For the love of God and all that is sacred, please start using your phone to take orders. Nobody wants your app, nobody wants to buy your pizza over the internet, nobody wants to come in, place an order, and then wait 20 minutes. Use your phone!!! I've tried to call in as an experiment for well over 3 months, maybe once or twice a week. Nobody at this location has answered the phone once. Not one single time. Pick up your phone! If you all ever answered the phone. This would be a solid 4 out of 5, but the total lack of the ability to answer the phone gets a 1. Really, if you're a customer around here, put it to the test. Nobody ever answers the phone. Ever.

My son picked up a pizza and crazy bread at the Little Caesars on W. Vernor in Detroit. The bread is moldy! Yuck!!!

Always closed when the hours online says their open. Called a bunch of times and people are clearly still working and could of answered the phone to say they’re closed but instead rather people’s time and gas. This little Cesar is the worse customer service and rude employees anytime I have been inside on the slim time I can catch them open.

Once a week: they're either out of ingredients, won't make certain pizza's, close the door in your face because it's an hour before closing, they won't take cash or on other days they won't take credit. After 2 years of bad service, we started going to Michigan Ave. & Central Little Caesars: they're more professional & polite.

Food is usually good here. Pizza and breads always on point. Wings are bad. Got some that were cold. And the skin was very soft on the wings. Had to throw them in the air fryer when I went to eat them. Paying 8 dollars for 8 wings and having to finish cooking them yourself isn't good. So do yourself a favor and only get the pizza and bread here. But the pizza was also cold. It was good when you heated it up

I order a pizza online. When we arrived, the door was locked and the lights in the front of the store were off; there were several workers in the back. As we waited, multiple customers in the same predicament also began waiting. Keep in mind, the sign on the door said they closed at 10 pm and it was 8:45 pm. The workers eventually came out as we all had been waiting for at least 10 minutes. They come out and begin walking away, as if they were not going to tell the crowd of people where their food and money was. Someone asked the workers what we were supposed to do about our food. Sounding annoyed, one of the workers rolls her eyes and says "we closed at 8 because we were short staffed," and the group of five workers walks away. The same customer then asked "then what about our money?" Again sounding annoyed, another worker say "You'll probably get a refund in the morning." And they all leave, leaving us still confused and hungry. I'm honestly dumbfounded by the amount of unprofessionalism displayed tonight. These workers were really going to leave without even explaining the situation!

This ghetto store doesn’t have a phone they answer. Terrible service. Foods almost always overcooked.Avoid this store and the app at all costs, customer service is Indian foreign cause they want to pay slave wages instead of paying Americans.

All the young people here are nice and fix orders exactly how you requested. Great atmosphere in Mexican Village.

Outer appearance is cleans, lobby was clean, service could have been better. Representatives that assisted me seem to be having a bad day, I wasn't greeted, nor asked how may I assist you; he just stared at me, as if to say," What you want?". Even taking the order he just look upset, and said nothing. I paid for my pizza, and didn't even get a thank you. This location needs more customer service training.

Service is appalling and staff is unprofessional. The Michigan Ave and Central location in Detroit is terrible. The location on W. Vernor is like night and day compared to this one. The Vernor one is at least 4 stars easily in all areas.

Today was my longest wait ever, ordered 5 Hot and Ready and it took 28 minutes and at least at the location on Vernor and Lansing the price is 6 bucks, but the 5 pizzas were awesome and they were busy as no tomorrow, very young staff really young they were courteous and polite and they handled the busy conditions well. Little Caesars is still the best place to go to get a cheap 6 dollar cheese and pepperoni pizza in normally less than 5 minutes tops, what i learned today is any big order call ahead or order online....

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! This is the first and last time I’m going to order pizza from here again. I asked for a pizza that’s lightly cooked and they gave me a burnt up hard rock.

Love it from here. There is another lc somewhere and their pizza was gross. Here it's actually always hot and delicious not to mention the fresh crazy bread yuuuuum. I will say the general area is kinda sketchy so be careful alot of bums and weirdos around.
