Though some reviews are negative , but still we took a change to have our doppler scan for baby, Dr was so nice , did the scan properly and gave results in 15 mins.

Receptionist are ignorant and rude in behaviour . lack of knowledge on basic medical diagnostics procedure for patients . Multiple patients are allowed inside the same room at a time . Never visit this centre .

Referred patients here for xrays , with horrible service. No reports in spite of multiple requests over a week. Why charge such a high amount and not provide a simple report ? Do you even have doctors in this place or is it just run by technicians ?

Totally fraud.. asked for Ntscan showed cloudnine File and prescription/reports but they charged and gave receipt ( I have the receipt) for anomalies scan when asked to receptionist she said both are same. Multiple patients are allowed inside scan room, no hygiene maintained, lack of knowledge in basic medical diagnostics procedure. Radiologist doesn’t know the rule and was arguing that husband is not allowed for 12wk scan, Old scan machines. Never visit this centre.

Horrible place. No help at reception when we call only response is "will call you later". Once money is taken , they don't care about their customer service

I have been using the services of Chiraag Diagnostics Devanahalli since 2014. I have always had a great experience. The staff is very well behaved and provide excellent services. They also do home collection of samples. Recently I booked a home sample collection appointment and they did a fantastic job of reaching on time, taking the samples and providing the reports in a couple of hours. Highly recommend using their services.

I had an appointment yesterday(9/10/2023) for Prostrate scanning in Chiraag Diagnostics at 1.30 p.m. Though it was heavily crowded, I requested the receptionist in charge to send me soon inside for the scan, as I had taken the appointment. She gave instructions to the staff to take me to the Doctor. Within 10 minutes I went in and Dr. Manjunatha conducted the tests. He was very friendly and the tests were completed in 10 minutes. I waited for 5 minutes to get my printed test report. I appreciate the reception staff, The Doctor, and the nurse for their promptness despite the huge crowd waiting for their tests and diagnoses. My suggestion to the Management--- Since there is a huge crowd of patients I have seen every time I visit here, Please have an additional area in Devanahalli and increase the equipment and staff to provide much more excellent and prompt service. First of all I would like to thank the staff Especially Sneha ( she responds very fast and polite ) Many times me n my colleagues called them for home collection Within 5 minutes she is arriving And for fasting samples also she will be coming on time so happy with services ) as soon as the reports are ready she will send them no need to ask again n again . Diagnostic centre is also good I would like to suggest this for any scannings , blood tests Thank you
