Worst Starbucks anyone can go to. To begin, I think Wayne State does a terrible job to cater to their students needs. Second, this specific location inside the student center lacks customer service. Expect to wait around 10-20 minutes for one drink. When you get your drink, you might question yourself and ask, "What is this?" Baristas at this location cannot ever get the drink right. I ordered a drink and got the wrong item. Second time around after I asked for it to be remade, tastes WORSE. Caramel macchatio = Milk, no espresso, ton of caramel. Ridiculous! Fundamentals of business at this location is LACKING. Go elsewhere.

Be prepared to spend 30-50 minutes in line before ordering. Workers are students. They had 2 AMAZING morning shift workers last year who memorized my name, my order, and were fast and friendly. I am disappointed this year, the workers I have had have been extremely slow and appear annoyed to be taking any orders. I used to go every morning but I think I will stop due to the wait time and workers.

I NEVER thought I’d write a bad Starbucks review. I ordered a Matcha tea latte today and it smelt like fish. I took a sip and almost threw up. I threw the drink right away. I don’t know if the milk was spoiled but I’ve never had Matcha lattes that tasted like that before.

Asked for light ice. Got the regular amount of ice and service from a clearly rushed barista…there was nobody else in line…

Only real problem is not fast enough, maybe more staff is needed

The only reason why this is not a one star review is that everyone else who helped me was nice but the young man working over the counter taking orders was not. It was busy and he was taking orders ahead to get drinks started which is fine except when he got to me he just said wait for the cashier to take my order and then immediately proceeds to takes the next 4-5 people orders after me. Usually not a problem except for that fact on how long it took him to take the person behind me order it took the cashier to finish up with the customer ahead of me and i watch him take others orders without asking them to wait for the cashier. Will not be back.

I asked for a pumpkin spiced donut they gave me a regular donut and I asked for a Carmel Frappuccino and they gave me vanilla bean. Not only did they mess up my whole order it took very long to come. I don’t recommend going on a Friday or Saturday evening.

So many times I’ve ordered bake goods specifically NOT warmed and they always warm it. It takes them forever to warm it just for me to tell them I don’t want it like that. Today, this happened again and when I tried to grab someone’s attention to correct the mistake I was purposely ignored. So glad I won’t have to go here any more.

They upcharge (what was a 13$ drink order at literally every Starbucks I go to turned into a 17$ one) and I scanned and didn’t get my points as well as the drinks were so watery it really just tasted like water and milk and was promptly and sadly thrown away.

Everything I wanted they were sold out of so i ended up just getting an English breakfast tea. I would be less upset if they had the stickers up saying they were out of everything they were out of but they only had a couple up, and I avoided those things, but they were out of almost EVERYTHING.

I love this Starbucks, and have always enjoyed my drinks. I've been coming to this Starbucks for four years now, it's like a second home! And honestly, I'll probably miss this place the most when I graduate! I know it can get busy between classes, and that the very close Starbucks in the student center has more seating and more food choices... But this Starbucks easily has a nicer atmosphere. It's less frenetic, less noisy, and the natural lighting makes it feel much more welcoming. The staff here is always upbeat, kind and helpful, and considering how busy it is at times, they are fairly quick too.

Took over 20 min to serve me a cappuccino when I was first in the line. Served everyone else first. Poor attitude. This was my first time coming back in quite some time after past failures. Why did I expect anything different this time.

It's close to campus and the service is great. It's got a lot of seating even though the space is kinda small but it gives of a cozy vibe. It's nice to study at or people watch and it always smells amazing due to the coffee and the fact it shares the space with an Einstein Bros. which is always toasting/baking something

Don’t take the Starbucks app which is really weird when they have the scanner for it right there. What’s the point ???
