I tried the Nutella banana waffle and it was quite good and filling. The size and quantity of the waffle is worth the price you pay

Has good healthier food options for travellers. Decent service and well presented hot food. Ordered a salad and soup with coffee. Both quantity and quality seemed fine. Suggest this when not in a rush or have a flight delay.

The staff doesn't know about the menu. Had ordered Mediterranean veggie wrap and as per the description it should have Hummus but there was none. When asked, the chef was reasoning that it has but it was applied on the tortilla, to prove the point had to ask him open the tortilla and he was still reasoning about it, when asked should I record the video while you are reasoning he acknowledged and agreed to serve new one, why on earth everyone wants social media fear to acknowledge their mistake....Never gonna visit not gonna suggest anyone.

One of the best dining experience I ever had. Overall taste and presentation was extremely fabulous. Especially I like to mention their staffs 'BIJO' and 'JAYAKRISHNAN' for there extraordinarily professional customer service attitude. They listened to my customized coffee order and prepared it with utmost perfection. These staffs have in depth knowledge about their dishes, recipes and ingredients. They suggested me roasted meat lasagna and it's still stimulating my taste buds. I can't express the satisfaction I'm feeling because through merely words because this is the first time I'm trying a James Martin outlet from India. I can assure everyone that they are maintaining their International standards in Bangalore outlet also with these well qualified and professional staffs.... Highly recommended.....

Very tasty food. Although expensive as usual because of airport premium. But, the quality of food, even orange juice and especially peppermint tea is good. One suggestion is that billing speed should improve. Mediterranean wrap and veg skewers was tasty.

Decent food, horrible service. I placed my order, which was only three items. After having entered my order and I was just about to pay, a guy came up from behind and ordered. He said it was a small order so they should take his first. They "cancelled" my order from their computer screen and took his order, which was a beer. Another person had to retake my order. I have never had this happen before. A very poor experience for international guests in your country. Where I am from we serve whoever is next in line. I never, ever have placed an entire order, had it cancelled and retaken to serve someone else further in line. You should treat your guests equally at an international airport without prejudice.

Early morning breakfast at airport with excellent service from Rihad, Ashraf (great hot chocolate design!) and Ajesh! So polite and pleasant and helpful... corner cafe nice to people watch

I'm reviewing late because I was handling around120+ students when the staff asked for review. It's the best place to eat in Kia because the staff is too friendly even with the whole crowd at2 am. V had students who were constantly ordering n being impatient from 1amto3am. The staff was pro active and only 4 of them served us, managed the crowd, divided bills and I was fascinated by their management with crowd. Food was delicious service was fabulous bcz only 4 served Allof us. Must visit next time and alwyas. I asked the lady in scarf plenty of questions and she was answering all those with a smile not a frown other shops were sleepy but this was all awake alert to serve my student group Iam still so happy with the experience that I asked their names and wrote in a paper they were Saptha, Tushar, Tanzeel, RaBia hats off to thhardworking Team on the night of 15july. Made our tiring night travel stress-free this is a review from all the students of our group that day. Good job! Never think about expense bcz I didn't think a minute before spending thousands in this shop.

One of the worst experiences! The coffee was not good, the fish and chips was salty. Salad was not upto the mark

I ordered the avo on toast and the cappuccino as a drink. The food was really good. Ajesh handled the cash counter and the food service was handled by Rihaad. Both of them were really courteous and the service was quick. Would highly recommend to try out their breakfast options.

I was waiting for my flight and thought to give this lounge a try and I must say it was absolutely amazing. I tried their buttermilk fried chicken. It was delicious. I must say thankyou to Devi, Rishad and Anandhu for recommending me this. Next time im gonna try more of their menu.
