I
found
this
restaurant
by
accident,
and
I'm
so
glad
I
did!
Finally,
I
was
on
my
way
to
Mardi
Gras
2022
after
the
pandemic.
I
always
plan
my
restaurants
in
advance
because
I'm
gluten-free.
I
was
on
my
way
to
the
Original
Pancake
House
on
the
same
street,
but
they
were
closed
due
to
the
labour
shortage.
I
panicked
but
did
a
quick
search
of
restaurants
in
the
area
and
found
The
Jagged
Fork.
This
was
the
first
restaurant
I'd
eaten
at
since
the
pandemic
began,
and
they
were
not
social
distancing.
But
the
US
was
doing
things
much
differently
than
Ontario,
and
I
figured
that
at
some
point
I
needed
to
start
trusting
my
vaccines.
So,
I
did
get
a
table.
My
waitress
was
so
friendly
and
nice.
I
forgot
to
grab
my
receipt,
so
I
don't
know
her
name
but
she
had
a
long
blonde
ponytail.
She
was
great
about
my
gluten
intolerance
and
made
sure
my
order
was
free
of
it.
I
ordered
the
Huevos
Rancheros
and
was
not
disappointed.
I've
gotten
them
at
some
restaurants
and
they
were
bland,
but
these
were
the
best
I've
ever
eaten.
The
spice
level
was
definitely
present
but
not
overwhelming
and
the
hashbrown
base
added
a
crunchy
texture
and
extra
yum.
I
did
add
the
chorizo,
very
well
worth
the
upcharge
of
$2.
There
was
also
a
cheese-filled
tortilla--corn
so
I
could
eat
it--which
was
delicious.
I
really
enjoyed
this
breakfast,
and
the
coffee
there
is
very
good
also.
Great
service,
spicy
and
tasty
food,
clean
bathrooms.
A
great
breakfast
place
I
will
be
back
to
when
I
travel
again.
