I am so fortunate to have found the George Iwanow Hearing Aid Center and Dr. Boikov and his staff. Dr. Boikov's clear, nonpersuasive, professional demeanor was paramount in fitting me with devices that afford me the hearing I never thought I would have again.

I thought they did a great job testing my hearing. There is a large screen displaying the results of the test. Took their time explaining the use of the new hearing aids and how to keep them clean. I am very happy with the service and the new hearing aids.

It’s been nearly a year since I got my hearing aids. On every visit all my questions were answered. All the staff and the doctor were pleasant, friendly and helpful. They wanted me to understand my hearing aids and to be able to use them without getting frustrated. The original hearing test was relatively quick and the doctor very knowledgeable.

Dr. Rendalman suggested that by age 55 we should have our hearing tested. I'm glad I did, there is no hearing loss, what a relief. The customer service and quality of care I received was excellent. After researching and visiting with 5-6 hearing aid centers, I settled on buying my hearing aids from George Iwanow Hearing Aid Center, Royal Oak. They had the best pricing, longest warranty, and good financing options. Resound Hearing Aids are premier rated. I can hear so much better now and relax in conversations, and can enjoy movies without having to use a caption reader. I like being able to use my smartphone to make adjustments in volume and change the mode I am in. Dr. Boikov fixed me up with what I needed and has been very helpful. I have full trust in his care. He is very professional. Their service has been excellent. His receptionist, Gail, is friendly and receptive. No problem getting in to get the help I need.

I have been going here since 2007; they are professional, making sure I understand completely my new hearing aids. I feel very comfortable with Dr Boikov.

I had a very detail exam and my doctor was very thorough and patience with me . I like the two step appointment experience when first getting my hearing aids. Many questions I had for my second exam.

To enhance my hearing experience with my Resound Hearing Aids i purchased the Resound multi mike. I am so impressed with the quality of the sound it provides. It has t-coil capabilites for those venues that have t-coils. I went to a concert at Symphony Hall the clarity of the sound was great and it eliminated me haring other sounds in the hall. The Resound experience is excellent.

This place is professional, covidit conscious, clean, Excellent in explaining your hearing explanation.

Be aware that after the sale service and adjustments are not so easy to arrange a reasonable length of time for an appointment. Waiting two weeks for repairs and adjustments after spending $5K including insurance payment really makes me angry.

George Iwanow did a great job fixing my hearing aids, they ordered new parts that came in, in a record two days and called me to come by their office and complete the repair of my hearing aids. great Job, I recommend this hearing aid store.
