Shopkeeper told me it will cost around ₹ 9000 but when I took out my money they Said I need to give more ₹999. I am speechless after hearing the prices. I am really disappointed after they told me it was already sold out and advance payment already done. check the photos you will see the money lying on the table.

I have picked up a few appliances and a game console from here. Then display area is pretty good. It’s a very spacious showroom. The staff is decent and resourceful. They have limited parking spots right outside.

Worst experience at Sony while buying PS4 give by a salesman named RAJ KUMAR one the most high attitude person, gave all wrong guides of the product . We got scammed due to his negligence ....... One of the WORST SALESMAN ever met (Mr. Raj Kumar )..... For such a brand he is unfit to be a salesman ..... I wish I could give less than one star.

Disappointing customer service. I asked for a follow up call; never received it. Also, staff having personal conversations and laughing behind customer’s backs, which potrays a very rude behaviour.

Purchased the Sony item based on its name TV 49 inch and Speaker. I have made purchase in year mid 2020 and they have given me 2019 product. Now TV is not working the properly and store is not entertain call. They have sell and forget policy My advice is not to buy from this store as they give old stock and after sale service is very bad. You will be lucky if you get working product. i would have brought 3 TV of 50 inch with this price of SONY. I went only to buy reasonable and long lasting product.

We bought a TV for ₹ 52,000 in 2013..There is a panel problem for which they don't have amy solution. They have taken it for service and it is almost 3 months they have never returned it. The spare part is not available after 5 years and the TV is a trash. They claim that they never get any complaints about their products.

Amazing place and very helpful staff. Recently my out of warranty Sony headphones 1000XM3 stopped working. I called up the store and their executives Afridi and Deepak helped me to hard reboot my headphones. Technically speaking they could have easily told me to go to the service centre or tell me that they can't help since it's out of warranty. But both the executives mentioned of them went above and beyond to help customers. Kudos to them and Sony Center for maintaining such a Customer friendly place.

They have good collection of latest appliances by Sony. I bought Sony x80k and the experience was very smooth. Same day installation and delivery. Mr. Raj at the store is very helpful and arranged everything as promised though it was raining heavily. Installation team also did a good job. Though my house is closer to the koramangala Sony store, I chose this one as the staff attitude is very good.
