This is the picture of the food I paid $25 for. It was terrible experience I waited on drive-thru for 30 good minutes. I was told please hold I'll be with you shortly, I was forgotten for 30 minutes I had to go over to the window after 30 minutes to ask what was going on and there was no apology the lady told me they didn't have any indication that there was somebody in the driveway,to add insult to injury when I finally place my order I was given old chicken that was also soak in oil my fries was also shook in oil it was a bad bad experience. I am never ever going back to that particular Branch again.

The lobby is closed, due to Covid, so pedestrian customers have to walk through the drive-thru. The new Beyond plant-based nuggets seem authentically seasoned with the "11 herbs and spices", including an excess of sodium. After more than a decade without KFC, being the second order on the first day was gratifying!

Service was good food was hot and fresh! I got hot sauce, honey sauce and utensils. My thigh and breast were original but I'm not even making cuz everything else was on point! My mashed potatoes didn't even taste like a box! Good job 👏 bout time!

Ordered three piece meal combos and got two piece combos and no forks to eat the sides with......I guess next time we will check each box and bags before we leave the window.

The service is awful, i placed an order online, when i got there it was not even ready and at the end i had to change sides cuz they didn’t have what i ordered at first, then the other side was missing along with the sauce. Check your order before leaving.

Thought it opened at 10:30 a.m., arrived at 10:45. Waited until 11 when they started taking orders. They were only taking exact change, debit or credit cards. Food was ready when I got to the window. The food was prepared correctly and tasted great👍. If you did an online order, then you can go inside to pick it up.

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered on the app just to drive all the way there and them tell me they had no original chicken left only spicy over an hour before they closed. This place is ridiculous!!! They could have notified when I placed the order that the items were unavailable.

This place was good. Nothing was abnormal. The service was excellent as they didn't have the original I wanted so they were able to give me what I wanted in crunchy/spicy. All in all it was a good visit. The wait wasn't long at all. I will revisit this location. Keep up the good work!

I went today and asked for the number 3 that is 4 places of chicken original dark and asked for an extra biscuit they me a mix, I don't like breast chicken and the biscuits was hard. I used to work at KFC on east 8 mile many years in high school during the summer and my job was to keep the biscuits and side stocked, KFC biscuits it's to be hard but soft. don't come here if you don't want to wait all day for your food. the workers move slow and the manager just stands in the lobby and flirts with men all day while the workers slowly work.

I stopped in to the drive through today and ordered a small macaroni and cheese, i opened it, took one bite and went to mix up the cheese and found a gold piece of paper at the bottom of the little container! Gross!! I was already back to work, so just threw my mac and cheese out.

I tried to go in to order since I was on a moped. I was told it was drive-thru only and it was 3pm in the day. Thought it was a little strange it was closed at that time. The only reason I didn't rate 5 ⭐ but gave em 4 ⭐ Food was great, prices great, service was great!

Needless to say I love me some KFC! This location I frequent quite often. Typicly twice a month at least. The service is spotty at best. One time ordinary may be a rather pleasant experience, then the next not so much. The food is normally very consistent. To be honest that's the reson I can over look poor service for an on point spicey chicken sandwich with pickles. Lmao 🤣 🤣 🤣

They forgot an item in my online order and when I returned to tell them I was told “I’m not going to give you anything it doesn’t pop up on my computer”. This was said by a manager and she yelled it. She refused to look at my receipt and never gave me the missing item.

This KFC don't seem to cook with clean grease and is always out of something this KFC is the worst I have ever had mashed potatoes and gravy is never hot biscuits always very dry with no butter on them at all I have been to KFC in several other states and never have I witnessed the mess at this KFC in michigan and sure this one is not the only one.

The drive-thru line weight was very long when I did receive my chicken I asked for a five and two wings I got a small half of a thigh and very small baby wings for the price my mashed potatoes had gravy on it that look like it was Clay a orange color I will never go back there again.
