We are extremely happy with the services provided by Drishti Eye Hospital. Initially we went to the clinic in Doddaballapura, where Dr. Rashmi N.R. did an excellent job in identifying that my hushand’s vision has been blurred due to cataract and he requires surgery. Although my husband (Ravi) was reluctant to undergo surgery, he was convinced by Doctor Rashmi’s caring nature and professional advice. The service pre & post surgery, by Dr. Rashmi and her team was excellent. The surgery in both eyes was performed by Dr. Roopa Manjunath and her team at Drishti Hospital, Devanahalli. Again, a superb professional job done with care and experience. Dr. Roopa made us comfortable with her advice and guidance, prior and after the surgery. We highly recommend Dr. Roopa Manjunath. My husband’s vision in both eyes has been restored and we are extremely grateful to the team. The hospital’s “vision and mission” of providing excellent eye treatment at affordable price, is upheld by the team of professional doctors and the hospital staff. Hospital atmosphere is very good clean,Reception staff talking very polite and taking history of disease and direct me where i have to go.i feel Eye testing room too compact but the staff being very polite manner in decently and given tips about eye health.Doctor is very good and explain me whats the disease and why it is happens and their prevention and all.Am i very happy to see such a very good doctor i never seen before. My wife underwent cataract surgery in June 2020 at drishti eye hospital devanahalli. The service was world class with excellent infection control facility in this covid times. My wife got excellent recovery of vision and I congratulate the team including the doctors Dr.Rajesh and Dr.Roopa who did a very professional job. I would recommend anyone to go to drishti eye hospital devanahalli for any eye problems.

Worst behaviour from receptionist and Dr. B Rajesh Babu.. They have advertised that they will provide free eye check up for all the females on occasion of International Women’s Day, when me and my mom went to have a checkup they told they will provide free check up to only one person who has already been to the hospital before and registered in their system. When i asked them then why are you advertising free checkup for all the females if you’re actually not giving free check up for all the females, at that time from no where Dr. B Rajesh Babu gives his entry angrily and touching me without my permission and pushing me by raising his voice saying “get out from here”. This is how they treat to women by calling them to their hospital and don’t give basic respect to them, for the sake of respect to women they do fake advertising.

Not good experience.... First of all not senior citizen friendly. They need to climb 20 steps to reach ...if everything goes smoothly ull like this place. But if some thing goes wrong then they get defensive.. and docs blame patients for not able to do their job properly. They transfer your case to other hosp. This place has no modern equipments. Avoid.... To cut things short, my moms eye nerve was damaged...god knows who is responsible for this. I had to ask for a discharge summary . Why wouldn't a hosp give a discharge summary. So read between lines. If u need a good hosp. Go to the city. And research properly.
