This pizza looks and is so good!! I'll be ordering from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Spent almost $50 on food to be delivered with a original 45 min wait. Called at the 1 hour mark to get a update and was told the order was out for delivery and I should receive a phone call when they arrive. Second call another hour later and they “supposedly” delivered my order to a different house! No one called my phone, screen door was open with porch light on, please tell me how you could possibly get the wrong house? It’s 11:20pm and since they closed in 10 minutes now they cant be bothered with me but have my money and I don’t have food.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Deserve 0 stars.

I think this restaurant does a great job of keeping their customers happy. They have always done an amazing job with any of my orders. I’m currently enjoying a delicious square Meat lovers pizza with pineapple and jalapeño. It’s wonderful!

I wanted a refund for my salad that had hair in it but he decided to not give me my money back. Pizza was burnt smh

Pay with cash and not your card for your order my family was waiting for food that never show up. Never had an issue before and the driver always called when they pull up. Put instead the driver didn’t call an apparently gave away our order to who knows who and was unresponsive when they tried to reach out to him/her. Now it’s 12:30 am and my family had to leave the house for food on a Saturday. Never again!!!

Just ew!!! I order and bbq chicken pizza and it was not good at all! bbq was not good, just overall a 0. customer service was not good at all!!!! The lady i was talking to was nice and offered me a new pizza. Then another guy came on and proceeded to tell me i cant get a refund or a new pizza because i left to go home with my unopened pizza.

Mediocre at best...ordered off uber and deliver was long... not the restaurants fault the delivery guy had 2 orders and mine got delivered 2nd... with that being said it arrived cold... also on the app it looks like they have sqare pizza like jets but they sent me a round pizza like domino's... maybe again not the fault of the restaurant but they only have pics of sqaure pizzas shown so it seems as if that's what they sell...in any case got a small meat lovers double cheese well done with garlic butter parmesan crust and mozzarella sticks... crust seemed to be missing the garlic butter just a ton of parmesan...cheese sticks seemed to be overcooked... and it all was cold...overall disappointing and a waste of $... my first time ordering from them and will probably be the last

I'm so excited! I have found my new pizza place after having a bad experience with one of their competitors. Papa's Pizza is now at the top of my list. The food is hot and fresh! The driver was clean and courteous. And my order was taken promptly, correctly and delivered on time! Thank you!

I made a delivery with papas around 9:54pm and they told me it was gone take about 45 mins my order never arrived I called 4 times no answer back and they didn’t close til 12

The service was excellent very nice very kind very polite took my order very expeditionally upon receiving my food I looked at it and looked at picture perfect upon tasting my food it was great had it for dinner and lunch I will be going back to get me a pizza this time I had a calzone and barbecue Wings & fries everything was great

Manager rude bad customer service. I will never suggest this nasty dump. All the staff have nasty attitudes. Uniform we’re dirty and I could smell the manager’s breath through the bulletproof glass as he yelled a me to leave the store without my DoorDash order for no complete reason

Is a carry out. Ordered a number of pizzas for youth. Manager worked with me to place my order a few days in advance, most helpful, he even purchased me a juice from next door while I was there. Was worried about the Saturday noon delivery.. no worries it was right on time actually 3 minutes early. This Pizzas has a better taste and crust then the typical franchises. Even the plain cheese pizza was tasty and enjoyable.

Place is clean outside waiting area and behind the counter. Order was ready within 15mins and customer service was great. I would recommend ordering here.

I should read the reviews before pre paying for my order and wasting my precious time. They will take your money without delivering any food. They will gaslight you as if you don’t have a receipt of your order with the exact location and phone number because they messed up. Never again.

You try to support local businesses, but attitudes always seem to be a problem. I will spend money some where else, where people appreciate your business without all the hostility.

Not for me. Just started as door dasher. Line was short, customer service was on point and friendly. I like that they ensure (as well as I) confirm order so everyone wins. The food smelled amazing though. I know that was one happy foodie 👊

My total was $62.51 for 3 large specialty pizzas for my family. I was not available when the pizzas were first received therefore I had no knowledge of what I was getting and to my dismay 2 of the pizzas were burnt. Almost unedible but to a hungry family that settled for this I felt bad afterwards but if this is this kind of service you provide, you will never receive another dime of my money.
