Absolutely amazing place!! Stayed here for 2 days with 12 friends and it was perfect! Things I loved here: + The pool! + Looks extremely beautiful in the evening/night when all the super aesthetic lights are turned on in the backyard of the house + There's so much lawn space and trees all around that just fit perfectly into the whole aesthetic of the place ++ The person that takes care of the place (Mr.Govinda) stays right above the house and he's just too sweet! Seems like he genuinely wants everyone to have a really great time + The pricing is very reasonable + The place is very very well maintained Things that you need to know: - This paradise in the middle of nowhere so there is no choice or food or anything that you might want from a shop outside. Can't even order from online. But that's obvious. + The food from the restaurant tied up with this place makes good food at a good price

One of the best getaway in Banglore. Had an amazing time with friends. True to the name it indeed looks like a hobbit. The place was very clean and the outdoor kitchen is amazing. The whole vibe of the place is awesome..

Thanks to Shreyas for being an amazing host. Beautiful scenery. Perfectly set location, not too far from the city. Anyone looking for a birthday night out/party, this would be your go to place. The pool along with the lighting is an ambience to experience along side your buddies. Perfect escape from the city. monotony. Well maintained and really hygienic place.

The location is so far from the city, The place is good unfortunately the roads are very bad. Service wise is average or I could say poor because nobody knows the Kannada language.

My friends and I had a great stay at this property. The place truly lives up to its name, it is a well-crafted backyard. The architecture is beautiful, and the caretakers were very helpful as well. The rooms were really comfortable and beautifully furnished, and the pool was fun too! Definitely will be going back and 10/10 recommend!

Be careful before choosing this place, there would be a random raid from the cops at night and they would take your details saying you are doing a rave party

5 stars for the pool and rooms. It's a cool weekend getaway. Due to lack of proper maintenance , toilets were clogged during our visit. They don't provide food, and since the place is remote, there are not much options near by. But they have a good kitchen which can come handy if you're ready to cook. The caretaker is very cooperative to support with food and beverages. .

A perfect place to host any type of party with friends and family. The service was excellent.

We stayed at the property for 3 days and absolutely loved it ♥️♥️. Firstly it's so close to the city and pet friendly. Shreyas, the owner was very kind to make the last minute arrangements for our arrival. The care taker was always available to cater to your needs. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. We cooked, swam in the fresh pool water, went for morning walks , played games, etc. My dogs enjoyed themselves away from the busy city life. Would highly recommend this place for family and friends . Thank you .

Absolutely amazing property. Lots of open space. The pool was clean and had a vibing sitting area as well. The rooms are big enough to have atleast 10 people at max. Capacity. This place is great for family or friends. Also it is pet friendly, so even better.

We booked The Krafted Hobbit for a weekend and the place is absolutely beautiful and picturesque! The caretaker was extremely polite and very helpful. We were a group of 10 people who really enjoyed our time there, we will definitely be back there soon! :)

This is an awesome place. It is pretty cheap, and has amazing ambience. The swimming pool is well maintained, the rooms are a little small but there were enough mattresses for 13 people to sleep. But the best part of our stay was the caretaker, Mr. Govind. He was very friendly and helpful. Everything from food to refreshments, we just had to tell him and he would get them for us. 100% would visit again.

It was an amazing place to stay for a weekend getaway. Very clean, hygienic and the pool was kept very well maintained. Mr Govind was a great host and was available to help us at all times. Definitely recommend for family and friends

The place is really amazing and Beautiful.There are two Utilities over here,krafted backyard and Hobbit.I would say Hobbit is the best because there's a private villa,a private pool,Kitchen and dining area too,plus the Lawn is also very big.Just one thing that Disappointed that there's limited options in veg for lunch and dinner, because the hotel which is tied up with them has majority non vegetarian.But thats fine because there's a kitchen and you can bring ready to eat food packets and cook.Everything of neccasity is available.

This is not a review but giving 2 stars for showing low professionalism. I have been enquiring about this property to book but the person behind the phone tells me every time that he will send the details in whatsapp but till date I haven’t received any. Reminded him more than twice but I was ignored

A great resort outside the city, rooms are pretty good there were 5 queen beds in 3 rooms. Swimming pool area has the kitchen and dining area which is really a great experience. Perfect for small occasions celebration

Per head it was 2000 INR. We 8 people went. We stayed in Hobbits room. No food options are there but it was informed during the bookings. Info about the kitchen was also provided. Microwave, fridge, gas stove, fridge, water cooler, a big TV with WIFI, barbeque grill, kitchen utensils and cutleries almost everything required for a home is provided. We just had fun. No disturbances. The support staff were good.
