Friendly staff and perfect cup of coffee. Loved the festive holiday decorations. I prefer to walk in bc everyone is happy there. There is a drive that option. Thank you.

Went in for the first time and the girls working tonight were extremely friendly and helpful! They took care of me and gave me great suggestions. I loved the drink they suggested and this will definitely be my new go to coffee place. Thank you Biggby Westland for the excellent service and the great drink today!

The consistency of flavoring is horrible. It is either amazing or tastes like no flavoring was even added. Today my frozen drink has whole ice cubes..... very disappointed for the amount of money you pay and unfortunately this is becoming more of an issue. 😪

Used to be my favorite biggby. Now its just completely lacking in service, speed and accuracy. Something is wrong every time i get my order and i can't bring myself to wait over 5 minutes for someone to even speak to me at the drive thru speaker and nearly 30 minutes total (the line wasn't even long). Not worth the money anymore. Even with endless coupons. Im not one to complain, EVER. I've never written a review in my life. But this owner needs to fix these problems before he loses numbers of loyal customers to other coffee places. I know I'll be finding a new spot.

This is over ridiculous! I absolutely understand that it is thanksgiving and the company is busy, however…. Having a line that has barley moved for over an HOUR is not okay! At this point everyone that waited should be given something for staying, not paying over 6.00 for a coffee they wait over an hour for! Smh. Just close for the holiday if your not staffed enough, other locations did.

They have new staff in there. This used to be my favorite location but now I have had three bad drinks in a row. The staff don't smile anymore. There is one black guy who has been working there for a while so I only get good service and coffee when he is there . The new staff need more training or this place will go down hill

Really nice staff and a pretty quiet place to study or work weekdays. One of the few places where the decaf latte tastes great. The extra big chocolate chip cookie is always soft & has big chocolate chunks. The lobby closes at 8 though, not 10 like on the door.

What an uncomfortable experience. You try and order three sandwiches and get out of there and the person wants to ask you over and over how many sandwiches or would you like anything else? Are you sure you don’t want something to drink. It’s like get off my back I would like some sandwiches and to go. And then they want to tell me after waiting in line for 15 minutes that there’s a question prompt on the card reader. They’re asking for additional money outside of the 20 something dollars I just spent on three sandwiches for a tip. This is not the roaring 50s and service isn’t that good. It’s disgusting that you have establishments like this. Who charge through the roof won’t give their employees a decent wage and then have the audacity to have them ask customers for more money. utterly disgusting. Here a tip, reduce your profit margins you criminal ****s. Bring the cost down on your products, so the rest of the world can enjoy the low wages you and everyone else has been shoveling. Higher prices only allow for more taking of the people, so do higher wages.

I ordered a medium hot butter bear, for the money I pay for these it should be more than half full. Apparently that's how they save on waste. Expect to sit in line for at least 7 to 8 minutes per car. Literally 2 cars ahead of us and we were in line for 23 minutes

This particular Biggy is The BEST!!! Always friendly, courteous and helpful! You just know when you pull up, you are going to have a Great experience and Always leave with a smile on your face! Also, they always get my order perfect! Awesome crew!!

The grossest excuse for a Turkey Havarti bragel. I should’ve shown the entire thing, but there was no cream cheese/ anything at the bottom of the tinfoil. Dry, stale bagel with nothing on it. Worth $1 at best

This used to be my favorite BIGGBY and now, not so much. The lines the last few times have been so slow and the my drinks have been disgusting. No flavoring, hardly any ice and all of 10 little boba in the energy drink. If I’m going to pay $6+ dollars for a drink I expect it to made right. This makes me sad that I had to write this review!

Very friendly staff and great mocha mocha freeze lattes, they’re asiago breakfast bagels are delicious. I’m always satisfied with their products and staff!

I always recieve a ton of grounds on the bottom of my iced lattes, making my drink taste bitter. Today, when I had it remade it looked good until a minute later when they all settled on the bottom. It looked like the exact same drink, just stirred up. I would like this problem fixed whether it be how they make the drinks or if it's just the espresso machine itself. Other than that, the workers are really friendly and I enjoy all the different flavors you can choose from. My boyfriend would also appreciate if they brought back the blueberry or blackberry syrup.

No idea how rewards work, I tried to get credit for a few times I've been there, but was given a hard time from the web customer service, so I gave up. Good coffee though. Try tan lines!!

This location stops making any type of flavored coffee after 2 o'clock. That is 100% the reason why i come here. And that is also the reason why I will not return. Don't get me wrong the people that work there are always friendly.

Went thru drive thru and order a pepperoni stick mocha it was water down. Got boggy brew with Carmel and vanilla 2 creams was very sweet. Gave my Biggby card and never got it back. The lady in drive thru was very rude.

I love this place! I’ve been getting coffee and every drink in between here for as long as I can remember! Every employee is so genuine and sweet and always makes an effort to put a smile on my face. Even in the drive through considering how cold it is lately!

I patronize this coffee shop multiple times a week. Today I received a HORRIBLE latte that was packed with extra sweetener or sugar. I order my latte the same way everytime I go. Not sure why extra sugar was added today. Tried to call for a replacement next time but nobody will pick up the phone.

Great service! Super friendly staff! Great drinks! Not sure how they do it but even the longest drive thru lines go fast! Bring your pups and get a pup cup! They love it when the pups come thru!

Wonderful service and coffee!! The staff is always cheery and kind, service is quick and I have never had issues with mistakes. The coffee is delicious and they always have coupons with great deals at this location! The pastries and bagels are great and mods are always respected. They have oat milk!!!!!

This is one of the only biggbys that are perfect every single time! I usually get coffee though the drive through before going into work right down the street, everyone is always nice, and the coffee is always good!🦋

I have been going here for a few years now three times a week. The girls use to be professional always with a smile on their face. On 7/30/22 it was about 5 or 6PM I had a coupon one that you use over and over until the expires date instead of just telling me it's not for your location you were going to just let me think you used the card. Then you didn't read the part about reusable until 8/30/22 just don't return it to me. I asked for it back with my change and drink here comes another rude person trying to give me someone else's order really. I said no that's not mine well what did you have is what I got out of this rude person I told her my drink and I need my card and change back as well. That coupon is not for this store! so you just going to keep my card thinking you're the only Biggby a person Shopp's at. To the owner your employees are a reflection on your business. Better training dealing with the public. What should have been said as soon as you saw the coupon was not for your location, I'm sorry but this is not for this location and handed back with her change then make sure you get the right drink to the right car and say thank you! will not be buying coffee from this location any time soon.

Use to be my favorite biggby location but lately every time I get a drink it just taste like burnt coffee and when I asked for sweet foam on my last order it was frozen and freezer burnt

I’ve been coming to this Biggby for a few years, as it’s near my home. No matter the time of day, the staff is quick, efficient and courteous. They are always offering special deals specific to this location and for the MOST part, my drink is made perfectly (and if you call to say it was wrong, they will remake your drink for you)! I actually prefer this location over any others. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a great experience
