Not up to expectation....never choose and following pics were taken during the trip from Bangalore to Mysore road, suddenly tyre bursted with noise... wasted 1 hour, also rash driving.. inconvenience..so I suggest you people to never get a bad experience like us by choosing Indian tours and travels and guid never spoke atleast one sentence in Kannada as being in Karnataka for Mysore trip...very bad experience...... not worth of giving one star also - True KANNADIGA

Worst travel he said to give nice hotel in ooty but worst hotel is provided he told we can change and he will pay for it after coming to Bangalore But didnt pay. We requested for front seats in bus but not provided while returning to Bangalore . From ooty they told to drop at Bangalore hotel but left late night at mysore suffered a lot at that night time to reach Bangalore hotel. Made a worst choice. Never book from here.

Good for economic and short trip, cover important points well managed. Charges are reasonable. Guide charge is extra it is reasonable. Hotels selected for Lunch and dinner were best. Hotel Vayshak and Halli Mane. But bus condition is not good. Bus is not maintained. Not sure about pick up points.

Worst experience, Bus was changed after pick up point no comfortable seats very worst bus service. Guide behaviour was rude & Money minded from KRS they fill people. Bus reached 2hours late and driver says its normal timing we reached early today. Actual Time given was 11.30pm or 11.45pm reached at the point 1.30am they mention depends on traffic but there were no much traffic as such.

Very worst service provided during my Ooty visit with family and also we were left in between during return journey to Bengaluru with just 150 rs in hand at Mysuru.Never go with India travels. Crew doesn't care about tourist safety and rooms management.I will Never ever suggest India tour and travels to anyone. Bus were having water leakage problem and also they mis placed passengers luggages at Ooty

Worst experience, bus started 2hours late and they gave several false excuses for being late. They behaved rudely even though it was their fault and changed the bus and seat numbers at last moment. The driver of the bus was drunk and driving roughly and met an accidentalso....Not a safe journey and not recommended.

One star because there is nothing below that. Here is how it begins > Called to a place where bus is not going to reach and then you are escorted to 2 different locations in an auto with your 80year olds (post 5mnts/1hr) of waiting at primary location after (as in my case). A rude guy enters on a scooty to say not my mistake tour and travel mistake > Then you are boarded on an antique bus that they have tied up with (Gowri Sankar). Be carefull of clothes getting torn from seat edges or levers, the backrest falls behind back at speed brakers, there are ancient holes where there were fans just like the ancient monument that you are about visit in Mysore > You will then be escorted to a crowded and stingy place for breakfast and lunch soon which is over prized for the horrible service. > Tour on itenary is not default since we began late we might be able to touch and come back. Do not think you have luxury to click pictures with your family (too much to ask for). Disclaimer by the guide, we are not to blame if you began late or you come back late from the venue > At all times do not worry, the age of the bus does not allow over speeding > Dinner should be served at a place where there is bar just behind the restaurant, where you might see the staff entering the arena > You are obviously not at a liberty of asking the questions incase you are not a local and if you have doubts because the driver and his helper would now be smelling mouth Pan refreshers (no blame or claims attached). > The guide will pick up unkown passengers without tickets stating " you don't need tickets, i am the ticket just board empty seats after travelers to Oooty have stepped out This is my first review ever hope this makes it last. We booked a Journey for 1-day trip from Bangalore to Mysore They speak like. They are best But their drivers so Rude They drive buses like playing a bus simulator game our driver met with 2-3 accident misses.... They don't visit all the places they promised to you they will make any or any reason and skip places... I won't recommend you to travel with this 3 party travels it's not safer for your family😶

It was a Memorising trip. I was totally satisfied with the sightseeing and activities lined up for all the days. The itinerary was perfect for us and the cost was reasonable as well. Worst than Pathetic. Never book this if you have an option. Giving 1 starbecause there is no option to give negative. I book bus for Mysuru darshan AC of ~880 Rs/Person and bus number is KA-51 D-5532, Which had the before it's start but they started the tour. Just after the 30 mins bus started facing AC issue then engine stopped. No response from the owner even after several call. No sight seeing. No refund of money.

Service is really horrible, bcos the bus.number they didn't provide and some other bus will pick u up.... lo the quarrel will start between operators . They will try to shuttle u in between the tour ... why ????? How they get ur number and call u is a mystery. Today it is with me... !!!

Enjoyed collecting parcel fro this office. Collected things sent from my home town Bijapur . Process was smooth and fast. It works on all days. As of now due one side road work is ongoing we can use space for parking, otherwise this place lacks parking and need to use road side only.

My Experience from 1 Day Bangalore to Mysore trip. The quality of the trip was average but the worst part is the drop point they picked us up at KR Puram but the driver nor the Tour guide was not clear on the dropping point and act as if they don't care, we reached Majestic at night 12.30 am and the driver asked us at to get down. I booked three seat for me and my family with a 7year and a 1 year kid from bangalore to Udupi. Had a seat just behind driver seat on LB. Driver was smoking throughout the journey. With covid, even no mask with staff, curtain were very dirty, yellow colored curtains have turned black. Also the staff were rude, body language was threatening. Most of the staff were muslims , seems owners are same. Most 5 star review u will find for them by the same people. Would never ever book with them again even for free.

Mysore site seeing is timely managed and amazing also less cost. Need to improve routes for mysore as taking short routes with lots of jumps in way to mysore.. Not going through highway road.

I won't suggest for trvael from Hosur , no Office is available , no one will attend the call, it's like jackpot if u catch the bus. Else end up waiting for the bus even after no clue of missed it.

Worst experience. They make false promises.. the buses are pathetic.. also the agent dont pick your calls and block you if you complain. They take your money and then they change their terms and conditions. They Dont provide you with any assistance. You would face a lot of trouble. They are cheaters and scammers. They are totally unprofessional. They promised us a semi sleeper bus and sleeper while returning but none of it was provided. We went in a group of 19 and while returning they arranged cars for us. Dropped us at a hotel at 3am in morning and gave only 3 rooms for 19 people. They took money from us for 7 rooms and gave only 3 rooms. The rooms were pathetic.

I have book family trip 20 people from their booking agent at madiwala.... They promise sleeping bus for night journey but they sent very pathetic 22 seater bus... They keep changing terms of agreement every day. Name of agent is Mohan, he is very pathetic person...

Mine was bangalore to Mysore trip (Sep 1st ) .i booked from best bus. It was a horrible journey. Driver Altaf Ameer was driving rashly and my wife got hurt to her elbow and got fracture. When i asked him to go slow he was saying it's my wish and argument happened and he stooped the bus and he was raising hands on me to beat and he even pushed me. I never saw this type of behaviour with other travels. So never ever prefer ITT travels. And also dropping point was BTM water tank but he get down us at Silk board and it was night 1 am.

We had recently been to Mysore ooty cooonoor kodai package for 5D/4N and honestly it had been a great a experience.It has still not been sunk in from my mind. Our tour administrator Mr mohan has absolutely been too class and on spot he took good care of us throughout the journey. The hotels that we resided in was excellent and the food was really amazing. And the rating I would like to give will not be less than 5 (out of 5

Very Poor service. In tour from banglore to Mysore they take normal passangers to drop in bus which is meant for tour. The restaurants they stop for food provide overy poor quality food. Also in ticket they mentioned the bus as 2 by 2 but the actual bus was 3 by 2 and they gave excuses like there was a problem with bus.

Best deals at affordable prices and hassle free travel packages I had sent my parents to Mysore/ Ooty/ kodaikanal the service was good, as my parents were aged above 60 and they took care of everything and provided us with well organisd boarding places and they were in contact with them right from check in accommodation to checkout and reach Bangalore safely really thanks to India tours and travels .! Hereafter I choose India travels
