Horrible
service.
I
had
to
wait
at
least
5mins
for
a
cashier
to
come
to
her
register.
I
attempted
to
exchange
an
item
that
I
purchased
for
my
granddaughter
the
previous
day.
I
was
advised
by
the
assistant
manager
that
I
wasn't
charged
for
the
item,
therefore
I
wasn't
allowed
to
exchange
the
item,
and
on
top
of
that,
they
kept
the
item.
I
spoke
with
the
manager
and
she
advised
that
if
pay
for
the
item
that
I
just
brought
in,
then
she
would
turn
around
and
exchange
it
for
another
item
(smh).
She
was
very
unprofessional,
and
she
refused
to
give
me
her
name.
She
asked
me
why
I
was
asking
for
it.
I
attempted
to
call
the
Corporate
office,
but
the
call
went
to
voice
mail,
and
suddenly
it
said
that
the
mailbox
service
was
full.
All
of
this
was
over
a
$5
shirt,
and
I've
spent
hundreds
of
dollars
in
that
store.
I
went
in
with
a
shirt
and
left
with
nothing.
They
don't
even
provide
rest
room
access
for
their
customers.
The
parking
lot
has
many
potholes
and
the
lighting
is
poor.
I
will
never
step
foot
in
that
store
again.
If
you
are
looking
for
quality/professional
service,
I
recommend
going
somewhere
else.
