I bought a nice gold nugget bracelet from them about 2 years ago, and somehow I broke the clasp. I took it back to get it repaired and they said it would be ready in 2 days. When I went to pick it up it was repaired, and to my surprise there was no charge. Will definitely be going back for my jewelry needs.
