You will get to know the real meaning of pathetic when you are inside this. Pitiful service and below average good.Food tasted really bland and we had to wait for a long time to order.The staff didn't even look at us when we called them. And he was a little harsh when talking to us. My friend ordered a veg khurma and he had to eat the chapathi with biriyani salad.The curry was really bad.When I told them that the chicken roast chicken and the biriyani chicken had the same bland taste, the staff rudely told me that this was a hotel not a marriage function.Really disappointed.

We visited this place for a lunch during our stay in Munnar in September 20212 after reading the reviews on the net. And I must say that all that is written about this place is correct and more. Although the menu I am sure that all dishes than what we had would be equally amazing. We had AlFaham and Biryani and both the dishes were literally finger-licking good. Was served surprisingly good khaima rice and chicken. They called it Biriyani. One portion was enough for two of us too The prices too were surprisingly very affordable. We paid about 600Rs for a good lunch for 2 that included water, soft drinks etc. If you love non-veg fare do visit this place.

This place doles out plates of delicious food everytime. This is undoubtedly the best restaurant in Munnar town. We had all our three meals though our stay was half a kilometre, They serve good portion which is pocket friendly. Butter Parotta is Must try ! - From Chennai.

BEWARE FROM THIS HOTEL!! worst eating experience..they give rough pieces which even dog can't eat when ordering chicken. I ordered Chicken Kadai and pics are enclosed.. Secondly i ordered fish fry costing 320 it was such a small piece that u can get at any shop for 100..very costly. Thirdly they mistreat and argue and give scolding when i complaint for rough pieces of chicken.

The chicken was undercooked and fish was burnt. Appam was cold and dry. There was no cutlery or napkins kept on our table till end of our service. I am gluten intolerant and asked for appam, but still got allergic reaction. Terrible!!!

The best food in Munnar . We had stayed in munnar for 2 nights and visited this place on the second night, I wish we had gone here earlier .. Amazing food , few dishes are slightly Spicy but they Inform you about it. It's located in main market and all can drivers know about it so you wouldn't have any problem in finding the place. Nothing fancy but exceptional food.

Disgusting food.. meals were cool and not fresh.. beef wasn't cooked well . Uncooked .. ghee rice was salty. Waste of money.

The food you get here is worth every penny you spend. All the dishes we ordered tasted great. Shout-outs to Alfaham chicken, Chicken 65, Prawn chilly - these are must try. The service was amazing. We wanted to try puttu so we asked them to save some because we were late for breakfast and they were kind enough to do that. So, if you are in Munnar, just give it a visit and you will choose to have majority of your meals there like us.

They provided a great service to all when I visited this restaurant my phone had no charge. I asked the man who is in charge here i asked him where I could put my phone to charge he not only provided the place to put my phone He also told me that please go and enjoy your meal I'll take care of your phone he told one of his employees to watch over my phone We all know that this is a tourist spot and also there is a chance that someone could easily steal it. Me and my friends recently tried the porotta with beef roast and chicken curry at this place, and it was quite disappointing. The food seemed old, lacking freshness, and the flavors were dull. The chicken curry tasted more like chicken filled with hot water than a flavorful dish. And it was not even properly cooked. Not a satisfying dining experience overall.

Al buhari restaurant is a culinary delight! We ordered for Chikken Mandhi. It was Deliciously tender and flavorful chicken, perfectly spiced rice, and friendly service make it an absolute must-visit for food enthusiasts.

We ordered a Full Chicken Mandhi, Vanzharam fish fry, Mutton biryani, and Chicken semi-gravy none of the items were not cooked well. All the non-veg items are only half cooked, it was very hard to eat and digest. The fish was over smelled and was not able to eat and the taste was not good. Overall not satisfied with the food and food prices are over cost.

When there are limited places for food, we got no choice but satisfy with whatever is available. Al-Buhari Restaurant is one such place - not bad but not too good either. The food was tasty, would give it 3/5 and that's the only positive. The lack of proper car parking space, crowded, untidy and unhygenic makes this eatery a less preferable place. But as I stated, there are limited food places around and had to satisfy, especially since it was season time for tourism.

One of the Best Restaurants in Munnar. I went to Munnar with my family for 4 days & I visited this restaurant. My first impression is hygiene & comfortable atmosphere. I tried Chicken Noodles which tasted amazing, then everyday we had our breakfast, lunch & dinner in this restaurant. As a special mention to the server whose name is PRATAP because he is kind, respectful, and makes the best suggestions on foods to my preferences.

It was my around 5th trip to munnar, and everytime before i visited food was always an average experience. But this time at Al buhari finally such a yummy reastaurant. Highly recommended when you are in munnar. Value for money

This place is located just inside the main Munnar market. Place has really good reviews. We visited this place for lunch and was super crowded. Menu is limited. They serve kerela meals, biriyani and starters. We ordered the chicken biriyani and chicken 65. Biriyani was good and so were chicken 65.
