Today i have visited with my sister to this facility for the consultation. First of all there is no proper parking facility for the customers vehicles and secondly they have made a person to sit outside the facility to make a note of visiting customer ;who does not permit attender to accompany patient to the consultation room. Patient has to alone go the consultation room and meet the dr. I want to know if in future the patient has to undergo surgery, will the dr take signature on the consent form from patient alone and perform surgery or do he / she have the responsibility to take the guardian consent as well. This is not appreciated at all to make patient attender wait outside in hot sun. I saw lady patient who have come for consultation with two kids aged about 5 to 7 years even that kids were not allowed and standing in the hot sun near security guard cabin.that was the most irritating and frustrating thing. This is the worst and inhuman attitude of this facility staff.

Place is fine and consultation fee is nominal. But I went for eye test and it was done within a minute which later realized wrong as suspected very high issue in near vision in the report. Since I didn't have any issue reading books or smaller letters, I consulted other place and realized no problem seeing near objects. Eye drop given was also expensive.. 500+, with no discount which is easily available outside with discount.

GO FOR MANIPAL HOSPITAL RATHER THAN GOING IT HERE. IT IS A LOOT HERE , DELIBERATELY DONT BE FOOL WITH SOME PAID GOOGLE REVIEWS. This review is after visiting one of the worst doctors ever in my life called Dr.Archana for cataract surgery of my father in Coles road. I dono about how false these positive reviews are posted below, I suspect that those reviews are paid ones. Because, I had experienced the worst with this lady. Initial I took my dad for screening and she advised for a scan stating there is a blood clot in the retina. After the scan there was nothing and got to know that it was a money making scam from her. After that I was asked to meet her in person with my dad for further discussion on cataract surgery, but Dr.Archana behaved so ruthless by playing Candy crush in front of the patients and never even bothered to ask what the concern was. During the surgery of the left eye this doctor giggled so much with the OT guys and my father was not able to see properly after 2 days post the surgery. Hence we had to re-visit and iterate the surgery again. This lady doctor forcibly advised for cataract in the right eye for my father, but I already had a unpleasant opinion on this doctor and took a second option from Navashakthi Nethralaya. Post which we got to know that my dad never had cataract in the right eye at all and this is all money making scam by this lady in Agarwal hospital. I would never forget this worst doctor with no respect in my life who played in the eyes of my father, not sure how corrupt this lady doctor is ti force the patients for surgery. Reason I took time to post this is for the general public to know how fake this hospital is with Fake doctors. PLEASE DONT GO BY FAKE POSTIVE REVIEWS OF THIS DOCTOR ARCHANA.

Had to meet the doctor due to an eye infection but the hospital staff wanted to do routine check by putting eyedrop and asked to check if I have eyesight issues. Later I had to explain to them I have come to treat eye infection and not for routine eye check. Even after explaining to the staff it's case of emergency they still made me go through their check and find out if I have short/long sight issue. They are just making money and not understanding the basic need to prioritise the case based on emergency. After meeting the doctor it was even more disappointing,she just gave regular drops and asked to find out why I have been getting this eye infection. Not sure if the patient or doctor should be diagnosing the issue. Pathetic service ever.

My mom went here for a routine eye checkup, the doctor diagnosed her with cataract in both eyes, we got a little scared and the medical counselor also almost convinced us to get the surgery done. So just as a precaution we got a second opinion, turns out she doesn't have cataract and is perfectly fine. Meanwhile the fact that my mom might have cataract has been shared to other eye hospitals, she was bombarded with calls and messages from other eye hospitals, this has got to be some sort of data breach especially with medical data, this is serious. And now recently the same thing happened to my cousin who went to mirlay eye care. They convinced him to go to Agarwal's, he got a second opinion too and again no cataract. What scam are these people running?

I'm not happy with doctor Agarwal hospital Frazer town.as I seemed it is very worthless and pathetic service. actually I came to see here for my second operation to my mother cataract surgery one of my friend recommended this hospital. some staff are behaving very Rude to patients.in pharmacy the lady was laughing with another staff loudly knowing that patients are in precise going to the front desk the lady in the cashier was talking rudely with patients attender it's not fair. All over I think the admin manager is not good please don't visit here for god sake.
