The staff is very friendly and suggests the best treadmil. Mr. Prajwal explained all the details very well and helped us to pic the best treadmil. They took very less time to deliver us the product (around 1 day). They people who came to install the treadmil were also very polite (Steven, Raju, Girish). I am totally satisfied and happy.

Worst customer service provided. Forcefully on spot they made us give the review even before the product is used properly. The treadmill never worked post the product was installed and shows E-3 error!! There is no technician sent out even and it's been 4days since the issue has been reported!!! The most annoying is the customer service, when called, without proper communication, they transfer call to different person and while speaking they put the call on mute and eventually on hold without proper phone etiquette!!!! When called back, the number is busy!! If this the customer service provided even before the product is used then I wonder what would be the case down the line post 6months!!! First learn to provide a good customer service before marketing your product and selling them!!!!!

Guys being a buyer i would like to suggest all my buyers friends please don't buy their products, i don't want anyone to be faced same problems what I am now. Bought a treadmill just 4days ago and the problem started day one only, it will automatically off in few seconds...not at all safe because it will turn off while walking in between..

I have been a happy customer of stayfit Jayanagar for over 2 decades. I started with a tread mill & traded it in for a cross trainer as I became older to be easy on my knees. Now I wanted to lose weight & went to trade the cross trainer for a rowing machine. Guruprasad st store patiently listened to my requirements & said the recumbent cycle will best suit my current requirements at age 66. He gave a good trade in price for my cross trainer. He also advised that I should do it for 30 minutes twice a day. I have been following that advice & also watching what I eat & lost 6 kgs in 3 months & hope to reach my target weight by the end of the year. Thereafter use it to maintain my weight

Be cautious with their service pricing. Technician will quote higher price and will extract more money. In my case I realized after I paid. Then checked it customer service manager Bindya, she acknowledged the mistake from their side and mentioned action would be taken to compensate my lose. But after following up with her for 3-4 days no action was taken and she stopped responding to me. Looks like company with bad values. Be cautious.

Pathetic service by Stayfit 1. After they cam for annual service, equipment started making more noises and a 1yr old equipment had a bearing failure 2. To replace bearing they took more than a week 3. Continuous follow up needed, customer care never responds 4.
