I took an engagement ring to Waddington to be resized. The ring was white gold (dipped in Rhodinium for the silver finish). Though the size was correct, the finish was taken completly off the ring. We didn't notice while how yellow the ring had become until we arrived at home and compared it to other jewelry. I would have thought the jewlers knew enough about the alloy making up the ring and that they would have restored the finish back to it's original finish. I was disappointed with my experience at Waddington.

I have had the opportunity to participate in two of Peter and Co. custom design events. My first ring is a wonderful combination of my parent's wedding rings. It is a real stunner and one of a kind. The experience was so fun and rewarding that I have returned to another custom concierge event. The step by step process from collaboration,hand drawn sketch to CAD review allows you to participate in the overall look of your piece without wondering what the final product will look like. The most difficult part...the wait, until you can wear your 1 of a kind treasure.

I have gotten my wedding ring resized here, purchased a watch for myself, purchased watch batteries, tie clips for my kids, and have had my wedding band repaired after a tine holding the main diamond broke. All repairs are done in house and your item doesn’t leave their store! My husband had taken his gold wedding band in to have Jen work her magic on it after he had gotten his arthritis under control (we had purchased a hinged band for him, then it was too big once his arthritis was under control), and they held it for over 3 plus YEARS until my husband got it resized. They also carry inexpensive silicone bands for folks who have active jobs and can’t risk catching a finger in a moving machine (looking at you, mechanics and farmers and those with active hand jobs). Very knowledgeable staff. You’re likely talking to one of the owners when you go in, so you can trust their expert opinion. Buy from your local Bowling Green neighbors!

I was at Costco filling gas and 3 other women were filling gas as well . I needed a Jeweler to shorten moms twist watch band and did not know any jewelers in the area . I absolutely love this place! I have used them twice, once for resizing my ring and just recently to get a new setting for my ring and both were great experiences! My experience for resetting my ring, I was helped by Tiffany from beginning to end. I wanted something a little different than what was available and she worked with me to have a custom design. Before agreeing to anything I was provided a rotating 3D version of what it would look like and was able to make adjustments from there. Tiffany was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My ring turned out even better than expected!! I will only bring my jewelry here from now on. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

I had a Fossil watch, purchased elsewhere, and it stopped working. Searching for anyone who could possibly help getting it working again, without spending a fortune. I called Peter & Company after no luck trying to contact Fossil directly. I called Peter and Company and was told to bring it in. They said they would call me either way to let me know if it was repairable. I received a call two days later with good news and a reasonable cost for the repair. Tiffany was very helpful with questions and getting my Fossil watch back working again. We worked with Janet, to create a mothers ring. We had a specific idea in mind and Janet and Peter Co Jewelers absolutely exceeded our expectations- they have a program where they design your piece and work with you to get your vision correct. Then they print a 3D mold of the ring for your to try on, and see if the fit works- Very helpful as we wanted the ring to be flush with another band. We did 2 round of 3D molds and we were so confident in the fit, size and height we placed the order for the ring to be made. We received the ring as promised within 4-6 week, and are just so thrilled! From the moment you walk in, every employee welcomes you and asks how they can help. I would give Janet, Peter and Co Jewelers a 10/10. We will definitely use them for all custom design needs in the future.

It started with my desire to have a new watch sized properly. My husband and I also took a few more "dead" watches to be checked for life. (We've had far too many bad experiences with shopping mall clerks destroying the backs of watches trying to replace batteries.) She took them back to the watch repair person, returned and provided my husband with a cup of coffee. Before he could finish it we were presented with our 6 watches. When I was waiting for my jewelry to be completed she kept me informed as to when it would be done. Also, the other staff members were so friendly and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about this whole team. We first came in a few years ago because I needed to have my rings sized, and they discovered during that process that my wedding band was slowly chipping away at the underside of the custom designed stone on my engagement ring. They connected us with specialists to restore the stone and helped me find options to prevent further damage that worked for me. Since then, I have had my existing rings back for service and I have purchased new items from them several times, and every experience is an awesome one. I always get my rings back looking super sparkly and new, and I always leave with a smile on my face because everyone is so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
