I love coming here for the selection and the service. Their desserts and flowers are worth the drive. I also find items that I can't find any where else like Friendly ice cream cups. I come here once a month.

Terrible experience with their catering and online pickup service. I scheduled an online pickup and some catering for a funeral -- not only did they need to call me twice for substitutions and because there were items out of stock, but it also took over half an hour once I arrived for pickup. Once I retrieved the cart they had packed for me, it was packed so precariously that we ended up knocking a 12 pack of Coke out, covering both myself and my husband in Coca Cola for this funeral. Incredibly poor service all around. Very disappointed.

Love the store and employees. Now have sticky notes on their registers stating they aren't allowed to have water with them. Employees confirmed. Until mngmt acknowledges humans work for them, ONE STAR. DO BETTER.

Just moved in the area and not just learning that the grocery store was right down the street so far everything has been excellent I enjoy my experience going in there getting fresh vegetables and so on.

As a former Busch’s employee mainly at the Novi location, but spent time at other locations including this one I’m not a fan of the company. I also think their time clock procedures are a bit suspect. They allow employees to clock in up to 4 minutes early, however if they clock in for their shift 4 minutes early they don’t get paid for the extra 4 minutes, yet if they clock in 4 minutes late they get docked 4 minutes. 4 minutes of free labor may not seem like much but just think how quickly that time can add up and how much free labor the company likely gets annually

Oh boy🙆‍♀️ this is a really great Buschs grocery store! Flowers, while bean coffee, bulk nuts, fish and a delicious prepared foods area. Great cheeses and of course wine 😘👌🧀🍖🍗🥒🥬🥑🍷🥂 as always all Buschs' stores are clean and well stocked with knowledgeable staff 👍👍

Super clean, super friendly, delicious counter has the best I formative employees. By far BEST fresh market to grab your food for a lovely lunch or dinner!!

Great Market, my favorite place to shop for groceries especially if my items are on sale.

Today's trip to Busch's was a first. This morning, we went to gather quick supplies for breakfast. At the register, we opened a membership. Yet, later this evening the number was inputted in wrong! Though, couldn't have asked for better timing. Karen was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She assisted with the membership details and then gave us a good overview of the store's features in general. Definitely happy to have Busch's nearby for our trip. Karen was happy to share other locations that may be useful for other times. Overall, the store is clean, has a variety of food products- including buying your own eggs for 53 cents per egg. Haven't heard of that close to home! Thanks Karen and Busch's!

Great at putting stuff on sale that they can't stock. Items that would have 20 to 40 packages on the shelf at a normal grocery store they put less than half then put it on sale so many many items are always bare shelves when it's on sale because they don't stock shelve often enough. 75% of the time I end up having to go to another grocery store which is especially irritating because if I wanted to drive to one of those places I would have in the first place and spent about 30% less. It's a nice store but as a reputation for being over priced. Also produce is highly over priced and the quality is not there. The pictures posted speak to that

Good selection, prices are kinda high. I think staff cooking and serving food should wear masks. 😷 Has anyone heard of Covid?! That said, it's convenient to me, good variety. I shop here for quick fill in items, not big or household needs.

Shout out to Deli dept n particularly a gal named Gail who although I could tell they were sooo busy got my order and was so pleasant…. I needed a charcuterie tray for a party this Sat and after calling several stores could not take my order. Gail after we talked it through was able to get it done for me. When I came to pick it up saw that it was done beautifully ( should have taken n posted a photo)for me…If you think you could do it yourself better for the $ well it was worth every penny… I have not shopped there in years and ended up picking up many nice little items for holidays Ok its a high end store not for penny pinchers but heck once in a while you need/want a special treat or an exotic item look no further. Beautiful store great employee sfaff.

Very big store for all types of regular home needs. Fresh vegetables and all sorts of meat and sea fish available.

The perishables and prepared foods are wonderful. General grocery items can be a bit on the high side but the service is wonderful, the shelves are well stocked and it is a convient place to shop when looking for a consistantly quailty grocery store.

My favorite go to place for Groceries, Fresh fruits and vegetables. You get lot of local produce here. Market is very clean and staff are super friendly.

I love Buschs. I shop there often in Canton. But the Tuna pasta salad I got there yesterday made me sicker than a dog. Won't be buying THAT again.

Close to work and easy to stop in and pick up food for lunch. I found the organization of their layout to be kind of confusing and hard to find some things. They do you have some specialty items which help them stand out. But it seemed like Kroger was more of a full service experience for me

Stopped by first thing 7am on Memorial day, for a dessert for a BBQ later that night. Decided to get a bagel for breakfast, but they were not yet out. Gentleman and a lady in the deli, went into the back and wrapped 2 individually for me. Great customer service!

Lots of good & unusual items but the priciest grocery store around here. They carry higher quality of meats , produce, etc. They don't let customers wait in line, usually in & out! If you need an item for a special occasion, check there.

I came in to buy some groceries for my visit to Michigan. I was able to find what I needed and get out quickly. The store is kept up really nicely and the lady who checked my ID was super friendly. I will definitely come visit again.
