VEGETABLES LOOKED TERRIBLE!!! THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVING THEM TO HOMELESS,LESS FORTUNATE, A SHELTER... etc. SOMETHING! Before they went bad! But, thee meat looked good. My 1st time there. I went with my guy friend. He shops there

Cashiers are very friendly.. I don't trust much because the ceiling has black stuff growing, and parts of it missing.. Meat looks good but everything is scary cause the ceiling spreads whatever is up there around the whole store.. Been like that for too long..

I won’t do my major grocery shopping here and will only purchase from here if I’m in a bind and need 1 or 2 items super quick (with the exception of meat/fruits; won’t buy). Sadly, this place is your average neighborhood grocery store. Just like the majority of them, their items are overpriced (which I believe are for certain reasons, but I won’t elaborate). None of the employees that I’ve ever encountered are friendly. They do offer fax/copy services for a fee, and Amazon just installed one of their lockers here a few weeks ago which is convenient if you need it. Also, don’t expect to be able to take your shopping cart to your car if you need to, as they have some type of large metal gates around the entrance preventing you from doing so. They also have a problem with people hanging out in front of the entrance asking for random stuff, so plan on possibly getting approached. This place is OK, but pass if you can.

Excellent shoping experience. Low prices. Clean environment. Safe. Parking lot is terrible. Needs major repair.

I had not been in Farmer John's since it was Chatham Royals . Although the store looks so very different it was a pleasure to see the variety of foods . Moreover and reasonable prices on everyday staple foods . The one caveat l would like to add is the parking lot requires lots of work . And it would be helpful if there was a day attendant monitoring the grocery carts . Overall , l think it's acceptable

I've never liked stores when you enter the store the meat counter meets you and they smell so bad just turn around and leave it alone never return

The store was nice and clean inside, but I wasn't pleased with paying $5.00 for some sliced cheese.

Great cashiers! Terrible prices! The shelf items are ridiculously expensive and not even high quality. They take advantage of the people in the neighborhood who don’t know any better or have access to better stores. The price gauging is heinous! But the cashiers are welcoming and friendly people just earning an honest living.

Be sure to check your expiration dates. I just needed some romano cheese for my lasagna. Got home home and it was expired.

Went for Starbucks and grabbed a few items from the market. The market was very clean and everyone I asked for help, greeted me before I asked. Very nice and clean and Starbucks always awesome.

If I could give a zero star I would. The store has an bad odor as soon as they doors open the cashier's are rude. The shelf life is out dated on certain foods. Overall this is not a good place to shop.

Great place to shop, they also have a bakery where you can order custom cakes. Update: The bakery has moved next door to the store

Prices are outrageous. Store is dirty. Bums are posted up everywhere outside.

They advertise rapid covid test, but will not have them when you go in. Took my test anyway because I was told I’ll have my results in 2 days, results never came. I called several times and was told I’ll get a call back with my results and I’m still waiting. Currently on day 11. Unprofessional and if you ask me their just trying to get government grants for doing COVID-19 testing.

😐 Good with some caveats. For the most shopping is a decent experience until you get to the cashiers. Either they have an attitude, or they are inept or a combination of both. With some good cashiers this store could be something special.

😐 I use to love this grocery store. It's close to home prices are decent and it's clean. However the last few times I have came the service and employees has been horrible. 👍 In between. Convenient, wide selection of foods and nice people working here. It is in between a full grocery store and a convenience shop. Much more than a 7-11 but not as much as a Meijer. Surprisingly, their fresh produce and butcher counter is awesome. A very convenient place if you live nearby...

😠 The prices are ridiculous, the cashiers aren't friendly and the food isn't good quality. Just because it's in Detroit doesn't mean it has to be substandard!
