Cashier was very rude. Said good morning to everyone but me and answered me with "what do you want" and when I ordered 2 for $4 breakfast sandwiches with no cheese. Her response was that there are NO substitutions. I am lactose intolerant and go to Tim Horton's in other cities and never had a problem. After waiting in line she would not complete my order without cheese and continued to be rude. Would not reccomend.

Talked down to me like I was a child. Rude behavior towards a new employee learning how to correctly make the drinks. When I asked for the drink to be remade cause it tasted like the milk was stale. She rolled her eyes at me and made it in an aggressive manner. This is how my drink is supposed to look (chocolate on sides) darker drink. And this is how they made it for me...looks like skin milk. Smh.

The workers would not open the doors before 6am on a Saturday, when the hours are clearly marked 5:30am as open. They were playing on their phone in the front window without coming to answer the door to explain the reasoning. So to me in looks like an employee wanted 30 extra minutes of phone time before starting work, after the business should have opened. Very inconvenient for the people who grab a cup and have to get to work.

Worker are rude especially women. Whenever I buy somethings, they act like weird and they dont supply honey, cinnamon and milk separate. Stuffs should change and be kind and smiling face.

This cozy place makes you feel warm the minute you walk in the door. The staff is friendly and seemed personable. The lady who waited on me mentioned a survey at the bottom of my receipt which I will complete not for the timbits, but to recognize her as a superstar. We love Tim Hortons.

The workers seemed respectful, but my order wasn't done ad I wanted, I told them I wanted 2 croissants with cream cheese, I got the order croissants were old and empty without the cream cheese and the cream cheese was put in a tiny cup at the side! And also there was a lot of water inside the place with nit even a hazard sign or anything.

Tim Horton has some good coffee some of the stores just can't keep the coffee hot enough. Or they stirred too long hot coffee become regular coffee cold but they have some great Donuts. I'll be back time to time.

Worst Tim Hortons I've been to. I ordered a breakfast bagel on an everything bagel, the one with egg, sausage and I wanted to add plain cream cheese. There was only me and one other person when I ordered and they were taking there sweet old time in the back. I decided to be patient. But when I got my order, it was completely wrong. They gave me an everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Not even close to the breakfast sandwich. I've had similar experiences with this location before and I don't think I will be returning again.
