Convenience for the busy traveler who needs the best of both: a place to stay not too far away from the Bangalore airport and work but also the ease of being able to get to the airport under 5-10 minutes. The hotel is nicely done. (Expected of most Taj hotels). The rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable. We had a great stay until we had to leave to catch a flight. The breakfast spread is great. One of the better breakfasts we have had in a while. Overall a comfortable stay and thankful to the staff for the upgrade to our room and for being very hospitable.

Wonderful experience. The location is best for business travelers to save up time. The hospitality was awesome like from the Taj we get every time. One feedback which I would like to give is please arrange some sections for kids to play and get engaged. As we travelled with our 2.5 year old and he did so notorious things moving here and there. Everything was good.

Probably one of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed so far. It is modern, spacious, luxurious, and has great rooms and beds. The bathrooms are large breakfast is really good, and so are the other restaurants in the hotel. Easily reachable from the terminal by a five minute walk. Alternatively, you can get free transportation from the hotel, even though I think this is not really necessary.

A calm and serene view from the balcony. Location is excellent as it’s in the heart of the city. Great variety in breakfast options. All staff members (restaurant, room service, concierge) were warm and welcoming. We had booked the property for our anniversary, and the staff had prepped the room with surprises for us on our arrival. It was a very memorable experience

It's a perfect stay if you want to rest before traveling. Walkable distance to the airport. They have free shuttles to the airport too. The ambiance is awesome, nice view. The Japanese restaurant is good. The d The stay was good and worth the money. The pool was under maintenance. It might take over a month to be fixed.

Can’t fault this property at all. Checking in to checking out process was exceptional. Staff were amazing and the rooms were tidy. Room service was fast and response from team was really quick. Pick and drop to airport was free and was on time. Cafe 77 and tamarind were great with food variety. Highly recommend this hotel. Pure class.

What a Beautiful Hotel! I consider it to be a Business Hotel and hence can't compare it with Hotel Resorts or any other Taj Resort Property! But, yes it plays it's perfect role to be a business hotel located at a perfect location - bang opposite the Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore. The room in which I stayed was one of the superb rooms I have stayed in till date. A limted space but a huge bathroom with a huge bath tub and all other bathroom facilities. Room has a great view of the front side of the Airport. Nothing to say about the Taj Hospitality and the Food. For me, it was my business trip and was attending the conference. A big Conference Hall ensured the comfort and space to conduct all the business activities! Overall, I can say it's the beautiful and must visit property!

Substandard service! 👎 I recently stayed at this property as the location I needed to go was an hour from airport. However, the service is super slow and the front desk ladies are least customer oriented. I reached out twice before check-in day to ensure I can come in early but no one got back. The breakfast experience was so slow, I had to order twice and follow up. I think the attitude is that they have cabin crew coming in along with other folks from abroad in and business is good and there is no need to serve others localites better.

Amazing service right from front desk to taxi driver. Even after our late night flight with our son the service was excellent and cooperative. The hotel driver was very helpful. Good food and good service by restaurant staff. Good menu at Japanese restaurant. The location is walkable distance from airport.

Who ever designed this place has zero knowledge about saving electricity. There are electrical switches with no identifications. Multiple lights converge to a single switch.. If in the dark, you will be dismayed by the arrangement of switches. Not as efficiently planned. Could do better. It's better that every guest understand every switch in the place. Nice staff, good rooms, walking distance from the airport. They have two wings of guest rooms, Eastern wing is easier to walk to airport terminal. Walk to T1 take free inter terminal bus to T2. I am not so fond of their buffet though, especially if one came close to closing time. It was very disappointing.

Food was not great, it tasted bad. The Manchurian was not so good. The roti was not soft in lunch. The toilets do not have jet spray... Only toilet rolls. The reception was good. The staff serving Hi tea was polite. The banquet incharge was slow but full filled our furniture requirements. Areas of improvement I think a free buggy ride to Ola pick up zone is recommended as Ola cabs are not available for door step pick up, due to ola zone at airport. Food taste and heat lights can be at both the sides of buffet

As the same says - this is one of the best properties. Everything about this place is classy. I like the dinner buffet in particular where the options are abundant to try. Must try for a fine dining experience whenever we get a chance.

On par with the Taj experience. Location is a big thumbs up, a 5 minute walk from the airport. Great for a lot of corporate meetings without entering Bangalore City, whose traffic is a mess otherwise. Very good food. Spacious rooms which are well maintained.

Airport shuttle service person from Taj standing at the airport early morning 4:30am. Didn’t note his name my bad. he was on a suit … I told him that I missed my charger at the hotel. He said he will get it before I check in. I thought it’s gone anyways… I was in a hurry to check in. For my surprise he took an effort to hand it over to me. Took special permission and came to check in place. I had a long layover I was needing the charger. So thank full 🙏 to him. Usually people forget as their business is done with the guests leave the hotel. Even though it’s a star hotel. Great experience food , ambience, customer service , room service 👌👌. Every staff at the hotel was very kind. Next time would prefer to stay longer with my whole family. This time only me and my kid. One small thing I missed😔. next time I would like to make sure to get the Airport view side room. It was dazzling 😀 great view even from the elevator side. My 7 yrs old boy he enjoyed the place 👍👌

We had company annual day celebration yesterday. It was good and enjoyed.. Its near to air port. Ambiance and interior is awasome.... Food excellent.. Service remarkable.... Outmost care in guest handling, we had 200 members but still service is good. Flight schedule also available in the lobby.. You like royal feel and facility, then this is the place

For a cost of 14k I think the amenities provided are less, no combs, no heater and the bed is sized small . But whatever they have provided are to the level of tajness, nice comfy bed, good pillows, crazy outlet showers. I missed my breakfast as I was sick and when I requested a bread toast to be delivered they did not approve it that was a sad part, Rest good, the place is very much in walkable distance from both domestic and international terminal

An extravagant hotel right at Bangalore airport, very convenient. My stay was too short to enjoy all the facilities but the rooms are great and the pool looks beautiful though I did not have time to check it out. Service is friendly and efficient. As traffic in Bangalore is a nightmare, this is a good option if you have a morning flight.

A very good hotel near Banga International Airport. Airport is just 5 minutes away from the hotel. Swimming pool location is very good from where you can enjoy the view of the city. The Rooms are very good and comfortable and filled with all the modern amenities. The washroom is the best part in the room because it’s very classy. The food at the hotel restaurants is also very good.

Generally plan my team meetings here due to its convenience and no wastage on travel time. The property is spot on for been kind of a corporate stay hotel opposite to airport. There are good options for physical activities also such as the pool and gym. Restaurant selections are also great and also you have the added convenience to visit the best restaurant opposite the airport which are a stone throw away distance. But if you have daily work in Bangalore it’s not a great place to stay.

The ambience and architecture is impressive. You can see the airport from the room's windows. You can even see flights taking off and landing from the windows which makes it a wonderful location. But I felt it's pricey, for obvious reasons since it's near the airport. I feel the rooms are ok but not as impressive as one would expect from Taj. The closet space is good. The long couch near the window is comfortable and convenient to look at the beautiful view. The spacing of the wash basin, the shower and WC is apt and is quite large as compared to other places. However I feel prices can be lesser.

Hotel is located at the airport, so in a way location is good for arrival & departure. But if you got work in the city then commute will be time consuming & tiring, even though it is very well connected by public transport & taxis. Hotel is TAJ, so as the name suggests, it is well maintained, excellent service and motivated staff to greet you. Rooms provide good view of airport & are very quite, thus giving you a good quality sleep. Dining experience is good, wide range of variety, well prepared and served with passion. As we are winning the Covid battle, the footfall is increasing and Taj is doing good effort to maintain Covid protocol.
