    I had such a terrible experience and I am not one to speak up for I know things happen and sometimes it isn't other people's fault but this was absolutely inexcusable. When I called to schedule an appointment I was clueless on what to do so I made sure I had the receptionist explain what days they do ultrasounds and what they had available. I scheduled my appointment and felt relieved to finally be a step in the right direction. They call me back a couple days later saying they only do ultrasounds on certain days and times and I understood mistakes can be made and assured them it was no problem and that I would be happy to schedule it on one of those days. I get a call the next day saying the doctor isn't in that day, feeling a bit frustrated I simply take a deep breath and ask for the next available time and schedule that. It's finally appointment day and I arrive 30 minutes prior, as requested, and sit in the waiting room. As I am called to the front I have everything ready to go and then I find out the doctor called in. I explained I had taken time off work, rescheduled 3 different times and was wondering if there was any way to get me in. They sent me back and I talked with someone and they said they would do everything they could to try and fit me in that following Monday and would call to confirm that they could later that day. I left feeling so frustrated and actually ended up crying in my car. As a 21 year old who found a lump in her breast I was already terrified and then to be denied my 3rd appointment I had it at that point. I settled down and continued on with my day while I waited for their call. I never heard from them again.... this is so excusable, unforgivable and simply not right. I will never recommend them to anyone and I tried to be as sympathetic as possible to things happening but to not call is unprofessional on so many levels. I went to baeumont and was treated with the respect I deserved.

    Called Friday to get an appointment and they were able to get me in at 6:00 Monday morning and they had results to my doctor for a 9:30 appt that same morning. Amazing. The whole process was simple and Lisa talked me through the whole thing (I'm claustrophobic). No, not the most fun experience I've ever had, but not nearly as bad as I had feared. I'm just so grateful they were able to get my results so quickly. So grateful to all who had a part in my care.

    Came to get a MRI. Appointment was at 3:30pm arrived at 3, no one was at the desk. An employee who was leaving did acknowledge me though. Finally an employee came to the desk, thong out and all, and answered a call while she was talking to me, didn't put them on hold (even though i was standing in front of her). I was sitting in the lobby until after 3:30, not even doing paperwork. I wasn't taken back to get my MRI done until 4:20, but I was the only one in the lobby. Giving them 3 stars because it was nice, clean, and comfortable in there, and they gave me the TV remote while I was waiting in back. Everybody else seemed nice. Maybe it was just an off day for them, because their other reviews sound good?

    Love this place for imaging, especially ultrasound! It’s so clean, things move fast, loved my tech both times… I had a friend who worked here as a radiologist as well and he really was happy here. It’s just a clean, nice, relaxing space.

    I recently visited CMI and was very impressed with the staff and appearance of the facility. There was very little wait time before getting my scan done and I'm extremely happy with my overall experience at CMI.

    Wish I could give zero. I’ve been here for over an 1.5 hours and reaching 2 hours and still sitting in the waiting room. Price is ok but service is worst then a 1 start diner. Would of rather paid triple the price and got in and out faster somewhere else. Absolutely the worst service in any medical profession I’ve been in!! I tried calling to make an appointment like any other office but they said they don’t do appointments for X-rays. They couldn’t even explain to me why they have walk in only for X-rays. Who owns this should probably learn more on customer service cause I can tell they’re chasing a check and not caring for the patients time. You know we have lives too.

    I called CMI and asked what my co-pay would be for an Arthrogram and I was very specific that they understood I needed an Arthrogram. I was told that my out of pocket would be $347.01. I made my appointment to have the Arthrogram preformed. I drove an hour in rush hour traffic and when I got to CMI I was told that my out of pocket was $888.17. I informed them that I was quoted $347.01 and I was told that they were sorry but my out of pocket was $888.17 unless I had $750.00 cash then they would perform the Arthrogram (like I walk around with $750.00 cash in my pocket). Talk about bait and switch! I walked out of CMI and did not get my Arthrogram after waiting a week and a half for my appointment. If I could rate them a 0 or a negative number I would have. My recommendation would be: Don't walk but RUN away from CMI, that is, unless you like to be lied to.

    I won't even give RMI a one star rating. I was scheduled for a CT scan on 7-30-18. I got off work early from delivering meals on wheels & called to see if I could be seen early. The person on the phone said that if I got there ASAP I could be seen early. I arrived at 1:30 & was told that the technician that does the CT scans called off for the day. Not only did I have an appointment, but came in early. When I asked why the person that scanned my paper work into the system why I was told to come in early, she said "You know how information doesn't get passed around in some offices". She then scheduled me for the next day. The next day I called to see if I could come in early. The woman on the phone said "No". I arrived at 4:00 & was taken in for the scan on time at 4:30. The tech said the CD we would take 10 minutes. The woman at the desk informed me after 20 minutes that there were a lot of images to transfer to a CD. 30 minutes later she came out with my CD stating that the CD recorder has a mind of it's own. I can't believe that any manager of a health care facility would lie as if it was second nature. My wife is going to help me contact the Joint Commission as to your employee improper contact with clients & lying to ailing patients just because it may have worked before. I would like change in the operation not excuses.The tech that did my CT scan left after 29 minutes & asked "Don't you have your CD yet"?

    I do not have a problem paying my bills. I initiated a call to the accounting department because the bill was paid in full and I inquired about additional charges. I wish I had gotten the persons name that was rude, nasty and demanding that I better pay the bill. No one will ever force me to pay a bill without clear understanding of additional charges. I will never go to this place for any type of services when they have a nasty accounting department. I was forced to hang up on the woman. She threatened me with consequences if I did not pay the bill, very unprofessional. I will also let my doctors office know what happened informing them of there bad business practices.

    My experience was already explained in question number 11 above! 😊 I had a phenomenal experience having my MRI done on June 21st 2023!! The team at RMI are very professional, comforting and informative!! I'm positive that I am not going to ever be afraid of having an MRI again, thanks to the team there at RMI Royal Oak! I was in and out in a timely manner, and I appreciate that because I was in so much pain due to my injury. Thank you RMI Royal Oak!!

    AMAZING 🙌🏻 RMI DOES EVERYTHING WELL. I LOVE THE HIGH TECH PROCESS. IT STARTS WITH CHECK IN. GREAT FACILITY FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL STAFF!!! Reports process is perfect is well. You receive a text that your report/images is ready. This is ideal if you need to share your actual images with a doctor. It’s perfect!!! Great experience!!

    Apparently my first appointment was never confirmed even though I have a voicemail stating it was after our phone conversation. Oh and apparently me calling a second time didn't count either. These are the people that are supposed to tell me what's wrong with my arm. Would give zero stars if I could.

    Disappointed. Made an appointment 6 weeks ago, they said they would get my medical records. Not only did they not get my records, they called a day and a half prior to my appointment and cancelled because they said they have no tech that day. Poor planning on their part and now I have waited two months for nothing. Would not recommend at all. Not a good business. Especially not when it comes to peoples health.

    Very bad service . I had my MRI done more than a week ago and i told them i need my result to be read before i meet my doctor .i get to my doctor and they never received my result A week and half later nobody read my MRI Very dissapointed with the service .

    They have a great, comfortable facility and an easy in and out process, but they refuse to read my MRI. It has been a week and when I called they said that it was stuck in transcription. I am not sure what that means, but I could have had my study done at any number of facilities. It is a good thing that lives are not hanging in the balance of a set of lazy physicians that can't get around to reading x-rays.

    Couldn't schedule online, so called and was on hold for 12 minutes b4 anyone answered. I followed the text instructions and performed check in when I arrived in the parking lot. My appointment was scheduled for 1:45. I waited until 2pm and called the number provided. Again I was on hold 12 minutes and the representative had to call the location to find out why I wasnt called in. She told me to just go in. When I went to the reception desk, the woman rudely said I hadn't done my check in and that's why she hadn't called me in. I said, "yes, I did", and upon looking on her computer found that I had indeed checked in. This was a horrible experience!

    My ultrasound tech is very kind and personable. I’ve visited RMI multiple times and has pretty much been consistent. This last visit it took a long time to receive my report back even at the request of my doctor. When I inquired about my report as it was needed asap for medical reasons I was told that RMI is behind, the radiologist hasn’t read my results and I would just have to wait.

    Everything went great. Not a long wait, my questions were answered and the tech made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me. I was very pleased and impressed with my experience. Way better than dealing with going to a hospital setting for this test.

    I visited RMI on July 27 with my husband. I went to the Royal Oak office for my 20-week fetal ultrasound. I was kindly greeted and helped upon entry. Front desk staff showed where the restrooms were and offered water for our visit. It seemed they tried to always have staff available for any assistance. For the actual ultrasound, Kathryn pleasantly introduced herself. She was very professional but also personable. She was thorough in communicating what was happening during the ultrasound, as well as answering my questions. She also checked with us 3 times to ensure we wanted to know the baby’s gender before revealing! Overall I had a wonderful experience! This facility is friendly, professional and clean.

    The facility was closed when I arrived. It was hard for them to find my appointment because my name had been spelled wrong. The MRI itself was fine, though I thought I'd have music (I've heard some people say they get that....) Tech was nice, but sort of jumped into things, and the ear plugs were different than I'd used before and he gave no directions on how to use them.

    I was scheduled to have the MRI on Tuesday, 8/1 but someone from your office called me on Thursday and mentioned there was a opening on Friday morning, 7/28. I took advantage of the opportunity and was able to go in on Friday which was much earlier that I had expected. I truly appreciate the proactiveness of your staff to call me and offer the option to come in earlier. That to me is great customer service! Thanks again for modeling excellent customer service.

    Absolutely amazing! I was not having the best morning and they made everything so easy for me! I showed up on the wrong day and she found a cancellation to fit my son in! Saved my life and extra driving. 10 million stars to the Front Desk, she was so pleasant and patient with me! Overall all great experience from entering the front doors to leaving!

    It was a great experience. The only thing next time I will use an opened MRI machine. It was hard to stay laying tight in the space for 20 min. The staff was great and efficient. I was in and out in 45 min. Great job!

    Mostly answered under the recommendations section but the checkin process was a bit confusing. My doctor gave my info. Then I pre registered with similar info. Then checked in again. And my phone blocked the call to enter the building because it looks like spam. Which was stressful because I was told I may need to reschedule. Extremely nice and friendly staff, both on the phone an in person. Everyone was so kind, especially the receptionists in royal oak and novi (called the novi office with questions prior to my appointment). Because of the staff, I’d definitely recommend MRI. Location was also convenient. Process was pretty ok even though I am claustrophobic and also I didn’t quite understand what to expect such as the weird noises or not moving at all for 25 minutes. Receptionist was so wonderful and kind. She really put me at ease over something I’ve been so nervous about leading up to it. Man who gave me the ear plugs was friendly and patient. Woman with the glasses who saw me out afterwards was patient and call and let me know both of that my image was clear (I was so worried about moving) and one to expect the results before I even had to ask. Overall a really great experience with all of the staff. Very much appreciate all of you at Royal Oak.

    This facility claims to take insurance but does not work with insurance companies in an above board manner. My insurance company, my wife, and I spent hours on the phone with them, interrupting our own work days on multiple occasions to verify information and assist them with tasks ahead of a covered procedure. This facility failed to take necessary actions on their part, despite repeated interventions, and tried every angle to make us pay out of pocket while claiming they take our insurance. On the day of the procedure, claims by the facility directly contradicted statements by the insurance company and authorizing physician’s office, whom we know and trust. We finally walked away. If they are this way with money, I don’t want them handling my healthcare. If you do work with them, make sure you keep a paper trail in case legal action is needed.

    First they called and said I could come in like an hour early, pretty cool, they helped me to the wheelchair, then the tech took time out to talk to me and keep me calm during my MRI because I'm kinda claustrophobic, she gave me a good technique on staying calm. The front desk lady & the tech were great. Extremely clean, in and out quickly. I recommend this place to everyone!!!

    My wife has had stomach pain for a couple weeks now and went to urgent care. The believe it was her appendix and want it looked at right away. They schedule my wife appointment with this place and I wish they hadn't. My wife went to the appointment today and showed up a hour early. As she was filling out the paper work she realized we had to pay the full payment up front but due to strenuous circumstances we did have the money till tomorrow. She called the front desk asking to arrange a payment but they told her she had to pay half if not they were canceling the appointment. She said I can't pay half so the lady said fine so your canceling your appointment and hung up on her. Now we are our way to the hospital because my wife stomach is getting worse. Wish I could leave a 0 star.

    I came into the office for my very first mammogram because my mom spoke very highly of you all and how caring and compassionate the staff is. It being my first one I got called back with concerns of a mass and I was terrified!! When I came back in for my follow up the ladies from the front all the way to the back was so sweet. They handed me Kleenex, told me things will be ok, even made me laugh. The whole staff deserve praises and recognition!!

    I really wish I could leave a good review here, because it seems like it could be a good place, but I have never experienced such uncaring, inflexible attitudes from a medical establishment. I realized I had forgotten my wallet, I was still 15 minutes early for my appointment, and could have gotten somebody to bring me my ID. I was all the way checked in with their online check-in, which is like a 10 minute process in and of itself. Having my identification delivered to me would have brought it to 1 minute or maybe 2 minutes past my 4:00 appointment time. But they immediately canceled my appointment and would not allow me the option of having someone bring me my ID in time. They said it's too late, we already cancelled your appointment. Even though I was standing right there, and could have had my ID by 4:01. They did not communicate this level of inflexibility with me on the phone when I set up my appointment. The text reminders I got told me my appointment was at 4:00. But the receptionist acted like my appointment started at 3:30. And by 4:01 I would have been too late to even think about starting.

    My appointment was at 10am was asked to arrive by 945am check in online and wait in my car. I was not texted to come in to the building until exactly 1030, 30 minutes after my appointment time. Still had to wait about 15 minutes once I was inside the building. The ultrasound tech was very friendly and reassuring. She knew I was nervous about the results but clearly explained everything and made me feel comfortable

    I am so happy with RMI Imaging in Royal Oak. I can't say enough good things about them! The staff was friendly, I didn't have to wait long, and more importantly the technicians were respectful of the stressful situation and made sure my results were into my doctor that very same day. My appointment was at 10:00 and by 1:00 my primary doctor had called to say my results were received. Thank you for being so professional and supportive. I will certainly return.

    I had a scheduled MRI appointment with RMI and everything went smoothly. The facility is modern, clean, and welcoming. My appointment was on time and the staff was very friendly. As a medical facility worker myself, I appreciated the promptness and care the staff provided me. Very professional and kept me at ease.

    Very caring and helpful. The receptionist is the best by far for getting checked in and feeling comfortable. Having spinal issues it can be very difficult and embarrassing to climb on and off the table for the Mri, the technician was very thoughtful and patient, and she checked on me throughout to make sure I was doing ok. the procedure itself went faster than ones I have had in the past, and getting the results back was very quick allowing me to get on with the process of finding out what to do next.
