The cashier is super friendly and accurate. Made sure my order was prepared right. Great Customer service. The pita sandwich ordered was EVERYTHING. They have great options to add on. A little more expensive then expected but worth it. Will be coming back to try different options. Very generous portions so the price was undoubtedly worth it. Would suggest adding a menu online would have liked to make a selection before coming in or a call in. Nonetheless excellent place to try if your looking for the Detroit Specialty Coney island

The actual total cost of my order was only (18.29), but I was charged (35.11) The girl came to the window and said my charge was (28.00) I was shocked bcuz I thought this amount was a bit much, but I was at the window and didn't know for certain. I had to ask her for the receipt. The receipt Only had the total amount, of 29.26 and it wasn't itemized. The thing is, is that I receive notifications on my CC, soo 1 or 2 minutes after its swiped, from me or anyone else I get a text immediately She charged my CC (35.11) I immediately asked her why she charged my card (35.11) her response was inaudible her accent suddenly made it impossible to communicate @ all. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE OWNER PETER OR PJETER BERISHA Thank goodness my Husband had the capability of looking up his Business License thru his DBA. This company is going to be reported.

I have come to this coney island several times and although the food is good..... ASK THE TOTAL BEFORE PAYING AND CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE DRIVING OFF!!! So about a month ago my daughter and I both had grilled chicken pita combos and when I got home and checked my account I noticed that I had been over charged by $7.00. So I immediately called to let the lady with the accent know she had over charged me WHICH SHE ADMITTED TO DOING, and she told me that I could come back up there for a refund. So I told her that I don't drive and could she put it back on my card and with an attitude just flat out told me No!!! Me, my daughter, and everyone I know will never be back since they like to rip ppl off.

I ordered chilly cheese fries and the fries were hard I could tell they were not fresh. Also I notice they position the drive thru window after you give money so you cannot see inside when they are preparing the food, so they can't be trusted!!!

My hashbrowns were burnt and taste like plastic. This is unacceptable! I ordered an omelette with hashbrowns and waited over 20 minutes for my order. I believe he used some Old hash browns because they didn’t taste fresh at all. I’m tired of these establishments coming into the community and not giving quality service.

Hands down my favorite Coney for decades. They have gotten even better. They stay consistent and you can ask for nothing more than that. A1

They are usually very polite when I go. The food is still hot by the time I get home. The selection is good. It is a little pricy for a Coney Island so if you're on a budget, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. To me , I'd rather pay a little more knowing my food is going to be cooked correctly. Also, I damaged my car on the pole they have (totally my fault) but I wish it wasn't there to begin with. I also wish they had a better and more clear menu online rather than user uploaded photos. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Good food, ordered over the phone and they took so long to give it to me. I waited in the drive thru 15 minutes for my food.

Sold me molded cake that was so dry and hard and green black mold I couldn’t believe it that they would sale cake like that and the lady asked if I wanted cheese cake Lol I declined the offer and told her I want my money back and top it off I ordered 6pc wing ding that I ate 4pc and noticed long feathers so I picked up another piece that one had feathers on as well so I told them it was feathers on she told come now you we can’t take this back I said I know I already ate chicken with the feathers not knowing so her and the cook was yelling at the window at me saying all type of thing I told them when I cook chicken it with no feathers I would never serve bad or unclean food to anyone check your food before you go to this place and pray over your food

Gyro was good asked for extra cucumber sauce 1.50 for a small container passed on it but after getting my food didn't need any extra

I received 2 molded cakes, a milkshake that tasted like chalk and a salad with old lettuce. Very disappointed since this was my favorite neighborhood coney. I left my hometown disappointed and pissed.

It's the best corney island I been to. The bacon cheese burger is large. You get pickles l, lettice and tomatoes and onions. Fries is a large portion. Good menu. The portions vs food from fast food does not acompare to there sizes. You pay a little more. Well worth it is my opinion.

Their sign says one number and they charge you something else they charged me $35.82 for two grilled chicken salads and a bowel of chill the salads are $10.50 apiece and the chill is $3.50 plus tax. You do the math

Well I went in there this morning in order some food for my parents which was a western omelette and told them how I would like it to be and you and a universal omelette hash browns with grilled onions he made it just how I wanted it and how I wanted to ask to be and I didn't just how I wanted it plus the lady who took my order was very nice to me had a smile on her face and was very professional I didn't dying inside but the dining areas clean I don't know about the restroom
