Pretty massive outlet, there's so much store to look. One day is not enough to visit all store. And you better drive from one place to the other. You can visit their website for the directory. There's plenty of large restrooms so don't worry if you need to pee.

Haven't been here for a while. Looks like they've lost some stores due to covid. Still lots of great deals though, Calvin Klein, Nike, Guess are just a few of the stores with great deals, not to mention the shoe stores! Only problem is I spent too much money. If you're canadian, definitely worth the trip even with the exchange.

Awesome experience for the family. The atmosphere is so family friendly. It was a great experience to find all your shopping needs. Offering a wide variety of outlets from outdoors, indoors, apparel, cosmetics, etc.. worth checking out if in search of more specific items and stores by specific vendors as Birch Run Outlets might have it for you. This outlet mall is home to over 100 stores which include The North Face, Adidas, Columbia, Aerie, Avon, American Eagle, and Bass Factory Outlet. This premium outlet center offers plenty of parking spaces so you can move around to different shops with ease. There are also a handful of eateries here, such as a bubble tea cafe and pizzeria. The furniture was nice quality. I didn't walk around and see what all stores were around but from what I I see they have a big variety to choose from. I would recommend visiting here with your family. It is best to give yourself two days to explore all the stores.

I remember "real" outlets when it actually was "outlet" of overstocked items sold for cheap. Now it seems like merchandises are made for "outlets" and not that cheap. Still a bit cheaper than premium malls but not worth the long drive and cost of gas. Better to order online.

Greta places for shopping. Branded stuff at good prices. Not everything though; but you still able to find some lot of stuff.

While there are always the standard "outlet" shops, this mall has a number of stores that are new and not necessarily part of the average outlet shops. I do wish the outlet stores charged outlet prices though. Most stores are the same price as if you went to any other mall.

There are tons of awesome shops in several areas holding anything you need. If you can't find it here, you probably dont need it. There's plenty of parking, some restrooms, and a few places to grab a bite to eat as well as vending machines. The entire area is kept up with pretty well. Along with well-known shops, there are antique shops, art shops and other places to browse. Great variety, pretty good deals all around.

Since I was here 2 years ago. The number of stores has greatly increased. There are great deals to be had. All stores give big discounts on there merchandise. They also give veterans discounts, with proper ID. In the Alfred Dunner and DXL stores, there are chairs for spouses to wait in.

At least for me personally, I've never found any 'good deals' on anything I was looking for. Haven't really had much success finding items I like in the appropriate size. That's just my experience. You may have better luck. I've never gotten bad service or rudness from any of the workers. For me it's just not worth the drive.

The lady at the uniform shop was very friendly and helpful. Even though we were running late, she stayed after hours to help my wife pick out and try on several sets of scrubs. Not only did she stay late, she was HAPPY to assist and even recommend different brands and styles. Excellent selection and of course, excellent staff.

Wow, remember the days you had to fight for a parking space. Lots of room now, too bad! Been there several times in the better days. Maybe deals are not as obvious. Need to know what you want and what it should cost. Still some interesting stores

Lots of shopping store variety. Great for shoppers coming from Canada looking for great deals.

We haven't been here for quite some time but we were glad we decide to come back. We were totally amazed at how many stores have left this area, but we're thankful for the ones that were able to keep their storefronts. Some of the stores had great Black Friday sales already in place. Others lured you in with promises of discounts only to have many restrictions that you couldn't figure out what was on sale.

Great food great experience. Our server was very attentive and I like that they have someone who walks around and cleans us your empty plates. It is a nice service and the person was super friendly. Great idea many establishments should have this option. It frees up the server and allows the customer to not feel like they have a pile of empty plates just sitting there waiting to be picked up.

I'm sure if you are looking for a very particular thing at a store you know it's there you'll like it, but for just a regular keys look around and just shop trip it's terrible. An entire section is closed down and many vacancies through out the property. Very limited selection of places to go and the couple that actually interested me really didn't have much of a discount. Save you time and shop happier at one of the Tanger outlets. Heck, even great lakes crossing is still better than this place.

Always fun to shop with my daughter. We came to the end of a building and thought we'd go around the building to get back to our car. NOT! We ended up walking around nearly the entire perimeter of the mall! Not what we intended but it was a nice day and we got food. Agree with other reviewers that the places don't really have discounted prices like you would hope from an "outlet" mall. I guess the name "Premium" Outlets should say it all. Still has premium pricing. Stopped in the golf store to ask for a specific "premium" product and they didn't even know what it was. So, it's a good enough destination shopping venue, but if you really want a good price, go elsewhere.

There is a little bit of everything in there, so if you wander around you are sure to find something you like! I highly recommend the Lindt store near the back of the plaza or the Chocolate shoppe near the Bath& Body Works if you are out shopping and want something sweet. Both have excellent selections.

From the past 2 days and today, I really had a best time with my mom and my grandma shopping the stores I ever went in my life!😃

Lulu is finally here! It was busy so we just walked around for a few minutes. I didn't see anything I needed right then but was really just checking it out for my daughter's. Good prices!!!

Visited the many antique and vintage shops. I definitely wasn't disappointed with those! So many beautiful items! Visited Goodwill also. This location is becoming less of a thrift shop and us filled with "new" items which are salvaged from other retail stores. Everything is way over priced for what is supposed to be a thrift store.

Great options of stores. Sales were decent. Parking can be a nightmare if busy. Wish there were more food options spread out as your walking around to grab a quick snack. Large section of plaza completely closed still.

Lots of changes since we're were there a couple years ago. Several stores are completely gone. Parking is easy and felt safe shopping here. I hope no more closes up.

HONESTLY... the stores here are no cheaper than any other store. They are just the actual stores for companies that aren't found all over. Their mark up most be insane to have a sale and it still feel like full price. And the store selection has dropped since the last time I visited! You might say hey cool this store is here, but not cheaper even though it states it! Just beware.
