The reception Staff is really rude and there is no proper appointment system in place...every time you want to see your Doctor there even for outpatient consulting, you need to plan 2 to 3 hours and you will be lucky to meet your Doctor within an hour. Plus, when you ask for cancelation of appointment as you can't wait for hours, the staff is reluctant to cancel and refund. This happens to regular patients, imagine what would happen to new and emergency cases. This needs to change.

Team management, please take this note as very seriously. I'm writing this message concern of many patients. Whenever we come to OPD, doctors will not be available. Always sisters and reception personnel used to tell that he is on rounds. We need to wait minimum 2 hours to get consultantion. Happened like this many times. Worst experience with ramaih.

There is no experienced doctors . They have new doctors who all started practicing. And they bill for experienced doctor consultation. Very bad experience.

The worst hospital I have ever been to,no proper doctor,none of them have knowledge about the problem,it's not like a hospital rather it feels like some play area.

Money is more important then patients. Very poor service, no coordination between staffs. Every request takes too long time. Only trying to make huge bills.

Very good hospital. I got treated in this hospital service is so nice. Over all the management of hospital,staff,doctors and entire team was so nice to give that best service to the patients. everyone takes care so well. My family was away and was so happy with the service and Dr Bhargavi updated the condition to my wife everyday and kept everyone safe. Hats off to the great service and everyone of Ramaiah Leena hospital.

No humanity for staffs, they are only bother about money.....not treating patients properly

Good treatment, Helpful staff. I got my mother operated very affordable compared to other hospitals. One advantage is CT is available 24/7 so we didn't had to run around.

Best Hospital in Devanahalli. Treatment is very very good. I took my sister to this hospital for surgery. All the staff including receptionists were very caring and hospitality is very good. Doctors are very attentive and clear any doubts regarding treatment. Very affordable. Nurses come on time and give medicine unlike other places. It became our Family hospital.

I had undergone surgery on my hand and my leg 3 months back, Dr. Prakash led the surgery and was really helpful with everything and I was happy with how it went as he really gave me the time. I would definitely suggest anyone undergoing physiotherapy to checkout Dr. Sudarshan, After only a few days of therapy my hand and my leg gained a lot of range and he was also very helpful with answering all my questions as I had a lot of them too. P.S. he is a very friendly guy. I would also like to thank the nurses and ward boys, as I don’t think I am the easiest person to deal with but they had a smile more often than not. I did ran into a couple of problems but it had nothing to do with the people treating me.
