Our stay was okay. The rooms were fine, but there were several mishaps. The first, was that our room was double booked. So after two nights in our original room, we were forced to switch to another room for the third night, in the middle of all the wedding festivities. The hotel moved my husband and I from a single queen bed to a double twin bed room, which was not ideal. We also asked the front desk for a late check out and they agreed. We also confirmed at least three times. The next morning while we slept in, after a long event the night before, the front desk called us asking why we had not checked out at the normal time. To say communication was lacking is an understatement. Everything else was fine.

Excellent stay. Great service at the restaurant, especially by the very efficient lady, Ms. Nandini. Good food. Compliments to the Chef and other members of the restaurant. Housekeeping, Front desk, and Quality of room is top class. Overall a great experience. Will strongly recommend for all.

The staff are so helpful and polite. A real top class service. The room was well set out and comfortable. We had a meal in the cafe attached and the meals were very good. After two weeks of roughing it around the country it was like arriving back at an Oasis of comfort and rest with everything I wanted. I like how close to the airport it is.

Date of stay - 10 Sep 2023 Excellent hotel near airport. Airport is just 15-20 min and airport bus stop is hardly 20 metres from the hotel. Very good staff - Nikhil while checking out and the person while checking in (sorry, forgot his name) were both very helpful and pleasant. The security guard also was helpful. The overall ambience is good. Clean and neat. Room is little small, but for airport passengers to have a night sleep, it is good enough. Hot water control in the bathroom was easy (it can be tricky in most places). Good restaurant with a decent menu. Little bit pricey, but not too much compared to other places in Bangalore.

Breakfast and restaurant service is good. The rooms are a different story. We requested for an extra chair in the room as two of us needed to take a meeting together. They refused “we don’t provide chairs”, no explanation. Icing on the cake - WiFi disappears suddenly and on enquiry the front desk informed us that it is under maintenance till noon. So much for a travel friendly, business friendly hotel. Clearly hospitality is not a priority. Oh, and parking! There is no proper access from the highway to then hotel. There are a row of cabs parked along the entrance and the service road is cordoned off. So if you have heavy luggage, as might be expected if someone is staying at a hotel close to the airport , good luck lugging it to the lobby through on the main road and across multiple levels of gravel and pavement. This was going to be a glowing review earlier this morning, but now I’m beyond disappointed and regretting my decision to stay here in preparation for an important meeting.

Had a recent stay at Bloom .. restaurant and the staffs were good. Nandhini took care of us really well. We think the rooms and the facilities in there could have been better. Recommend dental kits and bathroom slippers and other basic amenities could have been placed while checking in itself.

Stay and breakfast was very good, I suggest for the family and solo traveler's who has immediate flight to catch, as it's very close by airport. Staff are very helpful, whether it's luggage boy, front desk and even in restaurant, miss Nandini was polite and very helpful in her service. Thank you and looking forward to visit again

Stayed for one night but I'm really impressed with their service and hospitality. It's just 10 mins from the Bangalore airport. Super clean and hi-tech rooms and their staff is very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Vimal from the restaurant staff for helping us out with the dinner and breakfast. Food is amazing as well.

I came in at midnight and was greeted at the door -- made me feel very safe. Room was large and comfortable. I appreciated the late check out! Bloom is a great hotel chain( I have stayed in 3 so far). Consistently good and I loved them breakfast as well.
