A new and modern apartment built with all facilities. Very functional amenities, they have a small Gym and a party hall too. The parking is a covered one and is in the ground level. Only drawback is that quality of water being provided is very Salty and it spoils the vessels and the bathroom floor tiles.

Great place, very calm, facilities and building quality is very good, more spacious corridor which gives good air and moving around makes it convenient.

Such a WORST customer experience. ZERO care post sale. Acting in a very silly way. It's been a year now, but still the drainage water is let in the landscaping only.

Really great villa style apartments with seperate walls for each apartment.Location is the most advantageous part of this apartment.Very near to prozone mall and sathy road.All necessary stores are available nearby.

It is unfortunate that I cannot give negative five star ratings for this apartment complex. The builders and the sales people will fiddle all their lies before you buy an apartment. Once you purchase it, none of the basic facilities like a proper soak bit or a drainage facility will be provided. The drainage water will be used to what are the plants and the grass and it will be stinking up the whole apartment. They will use the common electricity to publish their advertisement holdings and for their office staff.
