This is my 3rd time here. Service, food quality/preparation and cleanliness is superb! I'm typing this review as I finish eating breakfast. Look how perfect my sausage links, eggs and hash browns are prepared! The staff is so friendly. My first time here I took my meds too early that day (causes me confusion), left my phone on the table. Went back and they had my back. They would not even accept a $30 tip for returning it. The manager said, " no no no, it happens here all the time. We do not accept finder fee tips"! Love this place!!!!

Very friendly waiter he was very attentive. The food was yummy, the place was clean.

Been a fan for so long. I feel like the last couple of times have been unsatisfactory. This time very much so. Spent 33 on dinner. The order of fried clams was not even enough for a child. The hamburgers are missing any burger let alone the favorite condiments.

I had a horrible time at this place one to many times omg the cooks never wash their hands after touching raw food then cooked food let's not forget their arms faces and hair all that bare handed. Then the under age looking waitress walked away while cashing me out, I seen her finger the cups of a whole table it was so gross for the love of and safety of everyone please wash your hands

Food is great, had the 5×5 burger. Food is similar to Hunter house/brayz. Truely dislike Inflation. Was 15 dollars just for me to have a burger n fry, including tip. But good place and environment, very friendly employees.

Food was super fresh and delicious today!! The sausage Patties were cooked perfectly as well as my eggs and hash browns !! Great deal for a great meal!

The east side's Detroit slider shop, from the same family of burgers as Greene's, Bates, Telway or Brays. Burgers are bigger now than I remember, but still as delicious, fries are perfect and the breakfasts are diner heaven.

This place HAS to be breaking over 100 food place violations. I literally witnessed a cook drop food on the GROUND and place it back on the grill. No gloves in sight. Food going out to customers is thrown wherever they can find a spot to sit it, even if that means over the containers of other food. Cooks having smoke breaks only to come in and never wash their hands. The staff is BEYOND rude, miserable, and makes it known that they’re unhappy to be there. None of the staff members look kike they bathe or change their clothes often. Plates silverware and cups are dirty. Seriously this place is disgusting. Waitress never comes back to check on how you’re doing, only to slap down your bill that’s not even added up. Don’t eat here unless you want to die of botulism.

Nice staff, but second time now and not impressed at all with the food. The burgers barely had any meat on them and asked for extra onions and not enough to even finish a full onion ring. These burgers were the best around! Unfortunately not anymore. 😒

So I saw this restaurant on Fox 2 news and said hum 🤔 wonder if it's really good!? Well today I went there to doordash and went back later to try the food for myself and it was just OK. I had 2 cheeseburger sliders and chili cheese fries. Here is my biggest complaint...the chili had beans!! 🤦🏽‍♀️😫 The burgers were dry and I was not impressed..the buns were hard and the burger was not juicy. Maybe it was a bad day....I don't know...maybe the breakfast is better. I just know I wasn't impressed. The staff was very nice and if u need late night food they are a 24 hour spot.

Went for breakfast with all my son his wife and my grand babies. There was 7 of us. Very nice. Food was good and service was even better. All the servers were ao pleasant and gracious. Very reasonable prices. I'm not usually in this area but we had an air bnb nearby. If I am out that way again this will be my stop for breakfast!

It was extremely busy here. The wait was as well long. Our service was slow. Our food was very greasy. The prices were fair. The chili was tasty.

Staff was VERY rude!!!! We using foul language loud enough for everyone to hear, including families with young children our waitress kept calling people "bi***es" slamming things around and also never came back to check if we needed anything or to see if we needed refills. It wasn't until some nice couple spoke up about their language and behavior that it stopped. I would have thought with Social District Saturday, especially since it's tomorrow night that they'd have to it together better. Travis Coffee Shop you might want to look into hiring some better people. Won't go here ever again

Was going to dine in but waited a while to give order and decided to do take out for a sack of burgers. Fortunately we weren't in a hurry. Sliders are still great though.

Absolutely love this place, I've been coming here since before I was born....mom and dad would always stop here and get a sack of 6 with everything to go. Once I could drive I was stopping and getting them. Love it

Travis Coffee Shop in St Clair Shores is the kind of place that you would expect to find on a late night Food Network TV show about visiting the best diners in America. It's not fancy, but it's definitely worth a visit. The burgers here are untouchable - they're juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. I always make sure to get a side of fries too - they're crispy and delicious. I love treating my team at work to Travis on a regular basis. Everyone loves their food and it's always great to see them enjoy something so simple yet so tasty. If you haven't been there yet, you should definitely treat yourself soon! -John

Love this place! Old 50s greasy spoon diner feel! Always crowed ... ALWAYS! Food is always yummy and u get your order quickly. Parking sometimes is a challenge but worth it! Can't wait to go back and get more yummy sliders!!

This place is seriously awesome for grabbing a quick bite! The portions are huge, and the best part is that it won't break the bank. They've got such a fantastic range of food options to choose from you'll be spoilt for choice. We were pleasantly surprised at how speedy the food came out and the server was absolutely fantastic. Overall, it's a super friendly spot to enjoy a satisfying meal without putting a dent in your wallet.

I try to have breakfast (all day breakfast) here anytime I am on this side of town. Super yummy, quick, servers are friendly, and huge portions.

Yes we love your food, we also love the people who work there. Just one thing, We like to listen to music while we eat so if you're gonna put up a jukebox either make it so your customers can use it or take it down! So insulting to put money in a jukebox that isn't turned on, doesn't work or isn't even loud enough to hear, not sure what's wrong with it. All we get are excuses. Either that or put on a decent radio station to play throughout so your customers have some background music. This place has been around for "a while" you all should know better.

I called in my order at 10 to 12 said it would be 15 minutes and she said it's gonna be another 25 minutes while observing the restaurant. The cook Was preparing bacon on the same griddle as the burgers and chicken and onions are cooked on. That's cross-contamination flipping burgers after flipping bacon. The waitress told me that's the way they do it since they opened. Also, just putting plates of food anywhere. They can lay them on top of other condiments.

This place has been here forever. A good small town feel. Still relatively inexpensive prices. And a cook that knows how to make bacon extra crispy. 🙂 They used to be open 24 hours. I don't think they are any more. It used to be one of the few places that was.

I don't know how this is popular. I ordered an omelette and it tasted like craft cheese and refrigerator eggs. Couldn't use condiment bottles due to the amount of dust built up on bottles, it was dirty, salad wasn't washed properly (dirt), table wasn't bussed. I could excuse the food, but dust build up bottles? That's just not washing your bottles out regularly or they're not used and are allowed to sit. Tastes like white people with covid cooked it. Hard pass. If you want a fast bite and just to fill your stomach give it a try. I'm a big lady and anyone who knows me knows I finish a plate. Did not even want to. Also the coke tasted of something like citrus so didn't drink it. 4 stars for the lady waiting on us, because she was really nice and patient with us, but hard pass on willing coming back. I used to be an actual barista seeing dirty bottles really turned me off to it. Silverware might have been dirty or old couldn't tell. Ate with the spoon that was given with one of my sides, because it looked cleaner. Sad whoever cooked my food knows how to cook. Just the atmosphere and the quality of food given was not their best. My significant other is Mexican and knows how to throw down. I can tell if someone can cook even if the food isn't very good. Might be a worker that can do well, but is cooking what they have to work with.

We love the sliders with cheese, onions and the steamed bun. The cheesy potato soup is very good and it’s made there. I’ve seen the cook making it. The chicken and rice is good too. They can’t seem to keep a consistent staff but the food somehow is consistently good. We go there a few times a month. Worth a try if you’re in the area. ☺️🍔

Best coffee shop and diner in SCS and the surrounding areas!

Had them for the first time today since all this covid carryout started. Hubby says this was the first place he enjoyed a burger this whole time because the bun wasn't wet from condensation cause they packed the food correctly! Same with my breakfast they separated items with parchment /wax paper and made a HUGE difference. Also the girl working the phones / carryout was beyond friendly and nice ! Will be going back!

Got charged $6.60 to make two sandwiches deluxe and didn't get lettuce and tomato or coleslaw with either, and missing fries with one of the orders.

Nice little place to grab an old fashioned breakfast or a burger. Staff is friendly. Food is pretty good. 10/02/2020 - visited again today. Got the build your own breakfast skillet. It was amazing, just delightful. Every bite has a unique flavor. Only downsides... pretty greasy and way too much food for one. Seriously, could have easily served three people! Overall, wow, really tasty! Complements to the cook. :)

Excellent burgers and onion rings, the day I was there once I moved back to Michigan, I only had so much cash on me, and there was a problem with all of my credit cards. The waitress took off the onion rings and the soda off of my bill, although she gave me them because they were already made. That way the cash I had would cover my bill. I am going back there right now. I'm going to pay the difference in order again! I highly recommend it for sliders! The staff is very friendly as well.

I visited Travis this morning. It had been a few months since I had been there. The place was filthy! I saw cigarette butts on the floor under the counter stools and a fork on the foot rest under the counter. The floor was visibly dirty. I cleaned by table with a sanitizing wipe. Then, the tuna melt I ordered was dripping with mayonnaise and the sides of the bread were drench in mayo. The sandwich no longer comes with coleslaw and I had to ask for the pickles it comes with. I didn't see the two servers I have had for years, which was sad. I should have walked out before ordering, but I decided to give them another chance. I'm sorry I did. I am no longer a fan.
