in my coffee. I looked back at my order and I did in fact select stevia in the raw instead of sugar in the raw. So I'm doing a 4 star review because like I stated in my last review, customer service was great and the stevia was my own fault.

    Food was great. But the coffee was contaminated with cinnamon and caused a severe allergic reaction. Called just to let them know and they denied even having cinnamon in anything they make. (Clearly not true as the allergic reaction and after looking it up, cinnamon is in several of their items.) Corporate was great at listening and working on resolving this issue. Again, next time just listen. We just didn’t want this to happen to someone else as an allergy contamination CAN be prevented. Again though, food was great.

    They don't know how to make a milkshake. I hope this post will encourage them to pull up the directions. You shouldn't be able to drink a milkshake like it's a glass of milk. The 1st was liquidied, I asked to please remake because it's not too loose, I didn't say it's not thick. The 2nd wasn't any different. Three (hubby just delt with it) MILKshakes all disappointing. So much milk I couldn't taste ice cream flavor.

    Staff are very friendly, however, products are not always as fresh as they could be. I may be a little particular when it comes to how I like my coffee, but a cappuccino should be pretty consistent. I found, however, that here it was not.

    Ordered an iced chai latte and it was not good. The chai was settled at the bottom which I unfortunately got a mouthful of first. I mixed the drink some more and it wasn’t that. It tasted like seasoning and spices. Not like a normal, sweet iced chai. Tried to fix it up at home, slightly better but ended up ditching it.

    I ordered 2 boxes of Joe for an event and paid in advance. When I went to pick them up at the scheduled time, they had not prepared them. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to get it ready. They blamed the guy who took the order. It was not worth the frustration!

    Horrible Customer Service EVERY time. Always always ALWAYS have issues with this Dunkin’. Did a mobile order and they gave me a completely different drink and tried to say that I asked for something else when I literally had THEM read the order. Never coming back here again they are always very rude and not understanding at all.

    I always get the biggest caramel latte from here. The turkey egg and cheese croissant is awesome. I'm not a turkey sausage person but this is sooo good. Always a short line. Staff polite. Donuts fresh. Update 9/1/22 ppl in spice lattes are awesome

    The donuts weren't what u asked for(they didnt taste. The coffee tasted watery, didn't taste the expresso I'm good. I wouldn't go back. The hashbrowns tasted burnt.

    Quick service but out of order handing me one piece of my order at a time in-between other guests orders. Totally confusing. If you show up when they open they oftentimes will be out of things because they don't get there early enough to make everything before hand. Needs a drive thru!?!?
