Our son had his wedding there. It was beautiful. They displayed a picture of him and his bride on the marquee, the morning of, the wedding and throughout the night. The service was impeccable and Andiamo catering was fantastic. The brides family had been planning her beautiful day since she was a child. Being next to Eminems, Moms Spaghetti, was an added bonus ☺️ Just Amazing ❣️

Nothing like a show in the Big "D"(Clutch) It's always a great time ! They got it down no rookies up here putting a gig on. I been coming up here for decades and never had a problem with safety! But you need to carry yourself properly. Great selection of beers and friendly staff keep things moving along. Don't forget to tip the staff

Security kinda made it feel like you were going into a jail. I guess that is the modern world though. Beautiful venue.

This was the best comedy show I have ever experienced. It was worth the covid test in what appeared to be a garage. It was worth the long wait for the first show to be over. Dave is the KING OF COMEDY. I'm glad I got to attend.

I went to go see Rebelution and Iration w dj mackle on 6/28. Show started at 8 doors opened at 7. I got there about 7:20pm there was a line down the side of the building so I was a bit concerned about getting in on time but the staff was on point. I was in in about 7 min. They checked my purse, cigarettes are allowed for those wondering and I also saw loads of people with vapes of various kinds. All the staff were super kind and helpful. Apparently you can't go out front and come back in so they have a side door that they allow people to smoke at and the staff member guided me to it. The venue itself was small but absolutely beautiful. I got a standing room ticket and just a heads up if you're not wanting to feel the base vibrate through your entire being you might wanna get higher up tickets it was definitely intense. Took me a bit to adapt to that sensation😂 there is a bar by the front door, and closer to the stage as well as one by the bathroom downstairs which was nice. Death Water was 4.95 can't speak to prices of the other drinks. They don't sell stickers until after the show so ppl don't stick them everywhere. I highly recommend buying parking online early I wound up in a lot 4 blocks away it's not in the greatest area so the closer the better when the show ends at almost midnight. Heads up if you're staying at a nearby hotel most that I saw charge $30-$40 for parking if your in downtown Detroit. Over all it was an awesome show with awesome people.

Went to see the Papa Roach and Hollywood Undead concert, first time at the venue and loved it! My tickets were in the upper balcony, and honestly the seats were great. Good view of the stage. Went by myself and felt safe the whole time. Would recommend going to an event here!

I have seen many a concert here (although it will always be the State Theater to me). Specifically, I have seen Dream Theater 12 times in total since 1994, most of them here.

We saw Interpol and they brought the steady beat. The Ushers are super cool. When they noticed my brother walking with a cane they upgraded our seats. Sweet!

My favorite place to go see a concert in Detroit! The staff is super friendly, the sound is great, the lines aren't crazy long, and the venue is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! If you have the opportunity, go see a show here and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed! Depending on the show, there's usually standing floor sections, a table/chair section, and the balconies...there isn't a bad seat in the house! GO NOW!

Falling in Reverse. Amazing show. Fillmore is great place to see a concert. Theater was extremely clean. Only issue I had was space. If you're seated in the balcony, there is absolutely no leg room. Most of the show was standing up so it wasn't much of a problem.

Love this place. Would go there when I was younger for shows too! It was the State Theater at that time!! Mainly had main floor. But had the seats up top one time. Never a bad spot.

The line went at least 10 blocks down but there’s always an option to pay for a fast pass and go right to the front. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The place itself is a bit small to hold as many people as it did but it’s a very beautiful venue. There is a bar inside as well.

I really like the layout of this venue! The seating is comfy and makes the view easy no matter who's sitting in front of you. I could stand some more leg room, but otherwise it's great. The sound was incredibly loud, at least at the show I attended. But that's a good thing! I enjoyed their usage of the stage lights, apart from being blinded a couple times. All in all: it's a nice, clean, comfortable, and LOUD venue; what more could you want.

I absolutely love coming here to this wonderful establishment in Detroit. Great sound and memorable experiences! Have not had a single bad experience yet and don't think that I ever will. Will always be back to see my favorites!

The Fillmore in Detroit is a great place for a concert. There is plenty on parking nearby. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The venue is beautiful.

Fricken air is never on except in the winter . Aside from that, which is why it got 3 stars. Staff is friendly. I didn't use the restroom. Prices for drinks are high everywhere. I did notice tue ADA spot was pretty sweet on the first level The acoustics are great! The bands sounded amazing! And I was right by the stacks.and they were 100% using. Saw living g colour and extreme . Had a great time fun concert. I have so many more videos, but Google cuts them to 30 seconds, so I didn't post those

The plastic seats placed in the front of the stage could have been a tad more comfortable. I recommend bringing some sort of seat cushion for extended sittings. Otherwise, John Malkovitch's "The Critic" was quite entertaining and I recommend seeing it!

Oh my goodness the building was beautiful and the venue is great however my only issue is the seats are way too small with no legroom whatsoever. I think in 1925 people might have been tiny but times have changed. Hopefully they are looking to remodel the inside changing the seat size to accommodate everyone.

Loved it when I saw Danzig there in the 90s. They don't make interior architecture like that anymore.

Great place to see a concert. I didn't really see alot for concessions being sold just drinks but the soda was only $4 so you can't beat that. Has that 1920s kinda feel to the theater but I really small and intimate setting. Architecture was really cool to see you don't get that many chances to see a theater with marble columns and suits of armor carved into the walls. I will definitely be checking their website looking for upcoming shows so I can go back.

Great venue, good deals on beers and shots, awesome place to see your favorite band. I loved the mezzanine for having seats you could sit in and still see the show, and also a conveniently placed bar.

This is the first time I and my 9 year old son have been to the Fillmore. It is absolutely beautiful inside. We went to a concert and watched the bands Dizzy and City and Colour. The staff were polite and helpful. The bathrooms were maintained by staff throughout the show. Drinks were extremely expensive, but that's expected. The only downside was having no food options. They had nothing. No vending machines for small items like a bag of chips or M&M's. Maybe thats how its always been...I'm honestly not sure. So because of that, I still would rate our overall experience 5 stars.

Very cool venue. There are few places that still have this kind of beautiful architecture. Saw Chappelle here recently hilarious!!

This is one of my favorite venues in Michigan. Had already bought tickets to 3 different shows in 2020 (that of course the pandemic derailed). I honestly cannot wait until we're able to see live music again and I can be at The Fillmore enjoying a drink and some good music. Every experience I've had here to date has been positive. The staff had always been nice and the establishment clean. Come on live music in 2021!!! 😂

What a place to see in your teens/early 20s the architecture takes your breath away. Was very lucky to experience concerts here late 90s 2000s era highly recommended piece of Detroit history

A lovely spot. The seats are a little cramped, but they're actually rather comfortable. Drink queues are much shorter upstairs than they are downstairs.

The venue is always amazing, looks incredible and is always clean (before the show ends 😜). The staff is friendly and the shows they put on are absolutely killer. Was at the Pure Noise Tour 2021 and it was an absolute blast
