Absolutely non co-operative and very rude staff at the Airport Medical Centre, Terminal 2, The staffs are overcharging for no reason calling it observation charges for more than 10mins. Apart from that, the doctor misbehaved and tried to outrage the modesty of my female colleague, asking her to lift her uniform shirt too high & pants to lower down under the pretext of examination. Not only that, The doctor is more interested in knowing the marital status and other personal interests rather than doing his job. Totally Angered by the behaviour & ill treatment of the staff towards the staffers working at the airport itself. Not at all expected from a brand like Aster but I think, I am highly mistaken about the authenticity of their medical services. Shameful, Absolutely Shameful. As a passenger & a staffer myself, I STRICTLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! taking their medical services atleast not at the centre based in Terminal 1 & 2 of BIAL.

Outstanding atmosphere and very professional support staff with there pleasant behaviour. They were very polite and understanding requirements of patients and then proceed with required treatment. Really Impressed! They have fantastic staff and professional Doctors. Tq🙏

Yesterday 0930pm 20/8/23, in airport premises my 4yr old baby Bitten by DOG. Airport emergency team taken to Aster inside the airport hospital. After seeing the wound and the Doctor said to me just wash the wound area nothing will happen.He said to us wash, Doctor didn't check properly and not taken any action. And asked so many times if the vaccine is required or not. He said no need for any vaccine and sent it to Home. He neglected to do the admission and first Aid to my Kid. After reaching home consider another doctor at midnight and said to do vaccination immediately. Then early in the morning we went to one hospital in Hebbal. They immediately went for vaccination and then needed treatment to my kid.
