Went for a team lunch from our office. We opted for buffet. The food was not freshly cooked. It was apparent from the warmth and the texture of food. Could be from the previous day. The variety of items was very less. For half the price we could’ve had freshly cooked food at barbecue restaurants. Will not recommend this place for food.

The hotel is great and if you are a member you are in for a treat. The staff was very accommodative and everyone was so friendly. They will go to great lengths to ensure you have a great stay. This hotel is getting old for sure but the service is still quite good. We had a convention here and the arrangements were also made flawlessly. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here while traveling for fun or business, it was great. The location is bang on centre of ITPL and has good connectivity via metro, public transport or cab system.

I've been a Marriott club member for years but i think this year has been an outstanding experience for me. The service has been phenomenal - Supriya was absolutely helpful and kind, Subhasini was amazing! She was professional and super hospitable, and Stanley too. The food choices were immense and everything was well set, standards have gone up tremendously. Hats off to the chef who was always around and smiled sweetly at all guests. I had the best experience last week and just for this I would take on the membership all over again!

We had a great stay with our pet Murphy The hotel staff go out of their way to make you stay comfortable and smooth. One point I want to raise about the doors of the bathroom. They don’t lock from the outside so we weren’t able to shut them at bed time so the cooling becomes a little off. That was disturbing us . Other then this, the stay was perfect! The staff was kind and thoughtful. They even thought of my pet and gave us a bed and water bowl for him. Small gestures go a Long way. Thank you for the comfortable stay

I stayed one night at the hotel. The rooms were underwhelming. The furniture was drab and falling apart. The coffee table in my room was swinging on its axis. Breakfast spread was very basic, though the food I ordered tasted good . I repented not having booked another hotel overall. Definitely won’t be going back.

I can thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel. The service - whether it is at the front desk, in the restaurant or housekeeping - is top notch. Everyone is friendly and courteous. Nilaya Spa is also well worth a visit. It is well managed and the therapists - special mention for Annie, Lizzie and Kim - are excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel relaxed. An overall very satisfying and memorable experience. Thank you to all the staff at Whitefield Marriott for making this stay so enjoyable

Absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Great rooms with all amenities. Rooms and the items were clean.The staff goes above and beyond for guest service. Fastest check-in and check-out experience so far. No complaint for the hotel itself. If you are looking to dine out or visit malls, they are slightly far. There are some eateries nearby, but they did not have good reviews. Hotel food is good.

It's a great Marriott property but has been ageing and not been updated a long while. We had a room whose AC was non-functioning. The service team made it work but then it was not working with the controller/thermostat and froze our room by the morning and we woke up with a sore throat and feeling under the weather. The property gets a lot of corporate events and that takes a toll on their hospitality and services inside for the guests staying with them. We experienced very poor service on multiple occasions and this on a business trip I did not find it worth the money for my trip.

Amazing stay! We have gone multiple times and it never disappoints us!! Rooms are very big and clean. Sunday brunch has huge options and it is lavish! Sea food lovers would love the Sunday brunch as there is a variety in it.

This hotel is too good! It makes you feel so luxurious, with a swimming pool, bar, restaurant, auditorium, and many more features it's one of the best places for a business stay! I enjoyed the stay here a lot! A few of the things which bug me were the washroom in my room did not have a proper alignment of doors so it doesn't close properly! Else it was a great stay! The view from my window was just amazing!

This place is an oasis in a sea of mediocrity to sometimes outright appalling. Everybody here goes absolutely out of their way to accommodate you, the services awesomely personalized there's probably five people that work here for every guest. There's absolutely nothing that isn't a yes... I'll take care of that. They are extremely nice.. Always and the spa is amazing and the outdoor pool bar is pretty decent as well. They have tons of little details like running around the property and using incense and smoke and other things to mitigate any possibility of any mosquitoes which I had none of, they have bars in the room that are fully stocked, the rooms are clean and one of the bizarre and odd things is that in India most of the hotels in the four star category will have stains on floors not this place this is what really you expect and to be honest for the price it's quite a bargain.

She was pampered with so many treats after knowing she loves whipped cream , the chef went straight to the kitchen and brought that for her in just couple of minutes), how wonderful was the gesture. Its not just Pet Friendly Hotel , Its pet Loving Place where your furry kid will feel so welcomed everywhere. Highly recommended. Thanks for the amazing cake. It's a good hotel, but has scope for improvement. The ball room has a huge Jhumer, but is has dust all over it.For a hotel of such high standard, it doesn't showcase a good image. The staff is very cooperative. Food is good, but the buffet could be managed better. Valet parking is available for guests. The service offered at the ball room is not at par with the hotel standards.

It's a hotel in Marriott standards. Rooms are clean and very comfortable (e.g. you can find here variety of pillows to choose). Fitness is very well equipped. Breakfast - wide choice of very tasty products. I felt really safe in this hotel.

Location is good, but service and food was pathetic. We went for team dinner, buffet costing 2000/- person was cooked with may a week old vegitables, chicken and fish were half cooked. I asked for mango ice-cream which I got with almost 2 inch long literal ice cube. After every response manager kept on asking how food sir. No in take at all.

Was ok but will try different place next time. The service was fantastic from everyone but the room was missing the safe, the TV wasn't working, and the bed had a visible impression/dip from where people sleep so mattress probably needed to be replaced or at least flipped. The water was off for at least one hour after work one day too which was odd. The gym was small and busy during peak hours but certainly had everything I needed. The breakfast was good but a little more limited than some of the other upper end hotels I've stayed in, and the food in the lounge was often cold, or fried and soggy. Loved the drinks and service though. Pool and garden area was really nice too.

I always stay in that Hotel in Bangalore. Perfect place for me as it is only 20min from our office. Rooms are clean, food is good with different restaurant choices and a special lounge especially pleasant in the evening. Gym, outdoor swimming pool and massage are a must. After super tiring day in the office, it is very pleasant to rest here :)

I stayed for a business visit for more than 10 nights and my experience was extremely pleasant. The staff is helpful and friendly. The service is fast and professional. The breakfast is delectable with lots and lots of options for every taste. During my visit, there was a local festival and the hotel staff organized a special meal with traditional decoration which was really thoughtful and informative for the international guests. Overall a perfect stay away from home.

Excellent Stay.. We had wonderful stay experience in Marriott Whitefield (Junior Suit which was so spacious). Hospitality, kindness and cleanliness more than expected. Our kids enjoyed all continental foods, played indoor games. Overall we had great experience. Highly recommended.

Had a perfectly pleasant stay here on a work visit to Bangalore - it’s well-located for both leisure activities and for commuting to the office district. My room on the 4th floor was clean and spacious, with thorough daily housekeeping. An issue with the room telephone was rectified within two days. I didn’t dine in the evenings, but the breakfast options at the restaurant cater for all diets and were very fresh. The gym, too, is compact but well-equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a pleasure of going to the Marriott Hotel this morning for a breakfast meeting at the lounge. I had a wonderful experience right from the start. I was plesantly surprised to see delicious snacks being offered with coffee, even for visitors, who weren't staying in the hotel. The food was excellent and the ambience at the lounge took the experience to the next level. The staff named Jayanta was very kind and considerate from the word go and made sure I was able to work in peace after my meeting. The polite staff do play a big part of the experience and today I was able to witness that. I hope to stay in this property soon and experience the hospitality in its entirety.

Had an extremely pleasant stay here. Staff and service is extremely nice and polite. Rooms are spacious and clean. Laundry is also available. Breakfast buffet is the piece of cake here. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, will definitely recommend to others.

Marriott is known for its hospitality and customer service. Certainly the rates may not be meant for middle class. But if you’re travelling on business or one of a kind for a leisure trip with family and can afford the rates, it’s my first choice. Exceptional service by the staff at Marriott. They offered me a free upgrade to an executive suite which was totally unexpected! I also fell ill at the end of my stay and the staff set up a tele-consultation with a doctor and they got me meds at my room which is honestly insane. Kudos to the staff. Room and food was equally amazing.

We went there to celebrate my parents anniversary and it was really a great experience. The staff paid extra attention once they realised we were celebrating. Special thanks to Subhashini for making the experience so memorable. Kid friendly staff and really yummy food.

The rooms were very good and spacious. It is just located next to Satya Sai Hospital and has easy access to metro which is just 5 mins walk to the hotel. Service wise food that we got as part of our company event was not good. It was not tasty at all. Breakfast was little ok. Masala Dosa was not at all good. The vada was hard. Semiya with ghee and kesari were awesome. Pongal was good as well. We did get snack box which had a sandwich kind which was just ok. Overall it is a good hotel but with regards to food options may be they need to change depending on the crowd for the events.

Sunday brunch was good, had a memorable day, but room service was poor, we didn't had enough water in our room, we tried to call room service but phone was broke. Overall experience was ok.. recommend for a short visit

Really needed a small vacation during these tough times and booked a junior suite here. I can confidently say It was totally worth it and I really loved the customer care and service provided by the staff. The forgiving check in and out timings special requests and everything included was managed perfectly well. The breakfast and the evening lounge was an icing on the cake. Only regret i had was having to leave in a day. I am looking forward to spending more time here. I am really happy and true to its reputation, Marriott has made this a place to rely for a good time.

COVID has made this place not attractive. The basement parking was like a local bus stand dark and dingy. Food is OK. Was not a bright place when we went for lunch with a customer

Stayed here for a business trip. Room and washroom was clean and kept very tidy. Buffet was amazing and staff always took extra effort to ask if I liked the food and if they should make something special. Loved the stay. The team was courteous. The breakfast wasn't upto the usual standards, but maybe covid protocols. Or maybe I was late, so m not gonna hold them to it. The rooms were perfectly ready (guess being elite members does have perks) But overall the location was something that was apt for all my chores, and 2 thumbs up for it.. Only thing they need to really work on is the Google map listing.. takes u nowhere..

We are a family of 4 along with a small dog stayed in Marriott last week. This is the only Marriott hotel in Banglore which is pet-friendly. The staff are very polite and friendly and we are upgraded to a Junior Suite room. The food was excellent and the staff are able to take care of my kid's multiple room service requests even when we had to step out for personal work. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will definitely recommend it and we will stay again.

As we know the brand speaks a lot. They a good spread of breakfast and an excellent service. At this covid times they were supposed to survive so the pices are little less and still they maintained the quality of products and service. Keep up guys hopping every thing comes to normal soon great team and front office support.

Although, i've stayed in multiple chain of hotels, Marriott took me by surprise for the warm gesture provided. I visited this place as I had some business work to complete. I needed a secure place so that I could finish my presentations. The staff was quite welcoming and gave me a private space so I could utilize the time for 2 hours. A good coffee served with some yummy biscuits, further to that made me feel very comfortable and let me complete my business work. Appreciate the staff behaviour and politeness. Well done Marriott. I will surely chose to stay here with my family the next time I visit.

Hotel stay and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good. Lunch and dinner can improve in taste. More varieties are there but little bit tasty it can be. Other than that overall it is a very good hotel to enjoy with Family. Rooms are very neat and clean.

I usually prefer this property whenever I visit Bengaluru for my business demands. All staff from reception to restaurant are very courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable and one can have a pleasant stay. Location of the property is another advantage. Easily approachable from both city and airport.

Rating only the food (lunch buffet). The lunch buffet spread here used to be awesome a couple of years ago... One of the best in Whitefield. Now it's pretty ordinary, and I am not sure why the dip. Gone are my favorite cold cuts and salads.. the number and quality of starters have dipped too. Though this has been a favorite place foe me over the years, at the current spread and price.. I am not going back!

Marriot was considered as epitome of luxury and services - But not anymore. I was staying there in the month of Dec 2021 for business purpose and this is what I get 1. Torn and Old Towel kept in the washroom 2. Old torn towel with some other guests' hair tangled on that 3. Leaky Hand shower 4. Shower that barely has water coming out 5. Non Replacement of Supplies 6. Shampoo, Conditioner or cream not kept in washroom All these - are photographed and is uploaded here. Services : Way too bad - Called for the following items and it took 2.5 hours and 4 or 5 different phone calls to have them deliver the same 1. Sugar Free Sachets 2. Change of Towel 3. Soap And I went to have breakfast in their restaurant : WOW! I was surprised that I had to tell exactly 7 different waiters and managers I guess to deliver Sugar Free Sachets for my coffee... and it took one chef serving pancakes to tell me that a 5 star hotel is out of Sugar Free Sachets.... Basically, this would be the last hotel that I would be thinking of staying while I am traveling to Bangalore for business.

Absolutely loved our two night stay at the hotel with our two dogs! The staff and management were so accommodating and friendly with our dogs. We had only negative experiences in Bangalore hotels with the dogs so it was extra special to find a place which treated our dogs like special guests. Not once during our stay did we here a ‘don’t’ or ‘not allowed’. We could take them through the dining hall to the outside seating area while we ate. We could walk them everywhere. The staff and guests constantly came to play with them. We felt completely at home and comfortable and would definitely recommend Marriott Whitefield as a truly pet-friendly hotel in Bengaluru ♥️

Went there for a formal office dinner event. The ambience as usual was very good. Food variety in the dinner buffet was vast. Vegetarian starter options were limited, though they had a wide variety of desserts and savouries. Definitely recommend for a team lunch or dinner. Friendly and helpful staff

Stayed 11 nights for work. Great hotel, and great food. Service is also good - somewhat understaffed but very polite and eager to help. Very accessible location. The security at the main gate is funny though - they only check the hood and trunk of the car but not the inside where people sit you'd think 🤔

I’ve stayed here many, many times and always was impressed by this place. Extremely friendly staff, very clean, luxurious. The breakfast buffet is just amazing, and the amenities were never crowded. My go-to hotel when I am in Bangalore!!

The hospitality staffs were clueless. The housekeeping sector didn't even had the equipment to clean the carpet or bathroom or any type of chemical. It took 2 hours for them to deliver a water bottle and a pillow. I was disappointed with them because it didn't felt like I was staying in a five star hotel. Although the food was great and the manager lady was very polite and attentative.

I went there to attend my friend's haldi ceremony and marriage. My experience was just amazing!! It was a pool side area which they decorated beautifully. Second floor Pool was awesome!! Both Lunch and dinner were customised Bengali cuisine, However dinner was the best. Room was just amazing!! We were able to see the whole area. Bathtub was another added attraction for us 😝 Hospitality was at its best . Thank you for making this marriage more memorable!!

Had a good 3N stay as a part of our annual corporate meet. From the valet area to their reception lobby to the rooms, all the facilities are fairly spacious & of the standards one might expect. We had used one of their large banquets & that was really good too. Rooms are the standard Marriott / 5* template with centralized air conditioning, a work station & all the usual amenities. The buffet spread was good with various live counters, bakery counters, sweet options to name a few. The room service was decently polite & quick as well. Overall a good stay & a good experience.

Good service, spacious rooms, but not very clean (myself and others had stains on sheets and towels). The location's quality depends on what you're looking for - traffic is very heavy, so stay close to your destination. Breakfast is quite good, and they have their own taxi service.

Had a great evening here last weekend, thanks to Gaurav Kapoor. Everything seems to be perfect here right from ambience to food. Loved the buffet, infact i think the buffet of marriott is best in terms of taste & price. The service part was exceptional. Overall had great hospitality experience. Valet switch over was smooth.

One of the best hotel to stay if you want peace! Staff is polite and helpful. Food is good and have lots of varieties. You might get bored with food after some time. One thing that I did not find good is that sometimes they give extra priority to foreigners over local people, that I think need to work on. All good from me

We stayed here for 5 days and loved the overall experience. This is obviously a 5 star property and you can see the same everywhere you look. The place is super fancy and clean and the staff is well trained to handle any situation. Housekeeping used to come everyday to replenish our stocks and change the linens and towels. Everything required was just a phone call away. The room was neatly done and well decorated. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and the lunch/dinner buffet also had a lot of great options. We found the food to be very flavourful but was a little bland for indian taste buds.
