Short
version:
Bryan
LITERALLY
changed
my
life.
Long
version:
I’m
40
years
old.
I
am
an
avid
walker,
my
job
is
active,
I
weight
train
4-5
days
a
week,
I
enjoy
recreational
running
and
biking.
I
love
yoga,
spinning,
kickboxing.
I’m
active!
Maybe
eight
years
ago
I
started
experiencing
some
minor
hip
pain.
I
went
to
the
doctor
and
they
gave
me
some
steroid
for
inflammation
and
all
was
good.
It’s
bothered
me
on
and
off
but
2-3
years
ago
I
started
experiencing
hip
pain
and
muscle
soreness
all
over
my
entire
body
-
pretty
chronically.
For
a
while
I
chalked
it
up
to
being
too
hard
on
my
body.
The
pain
got
worse
and
worse.
At
times
it
was
becoming
debilitating.
I
stretched
like
a
crazy
person,
I
was
drinking
a
ton
more
water,
was
eating
even
better
than
I
normally
do,
went
to
yoga
four
times
a
week...
I
wasn’t
getting
better.
I
went
to
my
doctor.
He
did
bloodwork
which
all
came
back
fine.
No
rheumatoid
factor,
no
signs
of
arthritis,
nothing
abnormal.
He
recommended
physical
therapy
which
I
did
multiple
rounds
of.
I
was
going
to
a
chiropractor
twice
a
week,
acupuncture
and
cupping
twice
a
week,
taking
Epson
salt
baths
3-4
times
a
week,
sitting
in
the
hot
tub
at
the
gym
at
night,
doing
the
sauna
at
the
gym
in
the
morning.
I
was
getting
WORSE!
My
doctor
referred
me
to
a
neurologist
to
do
some
nerve
and
muscle
testing.
The
tests
came
back
spectacular!
Nothing
wrong
with
me.
So
frustrating!
We
explored
allergies
-
wondering
if
something
was
causing
inflammation
in
my
body
to
cause
pain.
So
I
started
doing
allergy
treatments.
I
was
STILL
getting
worse.
We
did
some
more
exploring
through
MRIs
and
x-rays....
I
was
eventually
diagnosed
with
double
hip
dysplasia
and
hyper
mobility.
All
four
surgeons
that
I
met
with
for
opinions
told
me
my
options
were
injections,
medication
for
pain
management
and
ultimately,
I’m
facing
a
double
hip
replacement.
Did
I
just
hear
double
hip
replacement?!
AT
FORTY?!
😭😭😭
One
of
the
surgeons
said
to
go
see
Bryan
at
Orthopedic
Spine
&
Sports
Therapy
in
Auburn
Hills.
Bryan’s
location
is
a
30
minute
drive
from
my
home
and
I
had
a
physical
therapist
that
I
loved
right
around
the
corner
from
my
house.
The
doctor
said,
“You
NEED
to
see
Bryan.”
I
was
reluctant
because
I’ve
already
been
down
this
road
and
it
didn’t
help
but,
what
did
I
have
to
lose?
I
gave
it
a
shot.
Oh.
My.
Gosh.
In
my
first
two
sessions
he
taught
me
more
about
“my”
body
(not
“the
average
body”)
than
anyone
has
ever
taught
me.
He
gave
me
a
ton
of
do’s
and
don’ts
when
it
comes
to
exercising.
Admittedly,
I
was
super
reluctant
to
the
suggestions
but
again,
I
was
willing
to
try
anything!
I
did
what
he
said
and
within
weeks
I
was
feeling
1
million
times
better.
In
about
two
months,
I
was
completely
pain-free.
For
the
first
time
in
years
and
years
and
years!
Still
while
writing
this,
I
can’t
believe
it!
His
entire
team
is
wonderful
and
I’ve
recently
started
seeing
his
massage
therapist
who
is
also
incredible!
I’m
so
grateful
that
surgeon
referred
me
to
Bryan.
It
was
literally
life
changing.
Thank
you
Bryan,
for
giving
me
my
life
back!
I’m
so
grateful
for
everything
you’ve
done
for
me,
but
mostly
for
what
you’ve
taught
me.
