Dirty... Little foreign man could hardly speak English.. scammed the till right in front of us. Charged us for 5 donut holes but we ordered 10 holes and 2 large drinks, paid 14$ but he had 1.50 on the register and screw d me out of my DD POINTS.. homeless man sleeping in the hall in front of the bathroom... I do not recommend this place

This place have only one good worker and it's the older lady with short hair she has the best service! The stud that drive the silver jeep is SUPER LAZY! I wonder how she even get a job as lazy as she is😅 The tall linky guy with glasses is not very clean and always have a coat and bookbag on🤢 the Arab guy speaks POOR English and you have to repeat yourself 100 times. Don't go here unless it's AFTER 10pm -if you want GREAT service.

I ordered on DoorDash my order came in leas than 30 minutes. I got assorted, they gave me all glazed and all the donuts were old and hard. Not even worth the 1 star I gave them!

Very friendly staff for a Duncan. I was surprised. Hopefully things are trending in this direction for most of these smaller businesses.

I ordered 2 breakfast wraps and was given a croissant sandwich asked for jelly and didn't get it and didn't give me any cream or sugar for my coffee. I'll be ordering through GrubHub

I was at this location last night to pickup a donut and nets were flying all over the donuts! The workers were acting like they didn’t see the nets. Another customer was purchasing a dozen of donuts. The worker was placing them in the boxes until the customer saw the nets; and canceled her order!

This is my place. They used to have tables where you could sit, and hang out a little bit. Service is great. We go there for ice cream or coffee drinks

I stop by this place when I get off work it's open from 3am-1pm the owner is very cool, good Coffee an great donuts!

The first like two-three times when I ordered was fine. This time, I ordered two macchiatos online and when it arrived, it tasted horrible. they forgot to add my sugar n sweetner I’m guessing. I was very disappointed. Felt like a waste of money :(

The people here are so nice! Always smiling making friendly jokes. My coffee was amazing. They made suggestions which were helpful. Great customer service!

I don't usually go to dunkin donuts, but usually I go to Tim Hortons. I was right in the neighborhood so I stopped in because I wanted some hot chocolate. Usually when I get it, it is usually luke warm and I hate that. I want hot, hot chocolate. The chocolate there was hot like I like it and was very tasty. I was pleasantly surprised and I will be back to try some hot tea.

Doing a business travel near Detroit I stop by to order some coffee. The staff is not friendly and unfortunately they are rude to all customers and to the disabled elderly customers too. The cleanliness of the store is awful. Nothing is wipe down. Broken refrigerator. The lady need to get another job. Sad management is running it like this.

I love their iced caramel frappe & plus they have a 31 flavors in there too! Clean & most of the employees are polite. I gave a 4 stars because the only person who seems to really work is the young girl (sorry I don't know their names) the rest like to stand around and talk. BTW- The young girl definitely needs a raise!!!

Placed an online order. When I showed to pick it up, the store was locked. Tried to call but it just rang for several minutes. After a crowd gathered behind me, the LONE employee unlocks the store, helps everyone before me, then another employee walks in talking about they were sitting in their car watching it get busy. Guy finally asks what I want, says he hasn’t even started my order. Maybe one of the homeless people in front of your store would be more appreciative of the paycheck

I'm in love with this Matcha latte with almond milk with a shot a vanilla heaven in my mouth on this cold Saturday afternoon, and they brought back their apple cinnamon donuts. People are sleeping on Dunkin Donuts. It's not all about Star Bucks and Tim Hortons.

The service is friendly and the donuts are okay. I never catch a fresh powder donut.

this is BY FAR THE WORST DUNKIN I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!! My first encounter here was terrible. I tried ordering a chicken bacon croissant sandwich. I got served stuffers. I'm from Georgia and didn't know the difference?? The lady got an attitude. This happened around when I first moved to Michigan. Second encounter was about a week ago and my boyfriend tried telling me that there doesn't look like there's any donuts inside the racks AFTER placing an online order.. so I walk up the door at night and this older woman that worked there tried telling a homeless dude over and over again that they were closed...?? I stated that I had an online order and she said their donuts are all THROWN AWAY. 🙄 I asked if they could refund my order because it was 30$ worth of donuts... She said they don't take care of that in the store. I asked how could I get this situated and she said she wasn't sure.... :| I don't even see how this Dunkin is still in business... Third encounter was through a Uber eats delivery. Donuts don't taste fresh at all.... Cold and stale. Also the assortment box was really plain and dull. Saddening.

The service was good but the store look and feel run down. You have a lot of miscellaneous people around and the store needs to be cleaned. The donuts tasted good.
