We had never been here and this was such a great venue for a show. Parking was just across the street and getting in and out was super easy. Inside, the way they have the venue set up makes moving around, getting to the bar, bathrooms very easy as well. Staff was very nice and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

A wonderful venue. We were in the crystal ballroom for a Fever sponsored Candlelight concert. The staff did a great job and I would recommend that anyone go see one of their performances.

What an amazing venue. It is steeped in history and legacy. There is so much to see and I recommend going on the tour for sure. The size and scope of this building is absolutely breathtaking.

I attended a concert here this past Wednesday Oct. 4th. There is ample parking surrounding the temple. Lot prices ranged from $15-$25 from what I seen. I parked in a $20 lot. The place was beautiful. Loved the ceilings and chandeliers. I had a pit ticket and it was wild!!! So many moshpits and crowd surfing! Had a great time by myself! Email said no bags allowed of any kind but people had bags. Wish I knew. Also people were vaping inside so that was cool. Great time!

Excellent time attending the Masonic Temple in Detroit for a concert. The venue is absolutely stunning and the security and staff couldn't have been more welcoming or professional. I would highly recommend ifattending for a show, to do some admiring of the awesome architecture while you're in the building. Hope to return for another show soon!

Two separate weeks we were here for a wedding and a concert. Absolutely wonderful venue, with so much history and beautiful architecture. Unfortunately, we didn't get our balcony seats due to not enough tickets being sold, but still a great show.

Amazing experience and beautiful architecture. They always have events here but I recently visited for Theater Bazaar and it was amazing. I know they used to do roller derby as well, not sure if they still do it there.

Went to a wedding here. I love downtown Detroit. People were nice, no safety issues, block from the expressway. Facility was fascinating. Congratulations Tim and Amanda!

Dress for the heat and the hills This is a good size venue with a pit for general admission, lower seats and balcony seats. There are no stairs inside the venue, but there are steep hills for incline. It was very warm inside, if the ac was on, it was very low. There is a bar but not many options for food, all I saw was chips and popcorn. This is frowned upon, as I was told, but if you want food...have it door dashed to you and you can pick it up and eat on the smoking deck. The building has nice ceiling architecture and the chandeliers are nice. The toilets and sink are not automatic.

The auditorium needs a little bit of paint. It's easy to see the stage from every angle. We had a great time seeing Sigur Ros.

This event was romantic and socially distanced while being intimate. One of the best date nights we've had since the pandemic! The staff was thorough getting everyone registered and seated. They were very nice and professional, even complimented my outfit. I am excited to attend another event here!

Never been. Tried but due to their ridiculous Covid-19 policy that requires you to have poison put in your body, or have a negative test. I called the box office and the lady tell me to get a rapid test (duhh)! My response was but that’s not abiding by your policy. She then repeated her first statement about the rapid test. To quickly end this call before things got disrespectful (on my end), I asked how to get a refund. She explains that I need to send a email to the box office, to get that answer. Then they tell me that I can’t get a refund over $300 wasted. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER RECEIVED! I plan on telling everyone I come across do not support this business!!!!

Beautiful as ever. Candlelight jazz..kinda disorganized. Was told I needed a mask, and to bring my Vax card when I called. Foynd that to not be the case. Small purses only ladies! Still enjoyable

Took forever to get in. This was a black event and they were extremely late getting started. It is an older venue but it was clean and organized. Bathroom was clean even though the users were not. Someone was actively trying to keep them clean.

We were here for a Candlelight event and the show and venue were great. It's the first time I've ever been in the Masonic Temple and I was impressed with the architecture.

the show was amazing! The staff was helpful and friendly. The Masonic Temple is beautiful. And many efforts went in to make sure to keep everyone safe from covid-19. The only thing that could have been better is the chairs we were seated in were a bit uncomfortable. Other than that everything was perfect.

Absolutely breathtaking building! The concert we attended we could see well in every area of the place. No bad seats! Staff was awesome and courteous, I want to return for a tour of the building next time.

The building is beautiful, marble is everywhere, I'm sure there are plenty of complaints over pricing and other things but I had never been inside before so it was nice to actually get to take a peek and enjoy a show. The basement was very interesting. The bathrooms and smoking are available at this level as well as lovely revolving doors that are not in use. The bands merch setups were also down here. I would enjoy to see an acoustic show here. I could see little Caesars and walk to many different food and alcohol option, parking was plentiful for cost as well as street parking. If you want to gamble they have several casino in the area as well for you to wallow away your sorrow with new sadness. I have enjoyed my time in the area and it will give you a chance to see the growth. Thank you and I hope you will stay blessed.

Beautiful venue! Also not too big to navigate like Little Ceazers arena but still big enough to have a mix of on the floor viewing or seats! Little hard to fit many people wrapped around the building while you wait but staff (at least at my show) helped get people right inside pretty fast!

Wonderful, intimate setting at the Masonic Temple for last night’s performance of Taylor Swift’s songs by a string quartet. Every experience with Candlelight is unique. The crowd is diverse and of all ages. Love going back!

I went to the Illienium live tour concert and it was awesome! I had an awesome time and enjoyed all of the music that was played. It definitely would’ve been better if it was outdoor.

This venue has two different theaters they use. The larger one and the chapel which is a smaller one. The building is art deco as is the ambiance. There are no really bad seats in either theatre. We have seen. Multiple artists here over the years. Most recently Sir Ringo Starr. There are refreshments and small snacks available and best of all you can still get a paper ticket here..... wow I highly recommend this venue.

Nice place. I went for a comedy show. Seats. You may think the middle is the best. But it was so uncomfortable. Sit along the edge closest to the stage. They had a great view and normal theatre seats. Also, it's not a huge theatre so any seats would suffice.

Awesome venue to see a concert at!! I was able to snag opera seating tickets and the Dance Gavin Dance show was incredible. Sound system was crisp and clear. Light show was great for all of the bands. I enjoyed how easy it was to get a drunk or head to the restroom quickly during the show. If you can catch a show here do it!!
